The worst at service, they always forget to do something and you have to go back, this is the second time I'm getting disappointed from the service of Newport Bentley, I took my Bentley in to fix the tire and change the locks on tires, they totally forgot to fix my tire after sitting there for 2 hours and waiting, they changed the tire locked but didn't fix the nail in the tire, wanted to go out this weekend and got notification that I have a flat tire. Whoever does the hiring and managing here is not up to the task. I own four businesses and we treat everyone like gold. This was their 3rd strike with me...I too was ignored when I visited and they were unable to assist me (or knew anything about the Le Mans limited editions) on my first visit. It sure looks like there are quite a few more negative reviews than positive ones so here is one more. When I purchased my Continental it only had one key. I went to the dealer and was told I could only or the keys two at a time, the cost was just over $1,000.00 and that I would have to get them programmed for another $450.00. Fast forward I lost one of the keys and had to use the spare key but the battery had died so I tried the manual key which I have never used before. Low and behold the key does not work on the door or the glove box. I got the battery working and went to the dealer for an explaination because when they programmed the fob they never checked to see if the key worked. What I was told in like 2 minutes of the conversation was obviously the cylinder in the lock must have been changed. The glove box lock also must have been changed. According to the stack of service records I have none of this is part of the cars history. These guys are not there to help you and quite frankly they are more than a bit snobbish. Working at a car dealership doesn't raise your status as a human being and if it should I do not think that it is working. Unfortunately, sometimes we do need to go to the dealer and I own a Bentley and a Porsche but this shop is the most expensive and I seem to pick up a new dent or ding every time I have visited them. My advice in retrospect is use RAGING BULL in Costa Mesa for Bentley service and Frank is a real pro and as for the Porsche I would suggest VISION Motor Sports in Laguna Hills. These guys are the real deal and they are true Porsche enthusiasts. Both of these shops are well over $100.00 an hour less expensive and you will be thrilled with the service. Sorry NEWPORT but you have just lost another customer. Owners know what these cars mean to them and the hard work it took to purchase one and you guys take all of the esteem and prestige of being an owner. Look everyone is untitled to their own opinion however before you purchase a vehicle of any kind you should always write down questions to ask even the questions you wouldn't phantom to ask write it down before any major purchase that way there's no surprise's & you're caught with your pants down sort of speak & blame the sales representatives of not doing their job or being dishonest. After that purchase read the manual thoroughly & call or go back in to discuss any other issues or concerns after all you have 30 days to return or rework your original contract. My Bentayga that I purchased from Bentley of Newport Beach had damaged to the dash board and I agreed to split the cost of the repair; I paid what was required of me on my portion of the deal. Last week we flew into Socal. Right when our chauffeur pulled up to the dealership it was an endless flood of beautiful Bentleys. As we went to the front door we were approached by Chris. He had answered all of his questions over the phone which I know we're a lot and Chris is very friendly and doesn't seem like your typical pushy car sales man. He is very approachable and knowledgeable! As we walked through the front doors my beautiful car was on the showroom floor right in the front with a big gold bow on top! She is a beauty! I was super excited about the bow.... I'm so detail oriented so it's the little extra things that get me! Chris was very meticulous in description as well. He described every little detail about the buttons and fun inside the car. It has massage chairs in 'em... love! It was hard to hear what he was saying about everything else because I was just excited about the car. The car drives super smooth! I'm such a cruiser that this is the perfect car for me! By far my favorite car to drive. Some faster cars is just to much power for tiny me. When we were driving around LA it was exciting to not see any white Bentleys around. LA has a way of making your car feel like a prius with everyone driving high end cars.. but not in this baby! Why Chris easily earned way past 5 stars was how he goes above and beyond for his customer and the treat bag that was left in the Bentley was the cherry on top! Remember, I like the little things! This bag had a white Bentley hat, a Bentley coffee mug, a Bentley pen and 2 Bentley Keychains and books on the Bentley! He definitely goes out of his way to give you the best shopping experience. Horrible experience here. I found a used vehicle this dealership posted on Car Gurus. It appeared to be a beautiful car, but had high mileage for its age. I researched the car's value from online sites (such as Car Fax) and saw that it was completely over priced. I asked the salesman if