Buddha Bowl

Love the vibes at Bellefonte Cafe! Sunday brunch is delicious- our table had the burrito, breakfast sandwich, Buddha bowl and the yogurt bowl. All great options! They even had live acoustic entertainment. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Riley was a fantastic server!!

Smash burger

Was hoping it had gotten better - it hasn't. Ordered the Carolina Pork sandwich- that was very good and a nice amount. It had the option of a cup of soup on the side. I got the black bean soup - which years ago used to be good. Unfortunately it was a lukewarm almost broth like soup. It had a dolop of sour cream on top. I didn't mix the sour cream w the soup. Just tasted the soup and it was lukewarm. Waitress said it was due to sour cream. Nope - not reason. Instead of giving us a new cup and nuking it, they nuked it w the sour cream. Yuck. We also got a smash burger that was promised not to b tough. It was Very tough and I was cutting it w a knife. Also got the Adult thyme lemonade...it came in a tall glass. If there was Vodka in it you could have fooled me.

Coffee the size of your face

Always a wonderful time here! Nice and quiet, expect when they have live music every night. Quick service, great food, awesome atmosphere!

Close up of chicken skin and where does it look grilled!

The cafe has new owners. The menu is limited with high prices. The winter greens salad was on a small plate for $15. I added grilled chicken for an additional $8. Disgusting! It was pieces of rubbery chicken with mostly skin. Hope they turn things around or the owners should find a different business

Bellefonte Cafe is certainly very unique and eclectic! Upon researching some brunch spots in the area, this one kept coming up, and I'm glad that we got to try it. Making a reservation is very easy on Open Table, I was even able to make one on Sunday a few hours before actually coming in. I believe that the reservations are required during the COVID situation. We sat outside at around 1:00 p.m., and we had the whole patio area to ourselves. I thought it was really cool that each table came with a fly swatter, definitely a nice touch and totally necessary. Their patio area is definitely really cute and really well thought out. Though it was pretty hot out that day, the umbrellas in the shade definitely make you feel more comfortable. There are a lot of interesting options on their brunch menu, anything from Eggs Benedict to Huevos Rancheros. I got the eggs Benedict, and I thought that having prosciutto on them was a really nice touch. I also really love the fresh salad on the side, the cherry tomatoes were bomb! My fiance got the hummus stuffed avocado, and substituted the crostini that normally comes with the dish for some pita. I think that was a good call! For dessert, we tried Sweet Potato Bourbon Cheesecake with Sour Cream topping. Sounds pretty intense because it is! It tasted more like a sweet potato pie, not as much as a cheesecake, but either way was definitely really delicious! We were treated really well the whole time, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. The inside is also pretty cool, so if you're comfortable eating inside, you can do that as well. but either way, try to check it out the inside, even if you're just going to the bathroom!

Just the vibe is awesome but to meet Mike. This is his place. He is the guy that was on D, D, & D. An absolute treat. Slow night so I got to talk with him. Again, more on that. The chicken skin appetizer. OMG. So good. I need to figure out how to make these at home. Had the FTC burger and tots as Mike was nice enough to dissuade me away from the Moo Caliente. Says on the menu "VERY spicy". Mike gave me the Reaper aioli for my tots. Holy hot! But tasty. If you like really spicy, take the Moo Caliente on. Now Mike is the owner, bartender, and designer of all this. I have never had the opportunity to actually speak with the guy I saw on TV but he is so down to earth he acts like just an employee. What an honor to get to hang out and speak with the owner. An incredible experience and you must try Farmer & the Cow if in Wilmington

The vegan cauliflower Kati Roll from the Indian place was amazing!! as well as the naan bread. So tasty. It's my new favorite thing. Thin and crispy pizza. Our other family member had the chicken tacos from the Mexican place. Very very good, juicy flavorful chicken served with limes and salsa. The salsa was okay. We were able to take advantage of the happy hour pricing and grabbed a couple of beers before checking out the approximately ten vendors for food. My wife opted for a Masala power bowl with salmon and really liked it. I ordered wings from Stix Chicken. I got the hot and sweet sauce on eight wings for $13. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food but these were some of the best (and messiest) wings I ever had! I don't know how they get them that crispy but they were excellent. Prices were on par with most food trucks not cheap but fair. This place is a good choice for a more interesting fast casual meal.

They came out in a seashell. I don't know what that sauce was that they were covered in, but I wanted to drink it. I'm a ribeye person. I asked Marc should I get the tomahawk for two or the Porter house for two? He suggested if I'm a ribeye person to get the tomahawk It was cooked to perfection. My cousin and I shared it and we ate every bite. It came in a big plate with carrots and potatoes and green beans. It was so much food, but it was so good. We ate at all. Also got a side of focaccia bread, which was outstanding All the drinks we had were made with love, and the atmosphere was really good too Are waitress Mia also gets five stars She was great Anyway, I'll be going back there very soon and I recommend if you're reading my review that you will love it too I want to thank all the staff at snuff Mill for making our night a memorable one
