    New Porsche Macan 4S in oak green

    Recently picked up a Macan 4S EV from this dealership. Process was super smooth and everyone who works there was pleasant and easy to deal with. Nicely designed dealership and great snacks at the back too. Special shout out to Nate - I was his customer at another Porsche dealer and followed him to this dealership, a testament to how great of a guy he is, looking forward to more Porsches in the future, maybe next time with 2 doors instead of 4!

    Look for Nathan B.! Super helpful. Even let me check and test drive the car 15mins before they were closing! They don't pressure you and work with your schedule all the time. Even gave me a hotwheels version of the 911 I purchased! I would definitely go back here for my next Porsche!

    Took our Macan in for its first complimentary service at Porsche Irvine, and let me just say -- if this is what car maintenance feels like, I might start inventing problems just to come back. Jay, our service advisor, was the MVP. He was so thorough, I half expected him to offer me a progress report with a video of his technician POV walkthrough and a TED Talk. He kept us updated every step of the way through text and honestly felt more like a long-lost friend who just happens to love Porsches. Meanwhile, Cedric in parts? A legend. Not only did he help us choose between coffee mugs and customizable Porsche Irvine water tumblers like a personal hydration stylist, but he made sure we left with more Porsche swag than we planned for. The service department was so clean I was afraid to breathe too heavily, and the amenities were top-tier featuring Nespresso coffee and snack samples as if we're shopping in Costco. Highly recommend. 11/10 would service (and for the amazing coffee mug). Also, Dean the Service Manager is just AWESOME to talk to!

    I visited Porsche Irvine to get my car serviced and while waiting, I had coffee and a croissant and looked around the showroom. Since it is a high-end car dealership, the customer service is excellent. The Cayman 718 GT4 RS and 911 GT3 RS models in the showroom looked awesome but high-priced, so I don't really want to own them, but I would like to drive them if I get the chance. lol Buying a car is important, but after buying a car, maintaining it is even more important. Mr. Vincent Wu at the Service Department is professional and friendly, so he makes customers want to come back for the next service. The store is also very clean, and most of the employees are friendly.

    This is an amazing Porsche dealership in Irvine and the show room is gorgeous! I was here for an unofficial Yelp event tonight and they did a great job! Ashley was one of the people in charge and she was very organized. They had a few booths with mixologists serving exotic cocktails and some tasty treats! They had a really cool silent auction with a lot of sports memorabilia that was reasonably priced. I like the charcuterie cart in the VIP area and ate a lot of grapes and pistachio nuts.

The dealership option had more miles than I'd like so I went to CarMax first. My CarMax option was at the car lot in Duarte, but they shipped it to my nearby Irvine location at no fee so that I could look it over and test drive it. I met Byron at an appointed time, test drove it, asked a bunch of questions, and inspected it thoroughly. I liked it even better in person than what I saw online and made the purchase. Byron made the buying experience quick, easy, pressure-free, and made me feel comfortable - he's great at his job! I love my car.

We almost walked out right there, but wanted to test drive a car so we bit our tongues. Even once we went to his desk, he still did not acknowledge her at all. If this is how he treats wives of potential customers, I'm sure this isn't the first and won't be the last time he cost you business. I ended up doing the whole sit through the dealer nightmare that you guys are supposed to be a better alternative to because I refuse to reward such awful behavior.

I also forgot to add by law they are not supposed to get rid of a trade in vehicle UNTIL the return period is over with and they told me they got rid of it when we came in person. So they broke the law and by doing that they were supposed to cut me a check by Monday and I have yet to recieve that as well. They left me without a vehicle and it has been extremely inconvenient. If there is an emergency I have no car to use. I have called corporate and have a case open and am waiting to hear back ** 7/13/2026 - UPDATED REVIEW ** Less than a week, we had issues with the car ended up returning it. We bought the car on Tuesday and had issues on Friday and returned it Saturday. Friday, the car was having electrical issues. Sometimes it would turn on and other times it wouldn't. I ended up stranded at a store. Because it was hot and we have a baby, our baby was overheating from trying to get the car started for a few minutes. This led her to rushing in the store to cool our baby down. Thankfully it started eventually and they were able to get home. I then called the sales team to explain what happened and was redirected several times. I asked to speak to several managers and never received a call back. My husband took the car back all the way from Riverside to get it inspected. He also called the sales team several times and was either hung up on or not answered by the management team. Finally, he showed up to the dealership and let them know what was going on. He had no way of getting back home so he asked the sales team to get me a Lyft back and thankfully got that covered. The next day, I followed up with sales and service and she still had not heard back from anyone with the exception of Reggie from the service team who was super helpful. My husband left the keys with the sales team before he left the night before since service was closed for the day. Reggie explained that the car hadn't been inspected yet because they couldn't find the keys the sales team never gave it to them. Finally, we heard back from Reggie and he said that the car battery was working but the car wasn't holding the charge implying that it may not have had the correct battery for the car and that since the car was sold as is that we would have to pay for the battery which was frustrating because we had just purchased the car and thought it had been inspected prior. Both my husband and I kept following up with the sales team and again kept getting the run around so we decided to head down there in person. We decided that if we were already having trouble with the car then we would be returning it to avoid future problems and missing the refund return period. When we got there, the gentlemen in the front asked how they could help and let them know we needed to speak to a manager. My husband and I both saw the gentleman go back to the management team to let them know what was going on and had us wait in the lobby. We waited for about 30 minutes and no one had helped us. We watched them stay in the back, talking amongst each other and yet we still didn't get help and the dealership was not busy at all. So we decided to go back there where they were sitting and talk to them myself. They looked surprised of course and we explained what was going on. They then asked how long we waited and as we told them they then tried to blame the guys up front which wasn't cool because we saw them notify them we were there and needed help. Finally we got the paperwork going by one manager and as we were walking to his office, we see the finance manager who helped us get the car and yet he did not acknowledge us once. It was extremely disappointing The paperwork got signed and was finished and we left very upset and disappointed. When my husband and I are taken care of we have no problem referring others, but since we were met with the worst service we've ever experienced we will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope no one else experiences what we went through but proceed with caution.

What stood out most was the customer service. Robert needed one additional document after the sale and was willing to work around my schedule, even returning the following Monday to make the process as convenient as possible. Selling a car can often be stressful, but this experience was refreshingly hassle-free. Between the mobile service, same-day payment, and attentive customer service, I can see why they came highly recommended. My most recent experience was this month and Hamza, my appraiser, was in contact with me literally within 30 seconds of me submitting my request for an offer. We were doing a video appraisal of my car minutes later and I had a quote within 10 minutes. Hamza helped to finalize the pricing even though it was a Sunday night and the whole process took around 25 minutes. They picked up the car the next day and I had my money when the driver pulled up. I've recommended 2 others who have sold cars to car trackers and they had a similar experience. To be honest I probably wouldn't have trusted it had I discovered it on my own. But my neighbor had sold a car through car trackers and so I gave it a shot. Now I've sold 3 cars to them. Simply a great outfit that offers great pricing and a pretty painless process.

No text or call that the driver was running 2-3 hours late. Rearranged my day to be home to be home for this so I was a bit annoyed. Also if you use them make sure you do the online setup forms with the phone number you want them to text or call. They do not change it no matter how many times you ask them to do so. When the transporter actually arrives everything is fast and efficient. A pretty good service but their logistics could use some work.
