From the moment I met Richard, the owner, I knew I was in good hands. He is incredibly personable, professional, and truly knowledgeable. I honestly thought my car was beyond repair--it would drive fine one moment, then suddenly lose power and shut off, especially at stop lights. It was an unpredictable and frustrating issue that no one had been able to figure out. But Richard took the time to thoroughly test drive my car and was able to pinpoint the exact problem. That alone gave me so much confidence in his expertise. Not only did he fix the issue, but his pricing was very fair and affordable. What truly set him apart, though, was the care and integrity he showed. A few days after the repair, he personally called to check and make sure everything was still running well. That level of customer service is rare. He and his wife are truly gems--honest, dependable, and genuinely committed to helping people. Instead of taking responsibility, they are refusing to fix their mistake. To make it worse, one of their employees called and yelled at me, which was completely unprofessional. Poor workmanship, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Avoid this place. NOW, my car is at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest and it cost me additional 500.00

The communication of delays was sub par. I needed my car as I had do take my dog to the vet and the rental would not allow dogs ($400 fee). I also needed to travel. I would not use them again. I think I strolled around it a half dozen times. I even traced my fingers along the seam lines where the panels, plastic and accessories met. I looked at the sticker on the back to make sure it was my car. I just couldn't believe what a great job Top Notch did AGAIN. I say "again", because they impressed me about 4 years ago when they repaired another vehicle. I wondered if they were really this good, or if maybe the first time I got lucky. Look, I risk coming off here as overly effusive, but from start-to-finish -- their communication, clarity, detail, creativity, going the extra mile -- I've now experienced it twice with them, and it was excellent both times.