the price was at all negotiable and was told "no, we are a fixed price dealership". I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership service department. Our 2016 Bentley Flying Spur we purchased around January 2016. Within a month of purchase, there was a problem with the car where it wouldn't go faster than 40 mph. I drove it to the service department of Bentley Newport Beach. I was frustrated that such a car began to have issue so quickly, but I knew it wasn't the dealership's fault. However, what made me really irritated was the fact that they were about to offer a Honda Odyssey or Ford F150 as the loaner car while we left the Bentley Flying Spur. I would have been little more understanding if we came to the dealership to get service without making appointment and they offer such a car because that would have been our fault for expecting the dealership to service our car without giving them a heads up. BUT the car THEY sold 2 months ago broke down on US which left us one car left. It wasn't our fault the car broke down and they were about to give us a Honda or Ford to drive around. I kept saying that it was unacceptable for the dealership to loan us a car like that over and over again. EVENTUALLY I was able to get the Porsche Cayenne as a loaner car. We didn't expect to have to go through such frustrating process when the car had issues. Have tried to get my Audi serviced here several times. The first time I came early in the morning hoping they could squeeze me in for a quick oil refill. It was a two hour wait... Second time I called asking if they had anything in the next week to fix a car smog check problem. They only had one 8am on a Friday. I am appalled by the lack of costumer service and the profiling that my significant other and I experienced here. This was our second visit to the lot and we were more disappointed than the first time.... The first time on the lot we walked around for over 30 minutes without one acknowledgement and decided to leave. This time again, we walked the lot looking at all the cars and finally went into the showroom to look for assistance. We again looked at all the cars in the showroom without a single acknowledgement. My S.O. searched a woman out who needed to leave the building in order to find us help. When the salesman Michael Randles finally did come in, he preceded to look at us with judgement in his eyes and treated us like second class citizens and went on to let us know that Bentley is a "high-end" vehicle. Oh, I forgot to let you know I am a white woman with tattoos and my S.O. is an African-American man. It appears that in Newport Beach couples like us are still looked down upon!!! SHAME ON YOU BENTLEY, you just lost a sale. One should not ever judge a book by its cover. We are/were completely capable of writing a check for any car on your lot in full yet, due to such poor treatment we will be taking our business elsewhere and Bentley will not ever have our money. After a horrible experience I had with Ogara Coach Bentley service department at Westlake where I have just recently taken delivery of my 2014 GT speed; I was really feeling helpless. I decided to go to Newport Auto Center. Michael Barbee was extreme warm and patient, he listened to my whole story happened with Orgara Coach and even got the factory rep involved in repairing my car. He helped me fixed all the small issues I had with the car, and through out the entire repair, Michael has been keeping in contact with me on all the status updates. He have been very professional, sincere, and extreme knowledgable about every small detail of the Bentley products line. My experience with the entire service has been nothing but first class with great care and courteous. I just recently bought a 2015 Audi Q7. Yesterday was its first service day. From the moment I drove in; there was someone that immediately came out to greet me and get my info. He walked me inside offered me coffee or water and introduced me to the service rep that was going to help me. Although it as my first Time so we had a little extra paperwork I probably was there a total of finish minutes from start to end. I received a loaner car and they called me 30 min before the promised time that my car was done. When I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed and when I got home I noticed a big scratch that was on my front right rim was completely gone!!!!! No one said anything about doing that to my car, and I have to say I am super happy! Just bought my first Bentley from this dealership and I am quite pleased with the entire experience. Mostly worked with Chris Comet who is great; I saw the car I was interested in and just walked in without an appointment and still got help and got to test drive it right away. I even got to take a second test drive the following day with a friend. Chris is super chill and helpful since I had a LOT of questions. At no point did I feel over pressured to rush into a purchase decision. Furthermore, on the day I took delivery of the car, I could not go to the dealer until pretty later after work on a weekday. Tommy, their other sales manager, as well as their finance people, stayed late way past their normal work hours to help get the deal done. I can't praise my experience at Audi of Newport Beach enough. My boyfriend found 'the car' that I'd been looking for