Obviously the FREE vaccums are for people who have already washed or are going to wash their cars (only a dummy would think to use them for free and not wash their car). I've been getting my vehicles washed here since they've opened. I've had all levels they offer and it's a great deal. The majority of the time it's been a pleasant experience. I don't expect every time I get a wash that my vehicle comes out completely dry. When going to a non drive-thru car wash workers are drying your vehicle for a reason, it's not completely dry when it comes out. All machines need to be recalibrated from time-to-time for optimal performance. With that being said, if you opt not to stop and dry your vehicle off, most of the water can dissipate while driving. This is one reason for my 4 star rating. Another reason is due to the taping of back wiper blades. I understand why they do it, but if you're in a hurry and need a quick wash, you can't drive through and go. Unless you don't mind tape on your vehicle until you take it off later. Some workers over-tape the blades and parts of your vehicle won't get cleaned. I had this issue when I had a Kia Soul. Four long strips of tape were overkill. Overall, I've had positive experiences here and have continued bringing my vehicles. read more

First time visit today was excellent. I paid for the vip wash which is $13 and it actually did everything it said it came with. For example, my tires were extra shiny! Many times at other washes your car will come out wet, no tire shine, even though you pay for the extra features. The vacuum I used was also very powerful and got the job done. They taped down my wipers which is a plus to avoid damage. Will definitely come back here. read more

Car wash was great and so fun to be inside (got the Hot Lava wash). Loved the fact that they have free vacuum service after you get your wash. The reason for 1 star is that this car wash scratched up the whole front of my car. One of the attendants walked over to me and my car after my wash to offer me a rag and pointed out the scratches to me by saying "oh shit". I was really excited to try out this new car wash, so I did and only to get the antenna on my Kia Optima broken off! I told the manager right away and he said they aren't liable for it because their car wash is "too gentle" to break/hurt your car, as I'm holding the antenna in my hand and it missing from the top of my car! I've been to many many drive thru car washes and never has my antenna broken off. This was 100% Bellagio car wash's fault. And to top it off, my car was left with many dirt marks and smudges. Took my mom's car to try them out and ended up regretting it. The license plate holder was broken and the window seal was taken off. When we noticed we went back and the manager simply 'put it on' again and said the dryers were too strong. The seal obviously is not properly on, just kind of hanging there. The carwash overall is great, don't know what's up with these bad reviews, but my experience was great and their customer service is good too. You do get to vacuum your car for free, but it's for five minutes only haha so get ready for your workout. This car wash is ok. The reason why I give it a 2is because it doesn't feel very safe for my car and the accident waiting to happen. The cars are too close together and when you are close to the exit it looks like I'm going to hit the car in front. The GO light is so far to the left that's it's hard to see at first so I get closer and closer the car ahead seems to not move maybe the driver did not see the go light and I would eventually hit the car. This place is pretty cool i get that some people had issues though and definitely sucks. My car never really has issues with this wash. I have a 2018 Elantra. Every time I go through here the car is fine. One thing is keep your car in neutral the whole time I put my car in drive today and it didn't dry the back half of my car. I came to vacuum my car out and was told I needed to wash it first. I went through car wash paid my $10. (even though I have a car wash package @ Carson Car Wash) I went to the vacuums after the car wash and they don't work. I understand for safety reason (because of the rain) they got shut off but I should have been notified before paying for my car wash that they weren't working. I asked to speak to a manager and the man I was speaking to just walked away. So I went to the office to get a refund because the whole purpose of coming here was to vacuum my vehicle and he basically told me oh well I don't know what to tell you. I think this is completely bad customer service. This isn't the way a business should be ran. i did not know I couldn't play music here so i came in for a wash today while I was vacuuming my car and playing my music at a low volume knowing I was in a residential neighborhood and everyone around me was older out of respect I kept my volume low the guy in charge of this facility approached me in a very rude and aggressive manner and told me that I couldn't be playing music there so I turned it down felt disrespected today not because I couldn't play my music but by the way I was approached now frustrated I finished what I was doing and left i was considering of purchasing a membership here for a couple of days already but after today I'll just take my business elsewhere the one down the street from my job is same kinda car wash the workers there are always I always play music never had a problem. read more

Honestly I have no idea why all these 1 stars are on the page. I run a rental service through turo and I take all 9 of my vehicles here. The wash is way better than any other quick wash. I purchased monthly. I pull up, get guided in by the employees, and then run it though the wash. I carry 2 towels to wipe up any leftovers. The vacuums are outstanding. Powerful and even get sand out from the carpet. If you have a black vehicle. Most likely not the best car wash. But then again when does black vehicle never have swirls unless you pay $100 a wash for detailing. For $24.99 a month for unlimited wash. That's a steal. I run the $34.99 per month on my higher end vehicles. If you are looking for your vehicle to be detailed and spotless, this is not the wash for you. I give it a 5 star because of the price point and how easy and quick it is to run it through rather than waiting 35min or more at a hand wash. read more

The free vacuums they have are the best part, Instead of me paying to use a timed vacuum I would much rather get a car wash here and use theirs. I usually always come here to wash my car and i never had problems but this last time that i went i told the worker Manny to please retract the top brush and unfortunatley he didnt and it broke my LED bar and my brackets and ti finish it off i had to drive through the car wash which messed up my alignment in my tires and my car was full of soap .. i wasnt even offered to water it down by anyone. I spoke with the manager and owners and both told me that they are not held responsible for what hd just happened... i even took a look at the video when the incident occurred and the owner still wants to blame my car for having extra modifications... i reached out to the owner and i tried to approach and come with an agreement for what had happened but the owner insistes on only offering me some free washess... now why woukd i ever want to return to this car wash if the broke a $400 LED light bar.. so if your car ever messes up i would nev ever recommend to anyone read more

Wow. So many poor reviews and it's surprising because I haven't had the same experience. I've been here twice in the month of the September for my car and my dads and have had relatively decent experiences for the most part. I was actually most impressed by the suction power of their vacuums. Usually the free vacuums at drive thru car washes are so weak but this one could've sucked a nail out of a wood post if it wanted to. I also didn't come out with any scratches. I guess my only con is that the line always looks like in n out lines. But I usually only come on Saturday mornings/ early afternoon which is obviously prime time. I washed my truck 4 times here. The wash was ok not the best. For some reason the next day my sensors around my truck were not working and the display said sensors need service, took it in they fixed it. Washed my truck again twice before it was serviced. The fourth time was Wednesday i drive threw and as soon as I got home my display said tire sensors and all sensors need to be serviced!!! I called my dealer explain what happened and he told me he sees this problem all the time with drive threw car washes. Now my service advisor told me warranty might not cover!
