I hate leaving a bad review... But of the 14 years of experience of getting acrylics, this was by far the most painful experience I've had. I came as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. They got busy right as I was taken in for a fill. The lady in the front who greets everyone who walks in and seems to run the show took me. With how busy it was she should never have been doing anyone's nails with the lack of attention she was giving to mine. I got the most Knicks from drills of my life, I've counted 6 full on scabs next to my nail beds. I've never had an issue with the nail binder burning too much, only if there was open skin. Whatever kind of binder she used, felt like ACID on my nail beds. My entire nail was burning and so was the skin underneath. When I told her she ignored me the first few times, then made sure to finish putting on the acrylic before letting me go wash off whatever was so painful. I'm not kidding you guys, it was so weird... Felt like straight acid eating away at my cells, and I'm not allergic to anything that has ever been used before, so I don't get it! I asked her what it was and she didn't show me. Now my skin is peeling around me nails?? Almost the whole time she was distracted helping customers or telling her associates what to do that she forgot she was over buffing or drilling my nails, I was literally scared and in pain the whole time. She was too stressed and couldn't keep it together to do a good job, none of the color on my nails made a decent line on the sides, there's bubbles on my nails ( probably from the friggin ACID ). I unfortunately will never, ever go back to this place. read more

On Saturday, February 20, 2021, I got a French manicure. On Monday, February 22, 2021, four of the nails were chipped with little to no polish. I went back on Tuesday, February 23rd and they said that the procedure only lasts 2-3 days. That is unacceptable. It should have lasted a week at least. I will never go there again. The clients are typical RB ranging from child to grandmother and everyone in between, including the dads. :) No frills, no real great anything, but a perfectly fine and serviceable nail salon. Great selection of gel colors and the entire staff working when I went in were very friendly and pleasant (no obnoxious up selling & no speaking in foreign language to each other entire time) but as much as I wanted to like this place, unfortunately hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had. My pedicures have ALWAYS lasted more than 3-4 weeks and my toenails still look clean so I can just repaint myself and they look good. I paid extra for callus remover and the pads of my feet still felt like were rough. They used a cream and really didn't use a shaver or foot file. The pedicure tub was lined with plastic & did feel like the place was clean & sanitary. Then there is the new full set of gel acrylics with gel polish. My thumb nail was streaky and a little clumpy. And my nails look terrible after two weeks. My index finger foolish came entirely off which in the history of getting my nails done with gel color has never happened. Really wanted to like this place but the quality of the job they do is far worse than any place I've gone. I paid around $70 and expected to have great results. read more

I have been coming to this salon since 2016. I should have written a review much sooner. I usually get fun longer acrylic nails, and not every salon knows how to do them correctly. I have never had a bad encounter with any of the nail techs here. They are quick, efficient and very friendly! During these COVID times, they are super clean and follow all the health code rules. Mediocre at best. $6 polish change. Sloppy, got polish on skin around nail and didn't even bother cleaning it off. The one she did attempt to clean she scraped paint off the nail, too. Did she repaint? Of course not. My nails were pink before; she didn't even bother taking it all off. I literally had to scrape it off before she started putting the base coat on. I guess she figured since I was getting red done it'd be ok. I will most definitely not be returning. read more

Started a yelp account just because of this awful place. I sat down for a manicure when I asked the technician to cut 3 nails shorter and file them oval instead of square she said 'do it yourself. it takes too much time' she told me someone else would do my manicure because fixing things took too much time. So I sat there and she told me to 'go somewhere else' I asked her politely if they don't file oval shaped nails there she said 'no.' And shrugged and told me to go somewhere else. If you feel like getting the worst customer service you have ever experience at a nail salon, along with a manicure that fits what the specific technician wants and not what you want then go to this place. read more

