I would never come here again. The man that did my nails was rushing and so harsh. He gashed my finger and was not careful on what i wanted. He didn't even attempt to paint the stars i wished for on my nails and put stickers on which turned sharp with the gel on top. so i just asked for them off and he got frustrated.

I used to go to a place called CürBar in del sur unfortunately during COVID they shut down. This place is the closest I get to the experience of the past place. Always love coming here, they are friendly staff and make accommodations as best they can. Unfortunately it seems like the weekend is their busiest time. Lots of people come in and want a touch up, duh! We've had many wonderful experiences here and even during not so good ones they turn out wonderful. Each person does their setup how they like it, and what works best for them so if you like a technician and their style remember their name. They have plenty of space to sit and get mani's and pedi's with message chairs. They have books for pedi styles (color, cat eye, design) you want, based on exfoliating and what not. You can either pay cash or they have zelle/venmo. They do have a ATM machine inside if you need but they have a fee to withdrawal as like any ATM. overall, this place is wonderful and my mom and I come here every 2 to 3 weeks. It is a great place to get your nails or toes done.

The nail spa with a new management. Conveniently located in a plaza near residential area. Its good to make an appointment begore hand. You can request fir a particular tech too. I went for a fill with Gigi. She was very polite and did everything as I asked for ie shape and length of the nails. Since I found the spa very clean and cozy so stayed on for a pedicure too. Give it a try.

I've gone into this salon twice, and left disappointed both times. I chose this salon because of the nails advertised on their website. The lines were smeared, uneven and look bulky. I would recommend going somewhere else. On a positive note, the staff are very kind. I like the workers, it just feels like false advertisement.

I visited this salon with a friend and left with disappointment. I spent almost two hours in the salon. I requested the Hanny pedicure, the massage was amazing but the paint job is very poor. My nails didn't looked filed or shaped. I had to fix to my best ability after I left the salon. My friend and I were rushed out of our chairs while they attempted to fix her services. The employee also yelled at the employee who messed up in front of us which was extremely uncomfortable. They never even fixed her nails. They moved us and made us wait. After I went to pay an employee took my debit card and then walked away. A couple minutes later another employee came over and I told her they had my card and I was trying to pay. She apologized and handed me my card back. She then stated that the other employee never charged me and she would need to do that. This was very odd to me because they just took my card but I paid and tipped and left. Overall a disappointing experience for both myself and my friend. This is not a salon I recommend to anyone. It's described as a luxury salon but this was in no way a luxurious experience. read more

My friend and I have been going to Hanny Nail Salon for a few months, and they continue to impress me every time. Gigi and Aline do our acrylic fills, and they both have amazing attention to detail. Gigi always welcomes every guest who walks through the door. The salon always feels clean, and we love the nature show that plays in the background. Both Gigi and Aline are fun to chat with, do not rush us out, and always make sure we are satisfied with shape, color, and design. I let Gigi freestyle with my designs, and she really has an artist's eye. We will absolutely continue to get our nails done here. read more

I've been going to Hanneys since the new owner took over and I absolutely love coming here. I also bring my two daughters here who also love it. Gigi and her staff are beyond amazing and take such good care of you. No matter what I ask them to do they do it and always want to make sure we are happy. I get a special pedicure and it's seriously the most relaxing pedicure ever. I love my biweekly visits. I love how they always offer you water and make you feel at home. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The quality of work was unbelievably bad -- sloppy, uneven, and honestly looked rushed. They couldn't even do a simple French tip or a basic flower design correctly, which is kind of the bare minimum.The business itself does not feel honest at all. Their website is completely misleading -- they clearly use photos from Google and pass them off as their own work, which is false advertising. Customer service was terrible too. No one seemed to care about fixing mistakes or making things right. And the owner, Gigi, is extremely unprofessional and very pushy, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually knows what they're doing. read more

I came in for an overlay on natural nails, and a pedicure. Pedicure was great, but they kept trying to add on more expensive services. The overlay came out awful. Chunky, and he gouged my cuticles and skin multiple times. I ended up with nails so short they're sore. bless his heart, he did try to fix it, but it looks awful and hurts. I don't think I'll go back for nail services again. read more

The absolute worst pedicure I have ever received. I asked for a classic pedicure with gel and chrome of which Kim took almost 2 hours to do, just to not even cut my nails, not give me a classic pedicure but rather the express, which I didn't request, complained about how long it took and that I was lucky they were not busy, and basically completely dug out my cuticles on my big toes! She picked and dug at them so much that it physically hurt and I left the salon bleeding. As days went on, my two big toes got INFECTED. They turned yellow with pus I had to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic cream, I reached out to the salon to explain this and ask for a refund on at least the pedicure since I spent over $130 between my gel mani and pedi, of which they did nothing but tell me that they don't give refunds no matter the circumstance. Stay away! read more

My second time coming to salon for an acrylic fill! I was pleased to see all the familiar faces and it was a very kind atmosphere. I didn't get my nail stylists name but she did an incredible job matching my reference photo. Gigi was just as friendly as last time and does a very good job monitoring the salon and artists! All the ladies are kind and really follow what you need. For me especially, I request very short nails for functionality and ease and Kim Me always makes sure that I like how my nails look at the end of my service. Highly recommend them! read more

