It was an incredibly expensive cake at $295 for an 8" round cake, but we thought it would be worth it, given how intricate the decorations are. Unfortunately, things did not turn out as planned. The owner Rocio was quite unprofessional from the start, and told us the only time we could pick up the cake was between 10am and 10:30am the day before, and that if we missed the window because of traffic we wouldn't get our cake even though we had pre paid for it. We showed up an hour early to be sure. Once we received the cake we realized that they had spelled my daughter's name incorrectly, even though I had carefully sent CC her all the details. We had to search at the last minute to find someone who could correct the mistake as they refused to help. Then when we took the cake out of the box, we discovered that it was lopsided and that it hadn't been made properly. When I told the owner and sent her pictures she accused us of incorrect transportation and storage, even though we had painstakingly done everything right. The owner was rude, unresponsive, and unapologetic. She offered me a rebate of $30 for the misspelled name and refused to take responsibility for the lopsided cake. I could forgive the mistakes but to charge so much and then to not take responsibility and blame the customer feels dishonorable. Please don't order a cake from here there are many better places.-
