Besos for my beso! :) Beso Buckhead was a fun surprise to kick off my birthday weekend. We went on a late Friday night & it was not packed but had a nice light crowd. Crowd is mixed which I loved & the inside decor is a vibe when you want a sexy night out. They do have valet which we paid for, but valet brought us our keys about 30 minutes into our meal because he was leaving so felt like a waste of money there. Would recommend checking the time they are heading out before investing in that. As far as the food, everything was solid! Nothing was extremely special but it was seasoned, cooked properly, and hot when we got everything so I cannot complain. Drinks were good but we didn't try as many as we usually would this night so I have to go back for more.

My friends and I made a reservation for a Saturday night but we probably didn't need to because it wasn't that busy. We sat upstairs with the fire heaters on. We started with some drinks & apps. The chips & guac was good but barely any guac was given. It was a couple tablespoons compared to a large amount of chips. I got the dreamt drink and it was really good. I got a steak quesadilla and it was really good. All the sauces & salsas cost extra which is dumb. It should come with something to dip the quesadilla in. We were able to pay separately without a problem. Service was so so. I don't know if I'd come back again.

I came on opening day. That said I understood there may be kinks. Chris was an excellent bartender and made great drinks to make up for any kinks in delayed kitchen. My cons were unrelated to any opening day issues. I thought this was a tapas restaurant but it's treated like a club. It was $20 to park even at 5 in the afternoon. Additionally, the portions are too small for the price point (even for tapas). The Duck was $36 for one sliver. I might go back for drinks. However, I wouldn't reccomend for food.

Seems like a popular grooving spot. And it is. If you love a DJ and insta worthy pics- then you'll like this place. Friendly staff! And very good looking staff! Are you all models?!? I think maybe so! I think the food is going in the right direction with flavors- but it was just missing the little extra something. Other than that- I have no complaints :)

Enjoyed the atmosphere at Beso's a smaller setting. The food was very tasty. When it came to being waited on did have quite a few delays for waitress to show back up.

Very cute new addition to the Buckhead scene! Stopped by beso on a Saturday night. Very cute cozy vibe with bar tables, some outdoor space, dining tables, and a long bar. It was full so I made a later reservation and came back. Note to self make a reservation! Chef and staff were lovely. Service was slow until we figured out who was our server. The table enjoyed margaritas and mezcal cocktails. Duck tacos were yummy. Latin music turns up after 10. Good vibes.

Consistently good food and fun atmosphere. The bathrooms, patio, rooftop are all picturesque spots which is what we love along with good ambience. They rotate different DJs and it's quickly becoming a Buckhead staple for dining and nightlife social scene.

Great service, decor and food. All food items were a good portion, good in flavor and the drinks were hitting !!! We will be back !!

For the amount of money you spend here you should never hand someone a ketchup bottle that looks like this

Food was cold had to be sent back twice! And asked for ketchup for my fries and was handed the ketchup bottle like this.... For the amount of money spent here there's no reason why I should be handed something like this. Probably won't be back they have alot to work on to keep up with the restaurant vibe in buckhead

One of the best restaurants for a perfect vibe! Great date night spot with an elevated cocktail/food menu. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Valet parking is a huge plus, I feel safe knowing that my personal belongings are in great hands! 10/10 recommend!

    "Beso" means "Kiss" in Spanish.

Chill and sexy vibes, romantic mood lighting. Great for tasty cocktails and small bites/tapas. (The Island Girl cocktail and Patatas Bravas are my faves) Everything I consumed was crafted with great flavor profiles. Check their social media for great food and drink specials on different nights and special DJs and their "Alma". You can tell they care about hospitality and your experience. I went soon after they first opened and free "besos" shots were being given to each table to try and the manager and owner personally introduced themselves. Exceptional service and the sexiest crowd and genuine vibes you'll find in Buckhead.

