No one called me to let me know the paint was ready. I asked her when it was ready, and she snaps "I don't know I wasn't here". I immediately remembered her from my last visit where she had to fully disclose they will paint match but it's not guaranteed. Why doesn't she just say it out loud, "HOW CAN I NOT HELP YOU"? Then she looks up my account by name. As we're standing there for a good solid minute I say, can you put this on my account. She says "I need your ID" sure but why don't you ask for it instead of just standing there, breathing, and existing. Then she sarcastically says, "HAVE A NICE DAY". Your life must be sad to be that angry at strangers. Good lord lady- get a job somewhere else if you don't want to help anyone at Kelly Moore. I don't normally post agro reviews but you're attitude is horrible on the two visits to this KM store.

My experience that morning was great. The first employee I saw greeted me, answered my questions about where the line would start, and even told me I could sit on the furniture while I waited. The store was clean, peaceful, and everyone was friendly. I really appreciated that part of my visit. However, after receiving the cup, I also received a 20% off coupon to use on a purchase of $100 or more. We ended up spending about $118, so we qualified for the discount. Carlos checked us out and scanned the coupon. We specifically asked him if it worked, and he told us yes. We walked away believing the discount had been applied, but thankfully we checked the receipt before actually leaving the store because the 20% discount was nowhere on it. Had we not checked, we would have left paying more than we were supposed to while believing the coupon had been applied. I went back to the same register, but another employee had taken over. I explained that Carlos had scanned my coupon, told me it worked, but the discount wasn't on my receipt. She told me she couldn't open the register or fix it and that I would have to go to customer service. So then I had to walk all the way over to customer service and explain everything again. What frustrated me even more was that the employee there immediately told me that I was supposed to spend over $100 to use the coupon without even looking at my receipt first. We had spent $118. I felt like the receipt should have at least been checked before assuming that was the problem. Eventually, manager Justin came over and actually looked into what happened. He was able to figure out the issue with the timing of the coupon and honor the discount, and the money was refunded back to my card. I really appreciate Justin taking the time to resolve it. My issue is that this became a much bigger inconvenience than it needed to be. If Carlos had simply verified that the coupon actually applied instead of telling us that it did, the situation could have been addressed right at checkout. Instead, I had to come back into the store, return to the original register, get redirected to customer service, explain the situation again, wait for a manager, and then finally receive the discount I should have gotten in the first place. I don't normally shop at Lowe's for myself; I usually only come along when my husband needs something. Since this was my first time actually making a larger purchase for myself, the checkout experience unfortunately didn't leave a very good first impression. I still want to acknowledge the employees who were kind to me during the giveaway and especially Justin for ultimately fixing the issue, but I hope the checkout/customer-service experience can be improved so another customer doesn't leave the store thinking a coupon was applied when it actually wasn't.

They were very nice working with our scheduling as we had to move it a couple of times because of our remodel. Once the date was finalized, Denise came out again and was able to go over all the options we have. Alonso then came out to do a sample patch for us to ensure it's what we wanted. The painters were great, power washed and patched the exterior. Did some repairs on rotted woodwork as well as re-hammering back down some wood siding to eliminate gaps on the wall.
