I was easily able to schedule appointments for my party of three. Which was nice. We are all getting gel mani (2 acrylic) and pedis. We got there, we were welcomed in by the owner, and we went to look at the polish options. We were then quickly asked to sit and bring any, and all polish colors we were interested in. I immediately felt rushed. There were two techs assigned to me one for my pedicure and one for my manicure. I was happy with my pedicure - She shaped and cut toe nails, exfoliation done and massage. She was nice. The nail tech who was doing my acrylics kept trying to reach her daughter, which I understood being a mom, but I think she may have been in a hurry to do my nails. She nicked a few of my nails, while they did not bleed, they burned when she applied alcohol on them. The sides of my nails were not fully polish or cleanly aligned. I initially picked a iridescent color but it did not like how clear it looked so I asked to put a solid base color under the iridescent color I picked and she said she could not do it. She didn't even try. So, I had to pick another color quickly. I told her I didn't like the shape of my thumbs nails, she attempted to fix them but I did not see the difference. The acrylic nails looked thicker than I wanted, and the sides were not fully polished, she didn't even take the time to clean the under part of the nails, or seal the polish on the front of the nails. And I had to ask for cuticle oil - while she was cleaning up, and getting ready to leave for the day. After she left, I also had extra nail glue on my fingers. I let the owner and her daughter know, and also showed them where some polish was missed on the sides of the nails. I also told them I was nicked a few times and said "you aren't bleeding are you?" They got the male tech to help clean up what was done. After leaving my nails were super sore from all the harsh filing and stung being nicked. I wish I had a better experience. 4 days later my daughters gel polish was already chipping and one of my nails were lifting! The owner told me it would last 4 weeks. read more

I visited this salon with a friend and left with disappointment. I spent almost two hours in the salon. I requested the Hanny pedicure, the massage was amazing but the paint job is very poor. My nails didn't looked filed or shaped. I had to fix to my best ability after I left the salon. My friend and I were rushed out of our chairs while they attempted to fix her services. The employee also yelled at the employee who messed up in front of us which was extremely uncomfortable. They never even fixed her nails. They moved us and made us wait. After I went to pay an employee took my debit card and then walked away. A couple minutes later another employee came over and I told her they had my card and I was trying to pay. She apologized and handed me my card back. She then stated that the other employee never charged me and she would need to do that. This was very odd to me because they just took my card but I paid and tipped and left. Overall a disappointing experience for both myself and my friend. This is not a salon I recommend to anyone. It's described as a luxury salon but this was in no way a luxurious experience. read more

I used to go to a place called CürBar in del sur unfortunately during COVID they shut down. This place is the closest I get to the experience of the past place. Always love coming here, they are friendly staff and make accommodations as best they can. Unfortunately it seems like the weekend is their busiest time. Lots of people come in and want a touch up, duh! We've had many wonderful experiences here and even during not so good ones they turn out wonderful. Each person does their setup how they like it, and what works best for them so if you like a technician and their style remember their name. They have plenty of space to sit and get mani's and pedi's with message chairs. They have books for pedi styles (color, cat eye, design) you want, based on exfoliating and what not. You can either pay cash or they have zelle/venmo. They do have a ATM machine inside if you need but they have a fee to withdrawal as like any ATM. overall, this place is wonderful and my mom and I come here every 2 to 3 weeks. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The quality of work was unbelievably bad -- sloppy, uneven, and honestly looked rushed. They couldn't even do a simple French tip or a basic flower design correctly, which is kind of the bare minimum.The business itself does not feel honest at all. Their website is completely misleading -- they clearly use photos from Google and pass them off as their own work, which is false advertising. Customer service was terrible too. No one seemed to care about fixing mistakes or making things right. And the owner, Gigi, is extremely unprofessional and very pushy, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually knows what they're doing. read more

I've gone into this salon twice, and left disappointed both times. I chose this salon because of the nails advertised on their website. I asked for a flower design (first visit) and french tips (second visit). Based off of the photos on their website, I thought that they'd do a much better job with my nails. The lines were smeared, uneven and look bulky. I would recommend going somewhere else. On a positive note, the staff are very kind. The absolute worst pedicure I have ever received. I asked for a classic pedicure with gel and chrome of which Kim took almost 2 hours to do, just to not even cut my nails, not give me a classic pedicure but rather the express, which I didn't request, complained about how long it took and that I was lucky they were not busy, and basically completely dug out my cuticles on my big toes! She picked and dug at them so much that it physically hurt and I left the salon bleeding. As days went on, my two big toes got INFECTED. They turned yellow with pus I had to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic cream, I reached out to the salon to explain this and ask for a refund on at least the pedicure since I spent over $130 between my gel mani and pedi, of which they did nothing but tell me that they don't give refunds no matter the circumstance.
