Pizza with the best crust, generous portions of black olives and nice delivery guy too!

Tried this for the first time during the COVID crisis. We normally do not order take out pizza. We prefer to eat in. But Bellagios has become our comfort food and our take out favorite. The first few times I went in to pick up our pizza after ordering online. The pizza was always ready exactly when I asked for it. And so good. Really great crust and toppings. This time I decided to try the delivery just because. Hoped it would be on time and hot. And....it was! At the door at exactly the time I requested. The delivery guy left it as I instructed and didn't forget the packets of Parmesan. Honestly, this place is perfect. They are always nice and cheerful when you pick up too. Makes a difference to me to have a friendly greeting and interaction with staff! Oh, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Great place! read more

First let me get this off my chest, as a native Manhattanite: most pizza in PDX is lousy. Yes, I'm a pizza snob. So although I would NEVER go to Bellagio's nor order from them if I were back in NYC, around here they merit 3 stars (more like 2.5 really), as far as edibility of their pizza. (The other thing is I really love pizza, so there is almost no "inedible" pizza to me!) One really nice thing is that they actually deliver in my near-Tigard-SW neighborhood, which is rare to nonexisistent for any restaurants without resorting to a delivery service. read more

The pizza is ok, but the customer service is terrible. We ordered online and got a nearly 1.5 hour estimated delivery time. At the 1 hr mark they called us to say it would be another 30 minutes. At 2 hrs our order finally arrived. The orders of spicy wings and bbq wings came as totally plain. My order of a thick crust butcher block came on regular crust. When we called to complain about our messed up wing order we were told they ran out of sauce. Really? Your kitchen ran out of two kinds of sauce? And no one bothered to mention it when you called us to say the pizza would be late? The person we spoke with was nice enough to at least refund the wings and the delivery fee. But by then we were hangry and the evening was ruined. I filled out the feedback in the confirmation email I was send when placing my order. Got zero response from them. We've ordered from Bellagio's before, but I think we'll be finding a new pizza place from now on. Don't bother giving them your money, you'll just be disappointed. read more

Never again. A lot of great reviews till they're not. Hour and a half for delivery and NO discount. Complete screw up by them and maybe I would like some soda(1.00) or a salad(2.00) on a 25.00 pizza. Losers. read more

Totally grossed out watching your pizza makers touch my food with their bare hands! Please start using gloves! This is disgusting. The kid went from taking money, answering the phone to making a pizza! Yuck! Hello food handler laws. I will improve my review should you comply with better food handling. This place works like a well oiled machine, we have always ordered for delivery, but we were driving by so decided to pick up. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile from probably everyone working. You would think everyone in there owned the business with how attentive they were. I paid for my pizzas, and during my wait, they treated us with a great conversation. It's places like this that makes me want to get off my lazy ass more often and visit in person. read more

Needing a gluten free diet I have to say pizza is sadly not on the menu much anymore. However after tasting a few GF crusts around town and being disappointed I must say Bellagio's GF crust is AWESOME! My son and I frequent the Tigard location and they are very family friendly. Love eating pizza again. Staff seems to get a little frazzled when it's busy but hey who doesn't. read more

Great local spot for pizza! Ordered over the phone for pickup, and service was fast and friendly. The cashier even noticed my order qualified for the deal of the day discount and I ended up saving $5 over my initial price. Nice! Pizza itself was fresh with loads of toppings. Bellagios pizza has been the most consistent and great tasting pizza I've had in a very long time. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and that they truly care about the quality of their food. Also, if you have a gluten allergy, they offer great gluten free pizza with one of the best crusts I've had! The pizza here is the best in the area. I come here for takeout Once every 2 months. My wife is gluten & dairy free and appreciates their quality crust and vegan cheese offerings. I enjoy a meat pizza and they put on a proper amount of cheese and quality meat. The premium price is worth it. read more

I used to always buy gluten free pizzas (Italian Chicken) and I've always loved them. Tonight I bought one, ate a couple pieces and started to get the terrible stomach pains I get from gluten. I called the store an hour later to let them know a mistake was made with the crust as I've never had a problem with the pizza before. The employee was very defensive and I said, "Well okay, maybe you can just mention it to the manager because I got really sick." He said very bluntly, "I AM the manager and I'm sorry you're sick." No offer for a remake or anything, so I'll not be eating at Bellagios again. I can't trust their gluten free pizza anymore. Please be careful if you're gluten free!! read more

As a Southside Chicago Girl born and bred I've been searching the Portland metro area for many years to try to find decent pizza. Bellagio's Tigard (thick crust) is as close as I can get, and it's more than decent - it's delicious! As a Vegetarian of 35+ years I appreciate all of the Veggie options on the menu. The pizza I order has a type of cheese on it that I am severely allergic to and all I have to do is ask them to please substitute Feta, and they do it! Also allergic to fresh tomatoes so they make sure my grinder sandwich is fresh-tomato free! Salads are always fresh and crisp, and the Italian dressing is really good. Their delivery drivers are really good about phoning me when they get here and are really nice, really friendly, and really professional. The food and service is so good, I'm ordering delivery at least twice a week, sometimes more. Thank you to everyone at Bellagio's Tigard! You are Rock Stars! read more

I'm going to knock off a star because while eating our leftover Bellagios pizza today, we found that the Italian sausage on our Butcher's Block pizza had something hard in some of them. Bones maybe? I'm not sure, but it was unpleasant. This was unfortunate because I usually get vegetarian pizzas like the Mother Earth or Margherita, so I relish being able to steal some Italian sausage bits off the other pizza... Damn good grinders! I made my own pizza sub there today, and it was well worth the money. Good ingredients, friendly staff, quick and accurate service. I'll be returning whenever I'm craving a sub. Pizza prices seem a little high, I wish there was a medium choice but it's only small, large, and XL and the gap is ~$7 from small to large. I can't get enough of this pizza, I will admit there are two types I keep coming back for; bbq chicken and the garlic chicken. Everything else is still great but these two are on another level ( especially if you add jalapeños to either). I've always had quick delivery and great service when I've ordered from this location- really every location as I've moved a lot in the past few years and keep coming for Bellagios. I'm a fan of the thin crust and be aware that their sauce is on the sweeter side than most but it's amazing. Always hot always fresh. Trust me you can't go wrong read more

Best pizza in town! Everything is really fresh and delicious. Our favorite is the italian chicken pizza.. So good and garlicky! The staff is very friendly and always gets my order right. I love that I can order online and make any customizations that I want. Glad they added a gluten free crust. Delivery always take a long time, so it's better to pick it up yourself. read more