I showed up on time for my appointment at 11 o'clock and now they want me to wait a half an hour for someone to become available. I had my day planned out to include some girl time with a friend and now the schedule is all effed up for today. That is not how an appointment works. I've been here twice - they have decent prices. I don't like to spend so much on nails.. 'cause well.. they're nails and they'll get messed up in less than a week no matter how much I spend on them! Decent selection of OPI polishes, usually not too busy on the weekdays - I come here out of convenience since I can get a car wash nearby too. Last week I ended up spending $14 on a mani (I think it was $12, and I added a $2 tip). Their base price for a spa pedicure is $16. I'll probably come here just for maintenance every few weeks. If I want to get pampered, then I'll shell out somewhere else. read more

I'm giving this place two stars because besides the fact that they did such a poor job on my pedicure at least their customer service is above average. I only tried this place out because a friend of mine lives close to here and boy i sure do wish I hadn't. This place reeks of nail polish and they never leave the door open to circulate the tiny space they work in, and yes i get it it's a nail place it is going to smell like nail polish and acetone but not as bad as this place smelled. I can't even tell you who did my nails since they don't talk much, but the lady cut my nails so short and it was practically irritating the skin underneath. Ouch. Besides that, the polish lasted a good 5 days and began to chip and plus a few of my toes had bubbles underneath the polish, ick hate those. I typically go to a nail salon at a local walmart and they do a much better job and the polish lasts for more than a couple weeks, at most I had it last for a month and no I did not get that fancy gel manicure which lasts up to weeks!!! read more

Loved it!! Amazing nail techniques, very intricate and the people are amazing. Their deluxe package was great, it came with a hand and arm massage with a scrub and lotion, lovely scents for everything. Also very good nail colors, they did 3 coats of polish and many top coats and redid my nail when the polish got scraped off a bit. Honestly this was the worst manicure I ever had! The polish peeled the same day as the manicure, my nails were not filed well at all, and my cuticles were not cleaned up. This was a huge waste of money!!! I came home took off the polish and had to redo my nails after paying them what I found to be too much for a manicure in the first place. The other person I went with was also very dissatisfied. Her nail polish was also all peeled off soon after. They kept her feet waiting in freezing cold water, even after continually telling them to warm the water. Then they waited on someone else, that came in afterwards, while her feet were in freezing water. I will never go back and will make sure to tell my friends and relatives, in the area, not to come here. So disappointed!!! read more

I'm not particular about my pedicures and I'm pretty simple, straight square shaped and apply my nail polish well. But this place left much to be desired. The lady spoke little English and understood even less when I asked for my nails cut straight across and square shaped. she motioned she understood and smiled. But ended up Giving me round shaped nails. The manicurist barely cut my cuticles which she didn't push back. And when I expressed my need to get my cuticles removed she proceeded to massage them. Additionally, she applied the nail polish so sloppily (if that's a word) and spend more time cleaning up the mess with acetone than applying it. I expressed that I wanted it fixed. But instead the ladies tried to convince me that next time when I come back( which was presumptive of them since the service was horrendous) they could fix the mess. I had to insist to have them fix it right there and then. I'm not one to create a stink nor to draw attention to myself publicly nor write a review, but i had to firmly insist the manager fix it. She tried to fix it... Which was still sloppy. I paid and left ...And I'm gonna end up going home and reapplying my own nail polish! If I could give a zero, I would. This place has the poorest quality and service. I went here because it was right next door to Barrel Room and I needed to just get it done. Big mistake and never again! I could've done a better job myself and I'm not even good at doing my own nails. I'm talking from something as simple as cutting my nails, to cuticle cutting was poor and down to the actual polish. Totally gross and unsanitary. This place is okay at best. I really wish I would have listened to the bad reviews. It is not hygienic. They just wipe down the pedicure tub with with a dry towel. They do not use plastic lining in the tub. You do not get your own sterilized nail files. Everyone looks tried and liked they rather be doing anything else. I am never coming back. read more

Went to get a pedicure on a whim and was taken in within minutes. Nice selection of colors. Technician was pleasant and offered me the list of all the pedicures. I always tend to get the callus remover, but it's nice that they don't push it.. they let me decide, based on their packages.
