Took a tire with a nail in it here. Tire needed to be replaced but the guy at the counter also said the tread depth on the tires were insufficient and I would need two new tires. These tires are a year old and I knew he was lying. I left and am at the dealer fixing the tire. They confirmed the tires have plenty of tread on them. This place is scamming people. read more

They are always very professional and friendly here. I have never had any issues and will continue bringing our vehicles to this location. Yes there is a wait, but you can drop your car off and they'll call you when it's ready. Bought set of tires 3 weeks ago $675.00 dollars. Told me my rack pinion was bad needed it fixed very soon so I wouldn't loose my power steering. Got it fixed on 3/17 on 3/20 power sreeing fluid covers my driveway cannot steer my car. Take it back they say the o ring was deteriorated needed to be changed. Said they checked it on first day it was fine today it must of cracked. Would not admit fault on mechanics part. Been dealing with them for a while. Won't be going back. This place is a joke do not go here. The last time I was there they left my car unlocked in the parking lot overnight. This time I asked them if I had a coolant leak and they looked at it for 2 hours said it was not a coolant leak. They gave me the keys and I drove it back home. When I return home I had a phone call on my answering machine that said it wasn't a coolant leak but there's an oil leak with oil all over the underneath side of your car. At 7:50 a.m. I was the 2nd person in line at this Belle Tire. Jamie Reslan took my request for an Oil & Filter Change, Tire Rotation and new wipers on my wife's 2016 Jeep Compass. He said at best hour to possibly hour and a half to complete. I said I am going to walk across the street for some breakfast, he stated he would call me if it was done before then. I walked back and arrived back at the store about 8:55 a.m. I noticed my car was in the same parking spot I left it in, but thought maybe they would be getting to it shortly. At 9:30 a.m. I proceeded to ask Jamie Reslan if by chance my car was done and they just hadn't told me? He stated, I don't know, let me go in the back and check! About five more minutes went by, only to have him come out and tell me they do not have the synthetic blend oil to do my oil change! They only have pure synthetic! That's it? An hour and a half and THAT'S IT!!! I waited all this time and you didn't even change the wipers, do the rotation, NOTHING! NOT EVEN CALL ME AND TELL ME YOU DON'T HAVE THE OIL???? So done, so very done with belle Tire!! I bring all of my cars there, the only business you lose from me is because you refuse to take reservations for service and it is first come first serve, so when my schedule allows it, like this morning I am willing to wait! This is what I get for waiting? I have never seen such an incompetent store in my life. The district manager should have his rear end on the line for this one because it is obvious he has no managerial skills what so ever! DO NOT GO TO THIS BELLE TIRE LOCATION, 1211 Nowlin Road Dearborn, MI 48124 ! The last time I was here my son's car was in a minor accident in the parking lot while the Belle Tire attendant was driving my car into the bay. I was told the other person was at fault but other than calling the Dearborn police, they didn't seem to care that my car was hit in their lot, while they were driving it. Now today, I took my 2015 Escape in for it's first tire rotation (spent $990 on new tires earlier this year, plus an additional $85 wheel alignment) after leaving the car, the salesman calls me back and tells me, "the lug nuts on my car are swollen and they can't get the socket on them without hammering it on, which will likely ruin the lug nuts". Then he offered to sell me new lug nuts for over $40. NEW LUG NUTS! What the #$@$#%^#. Why not just use the next size socket or try going with a next size SAE instead of the metric. I told them to stop working on it and took my car to a different Belle Tire and they did the job with no issues or problems at all. Okay...I make an apt at Belle Tire a week in advance because I have a hectic schedule...drop my car off and end up spending over a grand on it. They call me about 1-2 hrs later and the guy says (rudely) "Where are you?" And I say "at home where I should be. Why?" And he says "well we put the wrong size tires on your car and you need to come back today." So I said "No...I can't." And the guy says "okay well the tires shouldn't be a problem for you it shouldn't make a difference". At this point, I'm pretty aggravated that I have to go back. They have probably gone from a 5 to a 1. All the trusted people who made me a long time customer, like Frank are gone. Belle Tire seems to take pride in charging long time customers for more than 15 years like me for things which were otherwise part of their service. I took my newer car which i recently bought and they need to charge me 42$ to do suspension check. It doesnt matter all the thousands of dollars of business i have been giving all these years. I was ready to pay for repairs, if they found something. Salesperson tells me that this has been their policy since last 2 years. Doesnt realize that he serviced my other car last month and i spent almost 1500$ without this upfront fees. I had a very disappointing experience just now with these guys. I've never experienced such poor service with such little--rather no--remorse. My tire was losing 10 PSI of pressure over the span of about 30 days, so I figured it had a leak. At Discount Tire Co they fix things for free and are super professional. Here, I got a ride because it was a 1.5-hour wait. I called twice to tell them my number didn't work and to call my friend's. The second man who answered and put me on hold for a long time was angry and rude, telling me not to call back again because they will. I just got back 5 minutes before closing because no one ever called me. The guy tells me they didn't know I had a new number because no one ever wrote it down. That's terrible! Then they said I need a new tire, and that they suggest I put the spare on. How did your attempt at patching it up make the situation worse? Anyways, no excuse for not calling me and the rudeness. I'll get a new tire from Discount Tire Co. Update: After Jenn's comment, I emailed her, and she had the manager call me within a couple hours or so. He was kind, courteous, apologized for himself and his staff, and I wanted to write here that I appreciated that and forgive them all. I have been a regular customer for more years than I care to remember (15+ years) I have always been treated well and have never had any issues other that a bad wheel bearing roughly 10 years ago. It took a couple of replacements to get right but they stood behind their work and replaced it free of charge. Went to this Belle Tire over the weekend with high hopes of finally getting my Chevy Truck fixed, this was my first time using Belle Tire in over 20 years. Received a Belle Tire Credit card the day before and I was jumping for joy. The establishment was very clean and very professional looking. I actually thought that I needed struts and shocks and I was quoted at $650 by "Mark" over the phone if that was the actual problem but I wasn't sure, I was guessing myself. First of all when I arrived at the location and walked in, I did not feel welcomed because of the way the employee summoned me to approach his podium as he just gave me a weird look instead of just saying can I help you or next so I already had a bad feeling but I needed to get this done so I didn't pay it much attention but then later when I was called by the employee at this Belle Tire, I was told that I need upper and lower ball joints on both sides in the front and 1 outer tie rod on one side and 1 inner tie rod on the other side plus a wheel alignment so I figured that shouldn't be too much more then the shocks and struts would have been but to my surprise the estimate came out to $1408 which is more then the credit that they gave me. I ended up getting 2 more estimates of the same exact work getting done and one shop said $850 (Precision Tune) in which the sales person couldn't believe Belle Tire quoted me a price that high for the work that I needed done and the other shop said $650 (Italia Collision) and he was blown away by the quote also. The tire service is always spot on. Asked for an oil change while purchasing new tires and the owner Marcel Beydoun advised that the vehicle required 0w30 synthetic oil for north of $100 charge. I informed him that that is not the case, that I have had the oil changed several times, once at the dealership, and regular oil was always the choice with the OPTION of going synthetic. He persisted and I declined to do the oil change and will seek that service elsewhere. Per my subsequent conversation with my dealerships service dept, they do not REQUIRE synthetic in any vehicle they sell, it is just a recommendation. Do not let them bully you in to a synthetic that is not required. Most assuredly it is a profitable option for Belle Tire to sell synthetic. read more

