Once you've found HighGrain, park in the parking lot and go inside. You walk in and La Terza is immediately on your left. When you walk in, you can go up to the counter and check out the menu. Just hit the little doorbell on the counter if nobody is there when you arrive. They'll show up quickly. You'll also likely notice the coffee's that they currently have "on tap", if you will. They put the bags out front so you know what you're ordering. You can choose from one of their straight up cups of coffee to espresso or latte's, iced or hot. During this visit I selected a small black coffee and an iced vanilla latte. The black coffee was a Costa Rica bean that was bold and robust with flavor. I really enjoyed this. The vanilla latte was not sweet at all. So, if you're looking for something a little sweeter, I'd ask for it to be sweetened or possibly go with the caramel latte, as that was a little sweeter. They do roast their beans on-site. I was going to take a walk over there but the door was closed once I got my coffee order. I did buy a bag of their whole Peru sourced beans that I'm very much looking forward to grinding up and French pressing to perfection. Combined with HighGrain, there is a lot of space to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have a small bakery cabinet to check out and order from as well. I can only assume that the coffee shop and brewery work together, so you may be able to order food from HighGrain and have your coffee too. Would I go back? 100%. I'm looking forward to trying the beans that I purchased. If they're as good as the coffee that I had in-store, La Terza will be on my list of local places to get my beans from.

All the drinks sounded so tempting, it was hard to choose one. I settled on Demeter's Joy, which was a cold brew with peach syrup, splash of milk and mango-infused cold foam. The idea of this drink was incredible, but it lacked on execution. To be fair, the poor barista was in the weeds trying to take orders & make all of the complicated drinks. Someone came in to help out after about 10 minutes of us waiting, but it still took another 5 minutes or so for the drink to come out. I took one sip, and was highly disappointed. It tasted more like chemicals than it did coffee. My sense is the combo of syrups was too much for my palate -- I don't usually order sweet coffee but occasionally I get sucked in. For nearly $7 including tip, I wouldn't order this again. I would be willing to give this place another shot given the clear popularity and fun location. They have seats at the bar, but since it's expertly positioned at the entrance, you can grab your coffee and leisurely walk around the market.

I was so pleased to see that Safai was available for my after lunch coffee and that it is roasted on site! The barista (sorry that I cannot remember her name) was so very knowledgeable and helpful with finding suitable substitutions for my dietary needs. She created a delicious cold brew latte for my enjoyment. I tasted my husband's hot coffee concoction and it was delicious too. They also have a wonderful selection of teas for those who prefer tea to coffee. There are numerous places to sit within the market and non-metered parking is available on neighborhood streets.
