I then called back to the store and finally got the General Manager on the line she was rude and unprofessional the asked me who was the person I first spoke to and I told her she refused to give me her name and then I was told it is their policy not to give out names and then I asked her if that is your policy why would you ask me for her name knowing I would not know it. Food/Drinks: I ordered my usual, the Caniac combo (No coleslaw and sub for a Texas toast) with a Sprite light ice. It was very delicious! Tip to customers: I highly recommend asking for light ask because at some locations, they will fill the big cup with ice and not so much of your drink. By the way, Cane's ice hits different. I'm an ice lover and the ice is crunchy but also not too crunchy. Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a great first experience at the new location.