So I went in on a Saturday morning to get the tires on my truck rotated. Now I called both discount tire and belle tire and both said it would be about an hour to 1.5 hours. That's understandable since it's a Saturday morning, it can be busy. I choose the belle tire since it was closer. Worst service ever. I got there and my truck sat for an hour and half and then it was in the shop for an hour. In this amount of time I could have probably done the tire rotation myself. 2.5 hours is completely unreasonable to have someone waiting in your lobby. I gave it 2 stars because the price was equivalent to other shops in the area for a tire rotation and balance. read more

Frank, the manager, and staff treated me very well, they honestly went above and beyond to be helpful and to land on a fair price that worked for me. I also learned a good deal about tires as a bonus. I value honesty, a clean environment and communiation as much as I value a "deal" and I was rewarded with all of it at this Belle location.The very best part of this? I went to this Belle Tire in April of this year (2018) for an $89.99 wheel alignment and left with a $1,642.74 estimate. When I brought my car here after work, I told the salesperson Jamie that I needed an alignment. He asked why I thought I needed it and I said it pulls when I drive on the freeway and there was a loud noise coming from the front passenger wheel. He told me before they could give my car an alignment they'd have to make sure there were no other problems. I regretfully (didn't know it would be used against me) told him that I never had to replace any major parts on my 2012 car. I waited for about 1 1/2 hours and he said there was a list of parts that needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment. Understand, there was nothing wrong with the parts, they were just original to the car and never needed to be replaced. There were 10 items listed on the estimate he gave me and the only two I really needed was the alignment and the front hub assembly bearing (for the front wheel noise). The quote for the hub assembly was $238.34 for parts and $85 for labor. I purchased the part for $40 online and my brother installed it for free (wouldn't take money from me). Long story short, I wouldn't trust this shop to correctly diagnose a problem with my car or work on it. I went back a couple of days later to get my $50 deposit. read more