They are up to date with the latest trends, colors, hot gel, gel x, cat eye, etc. They are in a very convenient location as well. They are friendly and polite and I always feel at ease with them. The salon is kept clean and has a bright open feel. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

just moved the the area from Nashville and was anticipating high prices but the techs at Hanny Nails had amazing prices, beautiful salon and fast pace top notch results. My acrylic fill was 62 and my gel pedicure at 55. Thats amazing! Aline and Andy were so great we can't wait to come back !! read more

My sister and I visited Hanny Nails. It was last minute and near to closing but they kept the salon opened for us. Linda was the nail tech that gave me an amazing pedi! I told her to surprise me with my nail color because the selection for regular polish was extremely limited. But she choose a pretty,sparkly and neutral color. It was perfect for the holidays! Linda was very funny and she made me feel comfortable. Only suggestion is to have more variety for regular nail colors. The choices were very limited but it didn't take away from my experience. read more

Awesome service!!! I've been getting my nails done 20+years. I've tried all over San Diego and when I found Hanny's Nail & Spa I stayed. They are ALL amazing at what they do, very professional, clean, and really make sure their customers are happy and comfortable. I see Gigi for acrylic nails and gel and she's a perfectionist. They always look amazing and last till my next visit and Lisa is great at pedicures. You will definitely enjoy your visit and find yourself coming back. read more

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. When I was seated, my nail technician took her time setting up her station and acted as though she was annoyed to be working on me. Since I'm pregnant, I chose a basic manicure and didn't want any upgrades. When she asked if I wanted gel and I politely declined, her attitude noticeably changed. The rest of the appointment felt rushed, and she took shortcuts throughout the manicure. The quality of the work was poor, but by that point I was so frustrated that I just wanted the appointment to be over. What really stood out was how differently she treated the next customer. She was suddenly warm, friendly, smiling, and offering additional services after that customer agreed to upgrade. It made me feel like I was only worth good service if I spent more money. Overall, the atmosphere was unprofessional, the customer service was unfriendly, and the manicure was disappointing. I would not recommend this salon and definitely will not be returning.

I clearly explained that I wanted them as short as possible, with slightly longer lashes only at the corners for a soft cat-eye effect. Instead, everything was the same length and extremely long. The lashes were glued together, there was glue on top of my eyelid, and overall the service was very poor. You could also tell the quality of the materials was extremely cheap. I paid and went to my car to look at my lashes more closely, and I immediately decided to go back inside because I was very unhappy. By that point, I was already crying. I waited for the same technician and explained that the lashes were much longer than I asked for. Without asking what specifically I didn't like, she grabbed scissors and started cutting them in a half-circle shape. It looked ridiculous. I asked her to remove the extensions completely. While removing them, she complained to me, saying I had lied to her and that I made her lose money, and that she would have to charge me for the removal. That is an awful thing to say to a client who is already crying about the service she received. She didn't even remove all the glue from my natural lashes, and I went home with my real lashes still glued together. Meanwhile, the receptionist completely ignored me when I asked questions about a refund. I will never come back to this place. They damaged my lashes and still made me pay for it

When I agreed to just a manicure the response was a sarcastic "thank you." First impressions are the reveal and this one said everything. If this is how repeat customers are treated over the phone it's clear long term business isn't a priority. They've lost a customer and I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

I recently visited this nail salon under its new ownership, and I am absolutely impressed! The space has been beautifully revamped, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The new owner has clearly put a lot of thought into improving every detail, from the decor to the overall customer experience. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nicole, the nail technician, and she was amazing! She was not only professional and skilled but also genuinely friendly and attentive to my preferences. Nicole took the time to discuss the best options for my nails and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results were stunning - my nails looked flawless and lasted much longer than I expected. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fresh, quality nail experience. I've been coming here regularly and always have a great experience. Gigi and Kim are both amazing -- super detailed, kind, and genuinely care about making sure you're happy with the results. Gigi gives the best pedicures -- she's gentle but thorough, and my feet always feel brand new afterward. Kim does incredible work with nails -- from natural looks to fun designs, she always nails it (literally!). The salon is clean, relaxing, and never feels rushed. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Prices are fair for the quality of service, and they're really consistent with their work. Highly recommend asking for Gigi or Kim when you book. They're both fantastic at what they do! read more

Came in for a pedi and full set. My pedicure was great but my full set not so much, I was given gel X without my consent. The gel x process wasn't explained to me and was actually very painful which I said aloud multiple times as the nail tech burned and cut my cuticles many times. I also showed an inspo picture and they placed me with someone incapable of doing the design I desired. Instead of telling me they could not do the design, they butchered my nails and charged me $85 for it at that. I had to go to a new nail salon to get my nails redone, and was told how very wrong they even did the gel x on my hands in the first place. Will NOT be coming back. read more

I had a nail emergency and not only did Anne do my fabulous nails, but both her and the store manager stayed a hour and a half after hours to make sure my nails and a few other clients nails were ready for our events! Anne did an amazing job and I keep getting compliments on my nails everywhere I go! It is always clean in their shop and they always watch their hands, use gloves, and use new tools when they do my nails! I found this cute place across from my Pilates class. I love Hannah Nails, they gave me my favorite look with sparkles and a Chanel logo.