Usually this type of menu wouldn't interest me, but I pass by it often when I'm in this area, and it's usually pretty busy. I also like the casual vibes that this place and others around it share. I had a Cuban-style half chicken with yellow rice and black beans. My granddaughter had a chicken quesadilla with the same sides. She dug right into the rice and ate most of the quesadilla which seemed quite cheesy. She also ate a good amount of my chicken. I like this style of chicken which has a strong marinade and slow roast with crunchy skin. It was good, though the breast was a bit dry, so I drenched it black beans, as one does. The black beans are solid. They leave the herbs in them and have quite a bit of flavor, good texture, saucy. The yellow rice was a bit dry, but decent flavor. It is a more reasonable price point than many restaurants in this area. For the price point, $25 for two diners, speed of service, and solid food, I'm giving this a four. If it's prices were higher or comparable to its neighbors, it'd be a three. Enjoy.

Walking in really felt like an oasis. Such a cute place I totally was not expecting it to be a cute patio there. However indoors were plenty of seating. Our reservations were at 6:30pm and it wasn't much of a crowd. However it was packed by the time we left. We had one drink and it was plenty for our tolerance. It was just a nice way for moms to get out and enjoy some girl time. The food was quick, although they constantly try to upsell you with other things along the way. The pasta, fries and salad were just enough. I think you're supposed to get unlimited salad but they never asked us if we wanted more. Either way I would like to go back. This was totally fun!

You're basically sitting on the side of a busy road in Buckhead with nothing shielding you from the traffic, noise, or street atmosphere. There was no music outside, no lush landscaping, no flowers in the pots -- not even fake ones! Nothing about it felt like a resort. The whole outdoor area just felt lazy and unfinished. Then there's the parking. Valet is $30 and self-parking is also $20, so basically... pick how you'd like to pay your $20. It just feels like another money grab on top of an already overpriced experience. And the "fire show"?? It lasted maybe a minute. The woman came running past us so fast I honestly thought she was on fire. It was silly, poorly presented, and I was more distracted by the holes in her stockings than impressed by the performance. If you're going to advertise an experience, PRESENT an experience. The outdoor dining situation was even worse. The people sitting next to us literally moved their chairs because of the ants. Instead of addressing the bug problem properly, the waitress started spraying Zevo bug spray all over their table and chairs while we were sitting right next to them eating. The smell and spray were all down our throats. Who wants to eat dinner while bug spray is being sprayed beside their food? For a place selling a "resort" atmosphere, how about professionally treating the outdoor area for bugs? Our server was actually very sweet -- honestly, she should take her talents elsewhere because this place is giving NOTHING. The staff overall were pleasant, so my issue is not with them. It's the experience and what management is charging people for it. The drinks were another disappointment. A $16 margarita tasted like Kirkland bottled margarita mix poured into a small glass. I know because I drink Kirkland at home! And there is absolutely nothing wrong with Kirkland -- except when I'm paying $16 for one small drink and expecting a crafted cocktail. No real presentation, no garnish, nothing special. Just basic liquor in a cup. The empanadas were actually decent and tasty. The chips and dips? Subpar. The queso was extremely thick and goopy, and the guacamole was dark, old-looking and definitely did not taste freshly made. And then there's the automatic 20% gratuity for ALL parties, regardless of party size. It was just my husband and me and 20% was automatically added. We were told anything we tipped above that would go directly to our server, and we did add more because we believe in taking care of good servers. But between the prices, $20 parking, automatic 20% gratuity and mediocre food/drinks/ambiance, it feels like they are squeezing every possible dollar out of the customer without delivering an experience that justifies it. We came here because of the reviews and the gorgeous photos on the website -- and I will absolutely give them kudos for those pictures because they are AMAZING. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not remotely live up to them. It felt like false advertising. Maybe my expectations are higher than some, but when you charge premium prices and market yourself as a "resort," then give me a premium experience. Give me ambiance. Give me landscaping. Give me music. Give me good cocktails. Give me fresh food. Give me something besides traffic noise, ants, bug spray and a one-minute fire show. People need to stop handing out five-star reviews just because a place photographs well. For my money, I expect more. Overpriced, underwhelming, and definitely not giving "resort."

