Yelp BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! After tons of research, I happened to find Dr. Talei on instagram and had a strong instinct to go to this office. I can honestly say I don't think my instinct has ever been more on point!! My experience with Ben Talei and the entire staff was the best doctor's office experience I've ever had in my entire life. I did have to wait 3 weeks for an appt, but judging by the reviews I'd read and pictures I'd seen, I totally understood why from the get go. When I got to my appt, immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the friendliest and most adorable receptionist, Greg. He was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. We also shared a few laughs. I filled out paperwork, went to the ladies room, and was then immediately brought into a patient's room upon returning to the reception area. Zero wait time. The waiting time in the patient's room was less than 5 minutes. When Dr. Talei walked in, he greeted me with a heartfelt hug and the most welcoming personality ever. He instantly made me feel relaxed and in great hands. He not only made sure he knew exactly what I wanted but also made sure I knew exactly what I could expect and would get. The procedure ALSO took under 5 minutes and was practically painless. Ben was also amazing at explaining every step in detail as he went along. I wholeheartedly want to explain to everyone how incredible Dr. Talei is as a physician and just as a human being. Just as background, I had a beauty mark (nice way of saying mole) right below my lip (lip-line adjacent) which I felt had grown over the years. I had it shaved down about 10 years ago, but it just grew back minus the brown pigmentation. I had it shown to over a dozen doctors- and had always heard the same advice- It would have to be cut out and it would leave a scar, and a mole is preferable to a scar. I was referred to Dr. Talei by a close friend who also had incredible results with him and within the first 30 seconds, Dr. T said he could confidently remove the mole and leave a very small and probably undetectable scar. I did the procedure last week and then realized that I was leaving out of town before my stitches would have to come out. Dr. Talei made special arrangements for me to come to the office on a Sunday to take my stitches out and so I wouldn't have to change my flight. This guy is just amazing. He is professional, fast and discerning as a doctor and tremendously empathetic, caring and dedicated as a human being. It doesn't get better than that when wanting to choose a cosmetic surgeon, especially in Beverly Hills. I am beyond happy with my surgery. The whole process from the beggining was great. I had a very bad car accident that broke my nose and on top of that a bad previous nose job ( a bad one) that was destroyed by the accident, the mix of those made my nose terrible. I am an actress and my face is my tool, I was constantly having bad feed back about my headshots and people telling me i looked like i´ve had a bad nose job, i wasn´t booking anything and my confidence and self steem were on the floor.
