Everything on my burger was delicious and the staff neatly wrapped it to eat cleanly without burger saucing myself. The Tots were also crispy with a lil bit of black pepper rather than a lot of salt. We've been here a while back but with the weather so nice and Bent Burgers having so much outdoor seating it was the perfect lunch fit for a sunny day. Update: I've been back several more times now to this burger joint. The food quality is still fine. It has a pretty standard set of burgers and special burgers. However, the management here seems to be pretty off. At first I attributed it to the weirdnesses of the pandemic (supply chain problems, staffing issues, etc), but at this point other restaurants seem to have figured out their game to an extent that Bent burgers still has not. For example, wait times for food are still extraordinarily long (30-45 min) for small, simple orders at off hours, last time I was there they were totally out of all beer, orders routinely come out with missing items (they have always been good about replacing the missing things though, if you catch it while you're still in the store), and their online ordering interface is disabled more often than not even when it's not a peak/busy hour. TLDR: If you want a burger this place is fine, but be prepared to wait a bit and be prepared for the unexpected read more

We go here a lot. Last week on my Mom's bday she wanted a cheeseburger she doesn't eat pork. It was ordered with no bacon. Get home has bacon on it. I call want a new burger or refund. I hear the manager ask the girl on the phone. Does she want a new burger? The girl automatically says no refund, but she never asked me.. that was Wednesday. Today is Tuesday. I still have not seen my refund from my burger. Most important thing pay attention when making not everyone loves or eats pork. You should pay very close attention when you put a pork product on a burger that someone did not order my daughter's burger was the burger that had bacon on it, but you put it on both burgers. I still have not received my refund which most likely is not coming and if I call today six days later, I'm sure you guys will probably give me the runaround and not even remember this. I've lived in the NW my whole life and enjoyed many burgers around here. I go to Dicks to walk up to some great nostalgia and get a fast tasty burger and fries. I go to Burgermaster for the nostalgic drive-in and various good eats. Kidd Valley for decent eats too (once you finally get them) But Bent Burgers...are just magnificent. Class of their own. These burgers and fries are much more worth any other wait (especially vs waiting at say Kidd Valley or Burgermaster). I don't get the Yelp rating. You want hot? Get some Ghost Pepper Jack Cheese on it. Juss a lil bit o' peppa inna cheese and yo' mouth is burnin'. Order ahead and you don't have to wait in line and leave pointless reviews because they are busy helping ALL their customers. I order through their website, though (hosted by ChowNow). Check your food before you leave because their phone goes to a busy line and there's no communication able to happen on the website. Adorable burger place right in the neighborhood. Ordered online and was able to get my food in ten minutes. Ordered the Lone Ranger and gotta say it was awesome! Tons of BBQ sauce, large crunchy onion rings with a sleuth of fresh veggies. Loved the size as well. Fries and milkshake are also a must. The milkshakes have the best diner quality. The hot link wasn't very spicy or even had any flavor. The meat could have been seasoned just a tad bit more. The veggies, however, were very fresh and crisp! The egg was cooked beautifully. The tots were solid; extremely crispy and most definitely a heavy hitter! However, not crazy enough for me to go out of my way and return! My taste palate generally draws me towards something that dances in a ton of flavor, spice and everything nice That fix was met this last weekend through The Human Torch Burger: Pepperjack cheese, grilled habanero, ghost peppers, jalapeños, red, green, yellow peppers in addition to a hot link I had them include. My favorite burger of all time is Gordon Ramsey's Hells Kitchen Burger. Not easily accessible of course. And theeeeen there is The Bent Burger. Now that's what you call a specialty burger all sandwiched between TWO grilled cheese sandwiches. A mighty fine bacon cheese burger accompanied by a hot link and fried egg. I stopped here for a late afternoon bite, and with the young guy at the register I placed an order for a Western Burger, sans barbecue sauce and cheese. He stated that I really instead needed to order a bacon cheeseburger for what it was that I wanted. He changed my order accordingly. Fine, but just make sure the burger does not have cheese. ;-) Of course, the burger came with cheese anyway. I chose just to scrape the cheese off rather than make a noise. The hamburger meat had that rather bitter flavor associated with flame-broiling, and that detracted from the burger's otherwise decent ingredients. I also like how they asked what kind of dressing my wife wanted after they had put blue cheese crumbles on it and then picked off most (but not all of it) off afterwards. And no, they don't have any other dressings available. But seriously, their salad is an abomination to salads and their handling of the dressing knocks them down a star.
