Elias asked great questions, and provided great communication and customer service from the beginning, middle to end which greatly reduced the stress. Being that this was a brand new van with a specific type of metallic paint, I was extremely concerned about getting a perfect match and that's exactly what Reliance delivered, thank God! Why because you are just another number to them and they don't care. And don't even get me started on constant hidden fees that their service advisors hide, they tell you one price, but you will end up paying 200 or 300 more. For all sorts of disposal fees, even when you ask to grab the disposable product with you.

STAR certified location which i realized (later) is overkill for my low-mileage and maintained vehicle. I was told up front the cost (was a bit surprised) and in hindsight, should've gone to a regular Smog Check location. Yes, I should've done my homework beforehand (failed) and paid more for convenience. Completed in 20mins. I would consider returning for other services. Be sure to utilize their COUPON (discount) on their Smog Service and other services located on their site!