We didn't really need it since the restaurant was pretty empty, but we were a bigger group and didn't want to risk it. The hostess didn't confirm our reservation until about 10 mins prior, which was quite concerning, but everything worked out at the end anyway. Our server was wonderful! It was our first time here and he explained their background and what his favorites were on the menu. We for sure wanted to try the paella, so went ahead and ordered that first, with the carretillero ceviche, mixed empanadas (chicken and beef) and patatas bravos to start. The ceviche was delicious and fresh. Loved the fried calamari and all the toppings it was served with. The empanadas were also delicious and was served with a very spicy sauce! The patatas braves had a nice, smoky flavor. Now for entree, I ordered the veggie chaufa. Our server may have been a little biased as he preferred the Peruvian side of the menu, more so than the Cuban side. My dish was easily good for 2-3 people. It had tons of veggies and scrambled egg, plus served with a side of fried plantains. Our group ordered a bunch of other dishes and tried some of them. The churrasco steak was a little chewy but loved the chimichurri it was served with. The parrillada de mariscos was so good too, and my personal fave was the grilled octopus! Personally, I would opt for this instead of the valenciana paella. You essentially get the same types of seafood. I love that we got to dine at this hidden gem! We truly enjoyed our experience and will be back for sure.

Let's start there: it's good-looking on the outside, and when you come in, it's just very nicely decorated, so definitely great job. Everyone is super welcoming when you come in. When I sat down to order, there were so many things on the menu that I was like, "Yeah, I need to try this," so I ended up ordering a lot of food, but it's okay, you can judge me. I got: - The shrimp appetizer: it was like this grilled shrimp in this amazing sauce with this crispy bread. Oh no, it was so good, so well-flavored, and perfectly cooked. Definitely would go back for that. - The guacamole, which was good. It came with the big tortilla chips instead of little cut tortilla chips, and that was delicious. - The eggplant. Now, I was not prepared for this eggplant to taste like this, but it was really good. The sauce, I don't know what kind of sauce that was, but it was amazing. It was just an unexpected, delightful kind of dish. - The salad, the Little Gem Salad. That one was my least favorite part of the meal. It was just kind of uneventful, and I think I would have preferred the chickpeas to not be crispy. I feel like he was missing something, like he needed some avocado, and the dressing wasn't blended super well, so it didn't really mix really well. It is difficult to understand how a restaurant can operate while allowing customers to be exposed to such an unpleasant and toxic environment. It's disappointing because we love colombian food. I opted for the 1/4 Bird Meal (white meat), which included tortillas, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and both red and green salsa. Believe me, the portion size is generous! I only got the quarter bird, and it was more than enough. The food arrived hot and fresh. The chicken itself was a bit fresh, with most of the flavor concentrated on the skin. However, if you enjoy everything together with the salsa, pico, and rice, it all balances out nicely. I didn't get a drink at first, but I saw everyone ordering the frozen margaritas. I'm not a fan of frozen margaritas, but with how much they were getting, I had to see what the hype was about. So, I ordered the margarita with Jamaica. As I mentioned, I'm not a fan of frozen drinks, but after tasting it, I could see why it was so popular! Plus, it was definitely on the strong side, so one was more than enough for me lol. I cannot conclude this review without mentioning the music. The playlist was a vibe from the time I arrived to the time I left (Think 80s r&b!) I honestly didn't want to leave off the music alone. It added so much to the ambience. If you haven't tried Pollo Primo, it's a must! If I lived closer, let's just say it would probably be one of my most frequent restaurants. Looking forward to going back!

East Atlanta 7/24/26 1:30pm…read more Cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We went during lunch and it was a full house but we received our order quickly. Went with friends to give it a try since El Progresso's chicken wasn't ready yet. 1.Margarita with Hibiscus $10 2.Whole Bird Meal w/ rice beans and salsa $35.50 3. Lunch special Dark with beans rice chips and guac with drink $16.50 Marg was refreshing in the humidity but I didn't taste any alcohol if I'm being honest. A bit pricey but the chicken was moist and was good. It's seasoned with fresh herbs and earthy seasonings which was different. Rice and beans were good. Pico was fresh. Overall I really can't complain but don't know if I'll travel to the Eastside again for this since there are other options closer to home.
