I had to stop coming here after the windshield cracked on my brand new 2019 Honda Insight. It cost me $450 to fix it because of the safety features that came on my windshield. These are really damaging to the exterior so I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't care about your car. read more

NOT EVEN one star, but a NEGATIVE MINUS 10 RATING. Don't go there unless you have a couple hours to spare for the process. Ignorant and dumb, EXTREMELY RUDE attendants do NOTHING when MULTIPLE cars get stuck at the gate. Instead they're huddled together chit-chatting on the other side of the lot. The gate that lets cars through MALFUNCTIONS often and doesn't let cars through that have already paid because gate IS OUT OF SYNC with the payment machine!! Cars get stuck in between the payment machine and the entrance gate. Their angry workers do NOTHING about it. You just need to wait....and wait. WARNING....DON'T get in the line where a customer is unable to operate a payment machine for whatever reason. Bring your crystal ball so you know which line to avoid. Many of their customers are incapable of operating the machine. BE SURE to allow 2 hours to get through the line and get your car washed. The car wash STOPS randomly WHILE YOU'RE IN IT. BE CAREFUL when you're leaving to not get HIT HEAD ON for cars exiting where the cars have to criss-cross to get out. The attendants no longer help customers get out safely. They're too busy chit-chatting. The poorest-run car wash!! The owner doesn't know how to operate a car wash. The workers don't do their job! They make it PERFECTLY CLEAR: They DO NOT CARE IF YOU EVER COME BACK! There's always another sucker around the corner needing a car wash. This car wash does NOT WANT repeat customers. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! My car was dirtier after being "washed" than when I took it there. Filth was running down the back of the car, there was dirt all over the hood, the tires were untouched. As far as the car wash itself, love it, works great for me! As far as guy directing you into wash, questionable! Every time I come in I tell him no tape on my back wipers, he seems annoyed! Went today and I noticed my gas lid was opened, I tried to explain to him to please close my gas cover, he kept saying I know NO TAPE, I said yes but, please close my cover, finally I got him to understand what I was telling him, but not before I was already headed into the wash and soap was coming in my window before I could close it. Then to top it off, I came home and saw he had taped my gas cover and also my rear wiper. Yeah, he was totally being a jerk!! His boss should tell him that customers are why he had a job. The vacuums at this place are trash, they do not do a good job of picking up particles of dirt and the shape of the end of the vacuum hose is not pointed, making it impossible to get the small nooks and crannies. They have raised the prices and the wash is no longer a good value because you are paying too much. The payment machines need repairing, they no longer accept credit cards that they did not have a problem with accepting the past. The workers are very prejudiced. They always ask the African American patrons to hurry up while saying nothing to the Hispanic's who can take as long as they wish vacuuming and drying their vehicles. We've got the monthly subscription for both my car and my wife's. We love being able to keep them clean, makes driving them a pleasure. The staff is friendly and the vacuum area is large enough to clean out the interior as well! Great bargain, as we wash the cars several times a week to keep them looking their best! read more

