I would like to take this opportunity to mention my experience with the Penske Automotive car group here in Scottsdale. Having lived here in the valley for the last 10 years I have always gauged everything automotive with the products and the people located at the facility on Scottsdale rd and the 101 beltway. This was the simplest, most enjoyable car purchasing experience we ever had. My husband and I have bought several cars over the years...about 25 or so in the last 15 years. So, needless to say, we pretty much have it down to a science. Well, clearly Burkhard (Burke) Klosener and Scottsdale Bentley have it down as well. Via email, we agreed on a fair price and when we came in to sign the paperwork, it was ready to go and quick. I think we completed the paperwork in 15 minutes. I recently serviced a GT I purchased at the dealership. When I bought it, I was told by Burkhard and the GM whose name escapes me that I would be taken care of on the service side for any outstanding service work needed on the car to bring it up to date / compliance per the owners manual should I purchase the car. They did just that. Brandon Dean my adviser ensured all was done and they even went so far as to replace 2 tires when they would not balance correctly even though the tires only had several hundred miles on them. Our son is a big fan of Lamborghinis and told me that for his 14th Birthday, he wanted to sit in a Lamborghini. I took a chance, and sent an email to Bentley Scottsdale asking if it would be possible to just come look at the Lamborghinis they had on site with him. Gary Stone personally got in touch with me by phone, and told me to bring him in. Both Gary and Burk, were more than accommodating!
