    Wow , Wow, WOW! These guys...Mateo arrived early to check everything in and answer any and all questions I had. When Elohim and Keagan joined they all worked cohesively as a smooth unit. I can tell they know what they're doing. My father has moved me over 20 times in the past 15 years and it was nice for these guys to take his direction on where to place my stuff. As nice as it is when family helps, this was so much smoother and less stressful. I 100% will use bellhop again. I used to move all my stuff with multiple trips in my truck....never again. This is the way, the ONLY way to move. Thank you so much. You have a Customer for life!

    So far I am NOT impressed. The 1st people I spoke with were great... Of course they want your money at that point. I lost the initial credit card that I made the reservation with, so when it came time for the agreed upon amount to come out of my account, it declined because that card no longer existed. I received an email stating I needed to rectify ASAP. I completely understand that. However the email stated that I had until 5pm the night before my move to take care of it. My move is/was scheduled for 3/16. Which means I have until 5pm tonight to rectify. I called at 8am this morning to give a new card number, only to find out they canceled my reservation LAST NIGHT. Call went like this... 8am - hold time 17 minutes to talk to 1st person. They transferred me to concierge. He said no, that I need customer care and transferred me back. Another 10 minute hold, just to be hung up on. I call back. Whole story all over again AND THEY HANG UP ON ME AGAIN. I call back a THIRD time and ask for a manager. I speak to Sallie who is less than accommodating. She basically tells me I am lying and that the email sent to me says I need to have it taken care of by 7pm Sunday night. But that they can reschedule me, however I won't have a guaranteed reservation. Nice. They take the entire amount for my move and charge it to the new card and promise I will have an answer as to whether or not I will have movers or my stuff will just be sitting on a sidewalk...... Guess what, it is 4:28 pm. No clue if I have movers, but Bellhop sure the hell has my $500 so I can't even beg another company to help me. I am currently on hold and have been for 16 minutes and 50 seconds. Of course this is after I have called and been hung up on..... Again. Oh! I actually forwarded Sallie the email that she swears didn't exist. She responded that it was an automated email that was sent via internal processes, and an error on their part... So I'm not a liar huh Sallie?? She did offer a 10% discount on my move... How nice. I already had that on the first reservation from a welcome email when I had reached out for a quote. OH!!! AND they increased the charges from $169/ hour to $179/ hour. So in actuality they are charging me at least $30 more for their mistake. I have now been on hold for 31 minutes and 08 seconds. I still have no idea if I have movers or not... But Bellhop sure has their money. The sad part is, I already referred 2 people to them who booked moves. I will make sure to tell them to cancel. Thanks Bellhop for making a stressful time, even worse.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We moved from Las Vegas to South Carolina and did a ton of research on other…read moremoving companies before deciding on Eco Movers LV. Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! Off the bat, Alona was incredibly helpful and professional in the info gathering phase - asking all the right questions so that no surprises come up for us, or for SBM. She was able to give me a price range for our move, but assured us that a firm price will be supplied once a visual assessment was taken. At the end of the call, she scheduled a video call at an agreed upon date and time for us to walk through our apartment with their estimator. The visual assessment call came exactly as scheduled, and had it not been for some technical difficulties on my end, it went without a hitch. A day after, Alona supplied us our fixed price proposal for our move. The morning of our move, Tristan texted me to let me know that the movers were en route. They actually got to our apartment complex early, but didn't ring the doorbell until the agreed upon start time of 8:30. At 8:30, Jett, Jose and Thomas got to work right away. Even though we were on the 3rd floor of our building that was without an elevator, these gentlemen made quick work of our boxes, furniture and belongings. We did our best to box our things up nicely, but the Team took great care to wrap furniture with the moving blankets and plastic wrap they had brought with them to mitigate any potential damage. In less than 3 hours, our apartment was emptied and our belongings were stacked neatly into the 20' Uhaul they had rented for the move. The drive out to Texas for Jett and Jose could not have been more difficult. We knew this first hand because we drive a nearly identical route just a few hours behind. It rained, then the sun came out, then it stormed. At the Arizona and New Mexico border, the moving truck had to take a detour on to a state road because of a train derailment that caused the I-40E to be shut down. Heading into Texas from New Mexico, there were reports of tornadoes that had touched down. All this to say that the Team went above and beyond to trek through some craziness while ensuring the safety and security of our belongings as well as staying safe on the road themselves. When we finally arrived in Texas, Jett and Jose got to our new place before we did. When we got our keys and opened the doors, they got right to work offloading the truck and moving our things in. Again, they moved quickly and efficiently, despite the humidity. Before we knew it, the truck was emptied and boxes were placed where we asked them to put them. We honestly could not have asked for a smoother move. Jett was quick to communicate through text with updates. Everyone on the Team was extremely courteous - I even had to ask Thomas to not address me as "sir". If you're looking for the cheapest move, Seven Brothers Moving isn't that, but if you're a believer like I am, that you get what you pay for, Seven Brothers Moving cannot be beat. Highly recommended.     FIVE STAR MOVING COMANY REVIEW…read more If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, but then the company name would have to change! Craig and his team of movers, truly came to my rescue. I initially contacted another moving company for an interstate move from San Diego to Las Vegas. The bid came in very high, and I was told by that company that there were "additional fees" for interstate moves, making the price much higher than expected. Then, just 3 days before my scheduled move, that company called and tried to more than double the price!  leaving me in a total panic. I reached out to 5 STAR Moving Company, and the owner, Craig , responded immediately. He was furious when I told him my story. He calmed me down right away with his happy demeanor and reassuring words that they would take care of the move at a fraction of the quoted price. All was true. Not only did they accommodate me on such short notice, but they were also transparent, professional, and fair with their pricing--no surprise fees! The crew arrived right on time, very happy to be there and eager to start. They handled my belongings with care, and made a stressful move almost seamless. We stated communication was not very good and he responded with a bunch of lies. He never confirmed a time and it was not written on the invoice like he claims it was. He did not respond to text messages and calls and when he finally did said he had fallen asleep. This was after 5pm the day before the scheduled move. Arrival times should have been confirmed well before then. Good management owns up to their mistakes and wants to do better. The only time he was quick to respond was to collect payment. I was sure to let our realtor know he should not be recommending this company. Good management welcomes all feedback and does not excuse their wrongdoing. Your responses are rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional.
