So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. So I file a dispute and demand refund from my CC company. On The following Friday, 1 week after supposed delivery, they say they've found my package and are able to delivery on 3/19/2021. So I say sure, why not. I've waited this long, what's a few more days. Same thing happens on the second "delivery date". I call the shipping company and go to town on the poor bastard responsible for talking to customers. Now they say it will be delivered on 3/22/2021. I'm not holding my breath, if it not here at 3pm I'm refusing any shipment and will gladly file suite in small claims court. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because I know the chinese bikes get a bad rap, but they're good beginner bikes if you're mechanically inclined. They're easy to work on and last a long time if you take care of them and DON'T LET THEM SIT. They're carbureted, so the jets get plugged in weeks.