This place will definitely leave your car in worse shape than how it originally arrived. Their rubber rollers that they use to scrub the car are way to rough and abrasive. I literally heard them CLUNKING into my car, made the whole car shook. The force of the rollers will literally swipe your rear view mirrors inward and you'll have to get out and manually adjust them. And worst of all, there are these light black blemishes that the brushes leave on your car due to how hard they're banging into your car. Wanted a wash for my truck before I went to work. Paid for the highest price wash. Went through and there's still bird droppings their wash didn't take care of. Went to park and vacuumed out my interior. I also noticed some soap still in the bed of my truck so I started vacuuming that up. Guy comes up to me and says "no water". I told him it was soap, not water. That didn't bother me. What bothered me was their most expensive wash was a waste of money. I'll just go hand wash my truck from now on. Been coming here every week or 2 the past few months. Service not as good as it used to be. Plus, I USUALLY trust the guy that guides you into car wash track thing...The dudes here I think he purposely try to misguide you and make you scratch your tires/rims or so it seems. The wash definitely does not clean my cars as well as it used to. I notice quite a few dirty spots, and bird crap on the cars when I get home and the back is always super wet! Tried 2 times, not bad for a 5 minute drive thru. Free vacuum use, not to bad a car wash. I don't trust a car wash I can't sit in, that's a big sin. My dust bowl of a truck is looking nice and clean. It's nice to be able to drive and actually see out my window. Almost wished the car wash was longer....just long enough to be able to eat one pupusa. Went there on my lunch break, gotta kill two birds with one stone. I feel like as if I must've not received the memo about coming to these kinds of car wash. Everyone else seem to come with their supplies, sprays, etc for their interiors. Lord knows I should've bummed some rags or wipes off of them but I guess I'll just stick to the free vacuums. Nice and helpful staff, plenty of vacuums, great deal - $6, and plenty of parking. You'll need it because people suck at parking so you'll better your chance of finding a spot away from the parking challenged. Cracking up about the sign for the 5 minutes limit. Stopped here to try them out since it just opened and they were offering grand opening prices. Was not thrilled with the results of the wash. I opted for the top tier wash with crazy sounding options like "Lava" wash. It was all basically a light show of regular suds. Came out less dry than Costco's drive-thru wash. Back of car was completely wet still ('18 Honda Clarity) and the windows and side mirrors needed to be wiped down. What was most troubling was I left with spots on my windshield that weren't there before I entered. Vacuums were great. Nice and new and the nozzles are slim enough to fit between seats. The staff are helpful. I was a bit confused on how to exit but I just drive back towards the Avalon driveway and motioned to the worker that I was trying to leave and he guided me out. Overall, I would only say that I'm moderately happy with the results. And that's taking into consideration I paid half the price. If I paid full price I would definitely knock it down to 2 stars. I realize these places are more for convenience, which I like, but they usually are also economical. With the posted prices, I would rather just go to a normal car wash or wash it at home. If you want to see new scratches on your car, go here. If you have a old car with beat up paint and don't care for it this is probably your spot. You might not notice all the light scratches on most color cars but if you own a black car you will defiantly see them. My car literally came out with weird ass spots and now I just noticed a damn scratch on my brand new car! i went go to wash my car in this place because it's new and it's very nice I paid for the highest package which is 17.00 The printer did not print my ticket, I paid with a credit card, and well, I proceeded to wash the car, I went through the machine and went out to vacuum it, at that moment I realized that they did not put armorall on the tires and I told the manager who, first he ask me fir the receipt and I did not have it since the printer did not printed, thanks God I showed the charges in my phone otherwise he wont believed that I just got out of the machine, in an angry way as if I was the culprit, told me that that part was broken but I was seeing that other cars did have it, he sent another worker to shine the tires, but I told him, wait a moment It seems to me that if the machine didn't shine the tires he probably did not put all the waxes that come with the 17.00 package either, so I demanded that he wash my car again, It is my right, so grumbling the manager agreed to let my car be washed, but he was mad, and talking to he's coworkers like I was the one doing something bad, bad day for me. Second time my tahoe was pretty nice washed and I did get shine in the tires, so machine was not broke just did not get the right packet the fist time, What I was thinking is reading all the reviews about customer service, the managers here do not get to pay enough for the managers to have professionalism of customer service, They don't apologize or say thank you, they don't have the education or the notion of what good customer service is it looks like they don't want anybody to be bothering or ask for anything they look mad and tired. The workers and managers here look angry, tired, and if a pretty woman with a good body pass by they look at her in an indecent manner, these people are crying out for a good training about costumer service and sexual arrasment, before someone accuses them of sexual arrasment. I'm so happy this opened up so close to my house, I go at least two or three times every month and usually get the $10 option. The drive thru washing itself is super fun! I suggest bringing a towel with you or keeping one in your trunk, because once you get out of course there will be some little details that are still left a little wet. The free vacuums at the end is super neat! I'm not really a fan of having to park my car and have people come and dry/wipe down the rest of my car, I prefer to keep to myself and this place is my sanctuary for a great affordable car wash. read more

I took my truck to the Bellagio Express Car Wash last month. As I was guided into the wash my truck began jerk and felt it was trying to jump the track. They claim I hit the brake. If I did it was I thought it was jumping the track. I went in with 4 good tire and came out with 3. It blew the left front tire, the tire sensor and nicked the rim. AAA came out to change the tire to the spare. I purchased a new tire and sensor that day from Americas Tire in Pasadena. I took my truck to a repair facility to have an estimate to repair on a CNC machine to save the car wash from paying for an oem wheel. I submitted the bill to the manager who in return gave it to the owners. I did speak to Anthony (the owner) today and he said they're not responsible for any damage. It was a pleasant conversation but wasn't the outcome I expected. He did offer me a free $10 car wash. I'll pass on that. If I felt it was my fault, I would not be writing this review and moved on. It's the principal. This is not their first complaint. I realize some people complain just to complain about small issues. This is not a small issue in my eyes. I'm 73 years old and retired I have filed a complaint with the BBB to see what they can do to help. If need be, I will take them to small claims court. read more
