But wanted to show our interest and meet an AD. Roque offered what was in stock but I'm not a yellow gold guy. Now white.... another story. Looked around the store and partner had two watches she was interested in. We asked Roque for a coin which he got a quarter out of cash register. We assigned heads and tails to each watch. I've purchased two watches from this Ben Bridge location in the past, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I stopped in and casually asked XENIA (a sales associate or manager not sure), who I regularly see there but my purchases were with other sales associates. I simply asked Xenia whether the store planned on bringing in Omega watches. Instead of a professional conversation, I was met with a very pretentious and dismissive attitude. She immediately responded that she did not want Omega in "her store" because she preferred more options for women and claimed Omega has "too many references" and "does too much." And "there are other better brands." What made the interaction even more off-putting was that I was literally wearing an Omega Seamaster which she saw and noticed during this conversation. Rather than respecting a customer's interest and enthusiasm for watches, Xenia completely dismissed the brand and acted as if it was beneath the store. Everyone is entitled to their opinions on brands, but there's a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers--especially returning customers who have already spent money there. The tone and attitude throughout the interaction felt rude, unwelcoming, and condescending. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping at this location specially due Xenia's overall attitude and demeanor. After meeting with Wany Perez in person to start a waitlist for my sought-after watch, I've tried multiple times to contact him via both email and text regarding a simple follow-up, and I've received no response at all. Initially, I thought he was no longer with the company, so I called the store to ask, and his coworker transferred him on the phone. He claims that he NEVER received my text messages or email. Unless you were giving me fake information, that is IMPOSSIBLE. Being ignored after repeated attempts is frustrating and unprofessional, especially from a company that positions itself as high-end and customer-focused. Wow, was it absolutely horrible!!! I took two of my rings in for repair. One under warranty work, the other was not. Took approximately 15 days for ONE of my rings to be done. Kesina called me and informed me that one was done and the other one will be in soon. I waited several more days for the second ring. I decided to call myself only to find out that the day my one ring was in is the day that Kesina actually gave the authorization to have my other ring repaired!!!!!!!! She never informed me about any of this and never took any accountability!!!! Kesina was absolutely rude, and disgusting!! Kesina was never truthful about it. I only found out the truth from another associate that looked into my situation. Kesina is definitely NOT an asset to The Ben Bridge company and I would strongly suggest Ben Bridge to either retrain Kesina or get rid of Kesina altogether!!!! I asked to speak to a manager. Wany took care of Kesina's neglect and made things right and compensated me with a price adjustment along with having my ring ready for pickup that evening. My suggestion to ANYONE who goes to this Ben Bridge in Rancho Cucamonga to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KESINA. If you want professional service and things done right, go see Wany!!!