here...extremely low mileage, pristine and low price. It was perfect. The only problem was that I was in the north of England and not returning back to the US for days....and I live in SF. The team handled all of the paperwork via email, communicated each day to confirm the progress of my credit check and found the best way for me to finance the car (I have had problems with other dealerships as I'm a foreigner). I flew into LA to pick up the car and drive it back to where I live in San Francisco. They had it waiting for me with a sold sign on and handled the sale professionally and quickly, giving me a full demo of the features and test drive. They talked me through further insurance options but there was no pressure and I drove my new car away in no time. They have since followed up to make sure all is ok and I am more than satisfied with the car. I have already recommended Newport Audi and my contact there, Roman to several people and will definitely use them again, even if it means flying to them to pick up the car. Been coming to this dealership for years now (since 2006 to be exact). Have seen a lot of people come and go -- in both the sales and service department. Naturally to anyone, that can be unsettling but I must say that the latest and current service advisor, Dennis Codd, is by far the best one yet (and I hope he's here to stay for awhile). This review is for the service department of Bentley Newport Beach. The service department of Bentley Newport Beach is in excellent hands thanks to Dennis Codd. His predecessor was great as well, but just seemed a little burnt out towards the end. What a refreshing feeling it was to have a person like Dennis replace him. He is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. There is no BSing with him and he will break down the news to you (good or bad) without beating around the bush. I've dealt with some service advisors in the past (at other "high-end" dealers) that try to rack up the bill as much as they can, just so them and their techs can have more hours (which means more money for them) under their belt. He is great at communicating (i.e. emails, returning phone calls, leaving messages) and keeping his clientele aware of what's going on with their car. He is not pressuring at all and is very mellow to say the least. He even offered and had a rock chip on the windshield that I noticed after picking up the car repaired with no questions asked. I honestly may even brought the car in with it but didn't notice it until picking up the car from being serviced. If that's not going above and beyond then I don't know what is. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience with Audi of Newport Beach and the great staff they have. I've purchased many cars, and helped many friends purchase cars through the years, and have never had such an open, honest, and direct approach to buying a car as I had here. I worked directly with the GM, Mark, and Roman, the sales agent. I was a tricky case, and thought I had very little chance of finding the right car at the right price with a good rate, but Mark and Roman were very patient and worked hard to make it happen. I'm very knowledgable about auto financing and generally get a bunch of lies and games played to try make money off my trade-in, interest rate, undisclosed rebates and incentives, hold back, etc. This wasn't the case with Audi of Newport. They were completely upfront about everything and it felt great not to catch a dealership in any lies. They gave me the buy rate interest rate on my loan, a value for my trade-in that was above where it should have been, and a purchase price that couldn't be beat by another dealership, not to mention the $1,500 incentive from Audi. I have dealt with dozens and dozens of dealerships in the past, and have never had such a positive experience. You won't do better, go hear, and ask for Roman. I have nothing to do with this dealership, I just want to try and reward a company that went above and beyond, as it's so rarely seen. This has been my second purchase of a new car from Audi of Newport Beach. Both times it has been a great experience. In August of 2012 I purchased a new A6. Greatest car I ever had. I just came off a BMW 745i. Less that two years later, I traded that A6 back in to move into the new S6. Unbelievable car to say the least. I had looked at other brands prior to visiting Audi. What a cluster my experience was! It felt like amatuer hour at this dealership with everyone from the initial salesperson the sales manager, the financial manager, who it seemed was trying to facilitate a transaction for the first time with people also who had a home in another state, a 'kid'who barely introduced me to the car, not even setting up the satellite radio or other functionality for me...when I had to drive back with my husband to the dealership, they said they would send me a key chain, a Bentley mug, something to accommodate having to drive back from Laguna for our trouble...zip, zero, nada... worse customer service ever. The Follow up - Two out of three people from my original review are no longer with the company. The sales manager, Steve, reached out to me and was very genuine in his sincere acknowledgement that the transaction had been difficult throughout the process. He sent me a lovely gift package from Bentley, certainly beyond my expectation.
