    They need help, apply today. They barely have anything on the shelves but there's plenty scattered on the floor throughout the store. I had to wait some time after searching the entire store twice before looking for help. The best advice I have Is to order and have the item shipped to store.

    Came here to buy an upright freezer. The one we were interested in was on display at this location, so we decided to take the 25 minute ride. This location was large and although it was well stocked with floor model items, there were not enough sales associates. When we decided on which one we would purchase, we cut around a corner and a sales associate appeared out of thin air! They weren't the most engaging, so glad we knew what we wanted to order. We paid, set up a delivery date and were done. Our freezer was delivered on the day and within the time we indicated. Although the delivery staff, were not employees of Best Buy, they were pleasant and professional in delivering our item. All in all, the store experience was just okay, as they had our item in stock and the delivery was exceptional.

    My mom needed to upgrade her consumer cellular phone(phone service offered to seniors). Brought her here for the variety of phones. Most physical stores don't offer this phone service anymore but thankfully we had an awesome team member to help her. She explained how she could get a new phone and switch the SIM card, while transferring the data from the old phone. We also had a great conversation while she transferred my moms 12,000 text messages(who is she textingHer name is Denia and we give her 's for the excellent customer service and patience in explaining the process to my mom.

    I seem to keep going through bluetooth headsets. Am I eating them? Is the washer/dryer eating them? Anyway, I stopped into this Best Buy and eventually found the selection of earpieces. A pretty good variety, but the entry level model that's at Walmart for $20 is $30 here. Oh well. A brief queue to pay for it and I was on my way. The store seemed to be in decent shape and was well stocked.

    Extra long wait despite hardly anyone being in the store..!

    This is a nice Best Buy. Big store with a nice layout. Located in a nice plaza with plenty of parking. Great service.

    I see why this location has an average of three stars…read more The only reason I stopped here is because it was on the way and made sense logistically. I already knew what I needed and that it was sold for a good price because I researched it online ahead of the visit. This was intended to be a quick locate and purchase visit. As I walked in, I saw a staff member standing at the entrance. I asked her where I could find the item. She appeared cordial enough, as she verbally directed me to the correct aisle. I walked to the aisle eventually locating the item. Thereafter, I immediately walked to the self-checkout lane. The self-checkout attendant asked if she could help me. I showed her the item. She took it from my hand, scanned it with the handheld scanning device and handed it back to me, so I could complete the transaction. I asked about their return policy just in case this universal product does not fit my device. She said hold on to your receipt and take it to customer service and they will let you know if you can return it and walked away. I paid and obtained my receipt, but I did not see an option to purchase a bag, so that part was unclear. After I paid, I showed her the receipt and stated that I did not see any bags. She curtly said, "Did you pay for a bag?" To which I responded, "Was I given the option for one?" I sensed that this interaction was going in the wrong direction. I mentioned the bag because though I had my receipt, I did not want to walk out with the item in hand. The store seems to be heavily patroled, so I did not want any problems. Unbelievably, they have an option for an electronic receipt; there is no way that I would walk out of there without a paper receipt. I have been to many Home Depot stores over the years, but this had to be the worst. Customer service apparently is not a top priority. Based on this visit, this location is not one that I would patronize moving forward.

Dependent on the way you approach this location will make entering easy. But do prepare yourself with the amount of traffic at this intersection. With the nearby business it's like everyone is rushing to get in, but there is no organization to the line. Once you make it through the line of cars you have to figure out which way to go in the parking lot. There is just no way to give you any guidance here. May the odds be in your favor. Inside, use the app to find what you need. You'll be happier if you do this. It'll save you time from having to find an associate to help you and honestly, it's all there, right down to the bay in the aisle where you will find it. Self checkout all the way. Honestly, if you can make it through the traffic/parking lot and use the app inside, this can be an easy run to make.

I called Wednesday morning to the store and waited and waited for the appliance department. I finally called the corporate office only to be told that I have had the refrigerator over 2 days and there is no return. NO ONE IN THE STORE TOLD ME I HAD 2 DAYS. When I bought it, I paid, set up the delivery and that was that. I am so angry. I would advise anyone NEVER to purchase an appliance from any Lowes store--I never will again!! If they have a good price---any other store will match it. Stay away from Lowes!!! If I could give a -100, I would. Buying a refrigerator is not chump change!

Research showed that recent customer experiences with DAD's were good so I took a chance with them. Glad I did. Among their large selection of brands and appliances they had the very one I wanted on hand. The cost was acceptable. I set up delivery and installation and even before I could drive home their 3rd party installer was on the phone to arrange an appointment. It was only three days later they came and installed it. Installer was great, arriving spot on time at the beginning of the two hour window, doing a quick, through and tidy job of it. All-in-all it was a quick, painless experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We knew the specific model we wanted and it wasn't one they carried in their warehouse. They said it would take a week to get (it took less). They also said it would take up to a week to schedule their installer (they use a 3rd party). So they call me on a Friday before the order ship week is up and say they have them in the warehouse and could I take installation the following Monday late morning or early afternoon. Indeed I could. The installer calls mid-morning to confirm the installation time. They come on time an perform a professional install with all old units removed and new units installed without a single scratch or ding (my install was underneath a countertop with slots for a washer and dryer as is usually done for a dishwasher). Overall smooth and no complaints.
