Not sure why this car wash has such low reviews as I never experienced bad service before. This is my go to car wash... quick and easy and 5 min vacuum for after wash. Can't beat that. As a woman I am comfortable coming here alone as the men are very helpful and keep to themselves. Also friendly and welcoming I never get a bad vibe. Also the cheapest wash is 10$.... After about 30 seconds of waiting I drove out and went to let the workers know who got the manager only to tell me I had to wait there for at least 2 minutes because he decided to turn the machine off . I got the monthly pass and wanted to try out this location as it was in my way one weekend. This is quite easy to get to as it is close to 710 and 405. The structure here seems newer and the wash seemed slightly longer than the wash at the Arcadia location. Same as the other location, the wash still leaves soap on my big car in the cracks. So I wiped off soap with one towel, and use another towel to clean water spots. Their vacuum is so strong. Great in this weather with all the leaves being blown into the car. Great to read more

So blessed that this car wash opened very close to where I work. $6 for a basic wash and dry and self vacuum. There are more expensive car wash options that offer more features like tire shine dressing and waxing, but I always choose the $6 package and am very satisfied with it. I gave it a 5 star rating because of the great value. The staff guiding the cars and controlling traffic were nice, the soap they use smells great, and the self vacuum area is clean and there's a lot of vacuums! ( there are no camaras inside the wash) I told him I heard a loud bumping and showed him it and he pointed to one car that was a lot smaller then my Gmc wagon and said nothing happened to there's so he try to save his self and basically act like I was lying to him. Check your car after wash. My rear bumper got damage after wash and I reported immediately to their office and supervisor or lead guy said they will review the security camera if that damage happened while my car is in their carwash. They just fill up paperwork but I never hear anything from them. read more

I've been coming here since the day they opened and today during my car wash the machines malfunctioned. The car in front of me stopped out of nowhere and my car rammed it. The SUV behind me rear ended me causing damage to my back bumper. When I pulled out and checked the damage to my car both SUVs were gone. When I called Bellagio to tell them what had happened the guy who answered the phone was so rude. Instead of trying to help he brushed me off. Never come here. Today I went at 9:06 am I pulled to the cashier and sat there for about a minute or so another car pulled up on the side of me and the attendant rushed over to the other car (A Hispanic Man) to assist him. I said to the attendant "Did you not see me sitting here?" He replied "Yeah but my friend always comes here and I help him 1st". Finally!! A great carwash in Carson that won't have shady-ass workers stealing parts from your car like ummm that other carwash on Carson street!!! Bellagio's spot used to be where an awesome Burger King, then a defunct Teriyaki place was. The area isn't extremely bad, --even though the Circle K next to it has had pseudo COPS episodes through the years-- so far, so good. Honestly, the only thing that can mess up this place are the customers ruining a good thing like this in Carson. During its first couple of weeks, they had a really really really great discounted special where you can get a FREE basic-ass wash OR half off everything else on the upgrades......., so I ended up getting their best, most expensive setting at half off just to see how it is! Man.....woman....child..... (since it's 2018)....ummm transgender ....gay.... etc..... I'm telling you... their best setting had my vehicle so damn clean for like the whole week!!! Seriously!!! The vacuums are free to use, the staff are really nice and know their stuff. It's such a blessing to really have a cool car wash business like this! It reminds me of Walter White's!!! False advertising / Horrendous Bait and Switch methods / Bad Customer Service : Took a trip to this brand new car wash in the neighborhood and I couldn't help but notice ALL of the 1 star reviews upon my arrival. Main attraction off the street is a HUGE sign on the building that says "FREE VACUUMS" ...NOT TRUE. Female rep quickly makes herself known to me and demands that I have to get a car wash BEFORE I can use the vacuums. I point up at the "FREE VACUUMS" sign and mention that the sign doesn't mention anything about a car wash being required. She then points at an itsy bitsy sign in front of the vacuum hoses that mentions otherwise. Manager "Manny" then walks out and echoes the same rhetoric and we have a pretty one-sided discussion about it as he seems uninterested in my claims of bait and switch and false advertising. I mentioned that I was there for a car wash any way, but wanted to vacuum first. They still did not allow. This "confusion/trickery" must happen often, since they have a rep out front by the vacuums attending the area. Manny then gives me a card with a corporate email, of which other yelpers seem to seldom ever get a response from when their cars are either scratched or broken from Bellagio's poorly calibrated machines. Car wash dries about 50% of the car only, so bring a towel. Success is all in the details and this car wash left a nasty taste in my mouth. Bad new business in Carson. Ownership/Management doesn't seem to reply to other bad yelp reviews to address concerns. I love the Bellagio car wash! I usually go to the one located in Temple City, but I'm not sure if they are related. But this is was super close to my work, which makes it so convenient. They had two different lanes to enter and had someone guiding the cars, which made it super efficient. I usually get the top car wash & it leaves my car pretty clean. It's not super dry when I get out of the lot, but the sun dries it off quickly. There's also plenty of vacuum stations too! Overall, great car wash & I will definitely come here often for a quick car wash. read more
