HORRIBLE service! The two times I've come here this person (lady) behind the counter wants to not,…read moreunderline the word NOT, help you. I dropped off a sample on Friday and came back Monday. No one called me to let me know the paint was ready. I asked her when it was ready, and she snaps "I don't know I wasn't here". I immediately remembered her from my last visit where she had to fully disclose they will paint match but it's not guaranteed. Why doesn't she just say it out loud, "HOW CAN I NOT HELP YOU"? Then she looks up my account by name. As we're standing there for a good solid minute I say, can you put this on my account. She says "I need your ID" sure but why don't you ask for it instead of just standing there, breathing, and existing. Then she sarcastically says, "HAVE A NICE DAY". Your life must be sad to be that angry at strangers. Good lord lady- get a job somewhere else if you don't want to help anyone at Kelly Moore. I don't normally post agro reviews but you're attitude is horrible on the two visits to this KM store.

We told her what we were looking for and she took us to see several options. With her help, we found exactly what we were looking for. She helped us with the checkout process and set up our chairs to be delivered in a few days. I really loved the selection of outdoor furniture they had. And I loved the chairs and picked. I have called them 5 times and they refuse to even come to my house and look at the problem. Lance told me it is my problem, not his! He said my wood is defective!? And he told me that and he has never even come back to look at the problem. He just refuses to come back and even look at it. I paid them $8500 to paint the house and once the check cleared they were gone for good. Terrible. Beware. 3/2/26 - I just read Lance's response to my review. He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.

Regardless, when something like this happens, you expect the company to just say, "don't worry, we will take care of it now," or, "how can we fix this?" That didn't happen at all. The choice of colors is mind-boggling. Lynn generously gave us multiple sets of color strips to hold up to our car in the sunlight. Her patience and helpfulness were of a level that is rarely encountered. After we identified just the right color, Lynn helped us decide on the supplies we needed to do the job. Throughout the process, she impressed us as genuinely having our best interests at heart--just like a good friend, even though we had just met for the first time. Lynn also gave us valuable tips/advice about how to do the job done well and how to properly store the supplies. She even invited us to wait in our car outside while the paint was being custom mixed. Had them out again for a revised estimate a few months back and finally pulled the trigger. They are responsive, overly communicate (which I love) and have an overall great team. Super friendly and did what they said they would do and finished the job in a timely manner. Happy with their process - they made it easy to select colors, told me where to go, who to speak with, etc. In terms of their bid compared to two others that I received, they came in the middle, and in my opinion was worth every penny since they made it so easy. When I did the walk-thru after they were done with my husband (and we are picky and particular) there was not one thing I needed to have them come back for! Denise came out and gave us a quote which we'd thought we reasonable we'd decided to repaint the entire exterior instead. They were very nice working with our scheduling as we had to move it a couple of times because of our remodel. Once the date was finalized, Denise came out again and was able to go over all the options we have. Alonso then came out to do a sample patch for us to ensure it's what we wanted. The painters were great, power washed and patched the exterior. Did some repairs on rotted woodwork as well as re-hammering back down some wood siding to eliminate gaps on the wall. They would checked with us periodically to ensure it's exactly what we wanted. The house looks great. Would definitely call on Sunwest painting again.
