One word for that: egads! We did a frantic online search to find appliances, and stumbled upon Appliance Land Etc. The Appliance Land website didn't show many details about specific appliances in inventory, but we went anyway, trying to avoid the big box stores if possible. They had a great selection, but really only one in the size that we wanted (30"W 66"H 30"D) but it matched exactly what we were looking for. Dennis was amazingly helpful and awesome. He checked the inventory and saw that he had last year's model of a fridge in the size that we needed. He offered us that model for about $50 off the normal retail since it was a floor model. Turns out, the inventory was wrong and the model on the floor was the 2015 model. He offered us the same discount on the fridge, and we're having it delivered for free on Tuesday. I'll write an update to my review after the delivery. They offer haul-away for $20 and they will recycle it. A couple of notes, we found the same model fridge at either Lowes or Home Depot, and it was the same retail price. We chose to support small business. Dennis also gave us some good advice on microwaves and how easy it is to install them in lieu of a vent. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping for appliances. We're looking to redo our kitchen in a year or so, and we'll definitely be visiting these guys when we shop for appliances.

    TL;DR - Don't trust the sales person on delivery dates. Ensure that you thoroughly check your…read moreappliances before you accept them. Know your right to to refuse appliances that do NOT work (do not let them install it, you accept a broken/non-working product and then send a tech to fix it). And, prepare to spend a LOT of time dealing with them if there are any hassles. My washer went out, and I needed a replacement urgently. I came into their showroom and spoke with one of their sales team. He strongly pushed me toward two options, an Electrolux 517 or an Electrolux 617 both for the same price. I, of course, chose the 617 (the Electrolux 617 online gets great reviews, the 517 not quite as much). I was told by the sales guy that they'd be delivered on the following Tuesday, early Wednesday at the absolute latest. I paid for it, and waited to hear from the delivery people. The next day, I was told that the delivery would be on Friday, not Tuesday (3 days later). Ugh. The clothes are piling up. So, the delivery day rolls around, and they show up to deliver the unit. When it's installed, it 100% does not work. It lights up, but doesn't take water, and the door locks and won't open. They tell me to hang out and wait for the service team to come and look at the unit. I say that's not acceptable. I call the sales person, and while I'm talking with them, the service people leave, leaving the unit behind. So, in talking with folks (sales and service are "different divisions" and seem to use that as an excuse for why things can't get done), I finally get them to understand that I'm not going to wait several days for a service tech to come out and repair a BRAND NEW unit. They agree to pick it up and work on some options for me. After several hours, I reach back out to them to see what they plan to do. Note that they told me if we get a solution today, it could be delivered tomorrow. IF not, then it will be 5 days before they can deliver it. So, obviously, it's URGENT that I get something selected. They close at 6pm. At 5pm I call, and they offer me the "lower version" of the same product ("517") for the same price as I paid for the 617. Or, they said I could get the 627 (the newer unit) for $100 more, as they didn't have any more of the 617. After a LOT of hassle, they said they could do the 627 for the same price as the 617 they sold me. BUT, they have to verify the warranty (which makes no sense to me. If it's a new unit, why do they need to verify the warranty?). The next day, they finally delivered a working dishwasher. But, there was tooo much hassle and headache. Appliances a better way? Hrm... As a last note, my next door neighbor's washer went out about 2 weeks ago as well. They purchased from this same place. Their first unit was DOA as well. So, be SUPER careful. Make sure you get a solid test wash, and that things are working.

Scheduling for the replacement day and time was very poor, but finally new door arrived. The technician who did the replacement, Johnny, was great!!     I see why this location has an average of three stars…read more The only reason I stopped here is because it was on the way and made sense logistically. I already knew what I needed and that it was sold for a good price because I researched it online ahead of the visit. This was intended to be a quick locate and purchase visit. As I walked in, I saw a staff member standing at the entrance. I asked her where I could find the item. She appeared cordial enough, as she verbally directed me to the correct aisle. I walked to the aisle eventually locating the item. Thereafter, I immediately walked to the self-checkout lane. The self-checkout attendant asked if she could help me. I showed her the item. She took it from my hand, scanned it with the handheld scanning device and handed it back to me, so I could complete the transaction. I asked about their return policy just in case this universal product does not fit my device. She said hold on to your receipt and take it to customer service and they will let you know if you can return it and walked away. I paid and obtained my receipt, but I did not see an option to purchase a bag, so that part was unclear. After I paid, I showed her the receipt and stated that I did not see any bags. She curtly said, "Did you pay for a bag?" To which I responded, "Was I given the option for one?" I sensed that this interaction was going in the wrong direction. I mentioned the bag because though I had my receipt, I did not want to walk out with the item in hand. The store seems to be heavily patroled, so I did not want any problems. Unbelievably, they have an option for an electronic receipt; there is no way that I would walk out of there without a paper receipt. I have been to many Home Depot stores over the years, but this had to be the worst. Customer service apparently is not a top priority. Based on this visit, this location is not one that I would patronize moving forward.

Dependent on the way you approach this location will make entering easy. But do prepare yourself with the amount of traffic at this intersection. With the nearby business it's like everyone is rushing to get in, but there is no organization to the line. Once you make it through the line of cars you have to figure out which way to go in the parking lot. There is just no way to give you any guidance here. May the odds be in your favor. Inside, use the app to find what you need. You'll be happier if you do this. It'll save you time from having to find an associate to help you and honestly, it's all there, right down to the bay in the aisle where you will find it. Self checkout all the way. Honestly, if you can make it through the traffic/parking lot and use the app inside, this can be an easy run to make.
