This place never misses. The food's super consistent, the service is great, and everyone's always friendly. The comic decor is super cute, and they've got a nice little outdoor area to eat too. Easily my favorite local burger joint.

NOT a $15 dollar burger - tiny patty, comparable to a McDonald's crappy patty, not including fries, not including drink. Burgers and shakes for 2 people was nearly $50 - insane. I really want to support this local place, with the cool comic book theme - but I just can't.

Great neighborhood spot for burgers and milkshakes. The staff is friendly and they have a great deck for outdoor seating.

Reviewing for: pick up, dinner, food and covid Tips Location: accessible in the neighborhood- plenty of street parking non-paid Food: This is our go-to Friday night, need delicious food as soon as possible but refuse to go the fast food route. This time we purchased chicken wings buffalo, lone ranger burger, tots and fries. The wings are top 3 favorite wings- They're fried well and not too saucy (no fatty edges and you don't have a red ring around your mouth!). The lone Ranger burger is huge and is cooked medium well. fries are so so but the tots are where it's at! Space: I cant wait for the patio to open back up so we can drink with our food. They are set up for COVID-safety and space for only 2 people to come in at a time. Tips and Tricks and Covid Deets: Bent Burger has an app that you can use. I order through their website, though (hosted by ChowNow). Check your food before you leave because their phone goes to a busy line and there's no communication able to happen on the website. Also- order directly through them, prices are better and i'm guessing the $$ goes straight to them! Overall: Can't wait for post-covid so I can drink a seltzer and have my wings in peace. Until then, we'll be back every Friday night!

Cheeseburger. Need to get a tasty flavor one next time!!

Ok backkkkk in the day I use to rave about this spot! I'm older and wiser and had many many many burger the last few weeks to get the best top three burger spot! I'm sad to say this is not up there in the top five perhaps, but I've done it alll! The burger I got was a cheeseburger and it was much! Nothing over the top! The sauce was very chill, the fried were tasty, but not like OMG good! The burger was a basic bitch but something about it wasn't RIGHT!!!! I'll be back for the tasty ones, I mean it's live all the time and I'm the summer booming! The Oreo milk shake was OK too, nothing to rave about.

Excellent burger joint conveniently located in a nice residential area. I really liked the comic book theme and decor all around. We came here around 7 on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. We were greeted by friendly workers and were able to order immediately. If weather permits, sit outside in the deck area! It is a super refreshing and chill area to eat and hang out with friends. We got their signature Bent burger. It was a juicy, tasty burger that left me and my friend both satisfied. It was filling and scrumptious, but does get very soggy if you take a while eating, haha!

Kids burger with lettuce and ketchup! Yum!

A bit pricey for a burger, IMHO, but solid tastes nonetheless. I like it and go every other month, or so.

The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not asking too much. I believe the owner said he was trying to revamp the place. I hope that the area comes alive in the future years, that should help. Here's the issue though, this is the slowest spot ever. I've waited 30 minutes for fries - FRIES. I don't mind waiting for food, but it should remain reasonable. There were only two or three people working, and one man did tell us this, but I need to be honest - this was on Super Bowl Sunday. No one was able to get anyone a beer from the tap for 40 minutes, the food took forever and it appeared that online orders were being prioritized (which makes sense, you make as you get orders coming in, but that puts your in person customers in an odd and sometimes frustrating position). To be honest, I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I just had some fries to snack on. I didn't mind as much this one time because I was just happy to find a place to watch the Super Bowl Half Time show, but other days, it's a little hard to look past. I wish this business the best, I live too close to not hope for its improvement! Looking forward to updating my review. At the end of the day, if you're hungry, it's late, this is your spot.

After I ordered, they came…read moreout and told me they didn't have any Philly cheesesteak, so they didn't put it on the sandwich. Naturally, I asked, "So you didn't make the sandwich I ordered?" He said, "No, you got the sandwich." I said, "Okay... so did you make the sandwich I ordered or not?" He said yes. I open it up and it's literally two chicken fingers, fries, and honey mustard. No Philly cheesesteak. So I asked, "If you didn't have Philly cheesesteak, why didn't you tell me that when I ordered it?" He said, "I don't know, I can put it on the side if you'd like." I said, "I thought you didn't have any Philly cheesesteak?" He walked away, came back with a side of Philly cheesesteak, and told me to put it on the sandwich myself. For $19, I shouldn't have to assemble my own sandwich -- especially after being told you didn't even have the main ingredient. Just be upfront with customers.

All the…read moreoutdoor tables were full when we arrived at 6, so we put our name on the list for inside and waited about 30 minutes. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

Outside seating is first come first serve and inside seating you have to see a hostess. We started outside and saw someone leaving and circle them like vultures. We got lucky, it was 4th of July weekend, so it was busy! We ordered pizza for the table and for my toddler. It was really good! He loves the pepperoni. My order was the salmon burger. They used a good slab of coho, nicely seasoned with a aioli. The fries were crunchy and nice. I shared with my husband and it was just right, since we had a bunch of apps at the market. We also got a round of beers. Or in my case I got their hard seltzer, which wasn't too bad, I would probably just get a light beer next time. Service was great outside! Also you get the nice breeze, they also had heaters on top. Picnic style tables and quick service!

My only complaint is that the burger was a bit too salty. Service: It was mid. They messed up on our orders and instead of replacing it, she just walked away. They ask for tips which is odd because you have to go to the counter and order and clean the table yourself. They only bring the food and I'm guessing that has more to do with the lack of space. A tip shouldn't be asked. Also when we ordered, we didn't know thy would bring out the meal so we stood inside for a while. They don't take your name or give you a buzzer so I'm not sure how they can keep track. Lastly, it took a while for us to get our food. It wasn't that busy but it looked like there was only one cook. Ambiance: the inside is TINY but it's a vibe. It's small and oddly shaped but the ceilings are high and it's sort of an industrial open concept. They have a small seating outside and a bigger patio seating on the side street. Napkins, utensils and ketchup are all the table which makes it easier. But the place gets packed so you might not even get a seat. Overall: I'd go back because the burgers were that good. But it's not going to be my go-to spot mainly because of the service.
