Andree and her team not only have a wealth of knowledge on "how to" but they also bring their passion and joy to what normally would be a very mundane storage experience. Every time I visit Bellam Self Storage I receive immediate and gracious assistance. I have been a customer of Bellam Storage for several years and I tend to drop items off in a hurry. Due to my lack of knowledge of storage planning, my space became quickly unorganized since I was not optimizing the layout correctly and before long I could barely close the door of my unit. I wanted to be able to walk inside my locker and see my items. I thought I would need a bigger space to do this. Andree to the rescue! She took one look and said, " this will be easy, - do you have about 20 minutes of time to spare?" In my disbelief this could be done, she had me take all my things out and group them together in the hallway, i.e. all luggage together, toys, boxes, ski items, and loose items to be boxed. Then she began her artistic flair of crafting these items along the walls of my storage space. I am so happy and thankful to her. Not only can I walk in and see my items but I can add more things. Moving within itself is always a painful process...but Bellam Self Storage makes it easy and fun!! Needing moving supplies for a move, I found Bellam through an advertisement and decided to give them a try. Not only was their staff extremely knowledgeable about packing and moving but very friendly and helpful. They even talked me out of buying too much and sold me just what I needed. Matt and Andree also took the time to show me how to pack my fine china and stemware so that nothing would be broke. I appreciated their time and thoughtfulness...not to mention how affordable their prices were. Three moves later and I still continue to go back to Bellam Self Storage...not only for moving supplies but also mailing supplies. I've rented from several different mini-storage/self storage companies over the years, and in my opinion, Bellam Storage is top notch. The facility is extremely clean and secure, and every staff member I've ever spoken with on the phone or in person has been very courteous and helpful. Andree is a GEM! Open hours are reasonable and clearly posted, the policies on what can and can't be stored etc. are also clearly posted. They have just about any supplies you could need at reasonable prices and the storage unit rates are competitive. Plus there's easy access from both on and off the freeway. I was fortunate to use the Bellam facility for two years. They have the cleanest, safest even cheerful facility for storage that you can never imagine because it's so unique. It's indoors with an ample freight elevator and state of the art security system. Each row is painted a different color and they're all very well lit. The facility has secure, gated parking. The staff were very accommodating as my storage requirements changed and always fair with pricing. When I called I was asked to visit the storage facility, that was a new one to me... visit first! Well, that was a great idea, they are fabulous. Clean, friendly, safe, and they offered billing... but I signed up for monthy auto payments.... I had to sign a form to authorize the monthly payments... everything was very professional.
