This was my first time coming here but I did so because my co-worker recommended Mission Tire…read morebecause he has been coming here for years. I hate trying to find honest car spots for my car needs. I came all the way from Livermore because he said this place was worth it. Well, he was not wrong! It only took a little less than 2hrs for me to get a set of new tires and an alignment. The environment is comfortable and all of the staff I interacted with is so kind! They didn't mind that I set up my "office" in their waiting room so I can work while they did the job. There were some senior citizens waiting and the staff showed them so much respect and kneeled down to speak with them to show they were not just "customers" but, they are there to take care of them. That touched my heart. After my car was done, I was told that I get free tore rotations and that they can also do an oil change at the same time as it is recommended to do both at once to keep everything top notch. I will FOR SURE make the drive to Hayward to do that every 3,000 miles! If you need a reliable, honest, & quick place for your tire/car needs, this is the place!

This place is a circus. - The techs gather and chitchat, one figured it was ok to lean on my car while it was being worked on. - another tech used my car (using his hands and forearm) for assistance when he would bend down to complete X action. - i asked for them to be extra cautious because my calipers are painted....shocker one was damaged...bigger shocker, they feigned ignorance and said they didn't do it - even though i asked my old rims to be placed in my trunk, they were stacked and a milk crate full of tools and crap were placed ON THE RIMS! - they let customers freely walk inside of the garage and linger! I thought one was a manager by his attire, he was touching my car, come to find out he was a customer awaiting service!!! - best part~ there was mentally unstable transient passing by, this young kid that worked at the shop exchanged words with him and there were a couple punches thrown while he was assisting a female customer! This place is in some serious need of some professional training with some basic etiquette skills included. If you want good prices, with slow and low caliber work please go here, you won't be disappointed.

They do really good work here, and are probably about 10% cheaper than my other mechanic I used to…read morego to in Hayward. It's also within walking distance of my house so I don't have to pay for an Uber/wait for a ride when I drop or pick my car back up. I've had an oil change done here, a front headlight replaced, and they fixed a recurring issue I was having w/my blind spot detection system and key fob -- the latter something my prior mechanic was not able to fix for some reason. The blind spot detection system error light did come back on after about a week, but I think it requires more than just resetting the code/calibrating. I will just live w/that for now. The only demerit I would give is for when your car is ready. Each time I've dropped off, I've been told the shop would call me when they had an update or when the work was fixed (expecting 2 calls), but I never got any calls each visit -- I had to physically call and usually had to leave a voicemail which was not always returned. They are pretty busy so I get it, but you would think they'd want to call you to get your car out of there to clear up the queue when it was done. The last time I went -- I had initially dropped my car off around 8:15am or so and didn't hear back around 3:45pm yet (was told to expect an update around 11-12p) -- so I was forced to walk there, not knowing if my car was ready or not, and after waiting awhile found out my car was ready. It still took another 20-25 minutes to get my bill, pay, and get the car brought up to me based on the size of the lot and the amount of cars that are in that lot (every mechanic seems to have tons of cars in their lot that are not driveable taking up a ton of real estate on premises). It started to rain too and the waiting area itself is quite small inside -- I ended up waiting outside under an awning for my car. They didn't seem to be in any rush to get my vehicle out -- not sure if it was just too busy that day or they are just not that assertive with check out procedures. It'd be nice if even if they didn't call you w/an update, that they'd at least call you when the car was ready and then got you ready to check out fairly quickly, especially if they'd had the car for around 6-7 hours for not incredibly comprehensive service. I will continue to go, but will expect to have to proactively show up towards the end of the day and hope I can get my vehicle out in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, they do very solid and affordable work.

They said to come in they would look at it and if they didn't have the part they could order it for me and let me know once it got in. First of all this place is hard to find. They were very nice when I called back for directions because I was lost. When I got there it was a small place and they guy I talked to was very nice. He came looked at my car and said he didn't have it but would order it and give me a call tomorrow to follow up on how long till it came in. Two days later I realized I didn't hear from him. I called in and he said, "oh yeah. It'll be in I'll give you a call once it gets here." I followed up again a few days later and they still didn't have it. If it would've taken this long I would've gone to Auto Zone. It's been months now and they've never called me. Every time I had to call to follow up with them. The guy was really nice the place looked legit and I really wanted to like this place but their customer service outside of directly was horrible.

I had a parked car across the street so I was spotted by an employee so I could inch my way around that car. Once your in, you then have to avoid parked cars on both sides of you. I wouldn't suggest getting charged more for car parts from here when you can put that money towards repair of the vehicle.
