Came to check out computer game cards. The store was clean and neat. Greeted on the way in. They had a few people in the computer department waiting for service. When it was our turn my son asked about the item he was looking for. The associate was less than helpful. He was condescending and negative during the whole conversation. When asked if he could see if the item was in stock at another location, he said yes and then stood there. So I asked him to look. Do I need to draw you a map? He was that way the entire time. So much so that even my son commented about it. I won't go there again. I find the Best Buy in Park Meadows to have the best service. It's worth the extra drive. read more

Took my computer to get service through geek squad and they mailed it back to me like this. I was pretty shocked like out the box it came back to me like this and i didn't sent it out this way. Super gross The first time i got it serviced it was fine since apparently my laptop had already came with some manufacturer damage were the screen was glitching. But even then they returned it back to me again to my home and it even had some areas covered to protect it nothing like this last time i took it since it was over heating The person who checked in my laptop was kinda rude and didn't even write down what i told him was the problem on my computer so the paper said it was over heating because i was watching YouTube videos vs i told him i work on YouTube video and caused my computer to over heat which didn't at first and got to the point were the rubber piece eventually melted out the glue of the back which he was rude about telling me when the piece came out as if i treated my laptop bad. Like no i even had the original box and everything i take care of my things! And to get my computer returned from geek squad like this is disappointing and GROSS The 2 star stay since my laptop was fixed read more

Loads of parking , this store seems to have a little bit of everything. It is one of the smallest BB I've ever been to. Stopped in to check out their movie section. They had a few Halloween movies for a movie night a group of us were having. Good prices. Customer Service was just fine. If I'm in this area shopping , I'd stop in again. read more

I want to give HUGE props to Clint and John in Car Audio Install @ Southlands! These guys are exceptional when it came to installing my WolfBox Streaming mirror with backup camera! First off, these guys were very pleasant and accommodating. Second, they made sure that all the parts were ready for the install. Once I came back to pick up my car, I couldn't believe how professional and well detailed the installation work had been done! I must admit I window shop at Best Buy more than I actually purchase at Best Buy. Still, this is my closest store so it is the one that gets my business. Overall it is clean and exactly what you would expect from a Best Buy. Giant TVs, lots of movies and cds, tons of electronics and a fair amount of appliances. Associates are generally nice and not too pushy and the prices are OK. Tons of parking and easy to get in and out. read more

I understand covid is an issue right now, but when you get $700 of mine and then don't show up to install an appliance and your store is not excepting calls, that's just wrong. I waited on hold for over an hour and a half only to be disconnected. I finally ended up talking to the main call center and they out and out told me, sorry we can't help you you should drive to the store. But see that's the problem, you also have my vehicle to do an install of a radio, and I am trying to figure out if it's done, so I can't drive to the store I don't have a vehicle. I purchase an open box Samsung Frame online for in-store pickup that was listed as no damage and no missing parts, but showed up to a find a TV with no box, physical damage, and missing components. The manager said that it didn't matter how its status appeared online because their tag on the TV in store showed it's true condition. I had trust in Best Buy to accurately portray what they were selling me, but once again I'm dissatisfied with how they carry themselves as a company and how their customer service blames others instead of taking ownership for their failures. They happily wasted 2 hours of my morning. I see no need to continue to be a Best But customer. I tried to return an item 3 days after purchase and because he said that because the item would affect his store numbers he refused to do it in store and informed me to call bestbuy. I really hate the Best Buy chain. In fact, they are my second most hated store, ever. But this one is far better than most. It's clean. That says a lot. Bought a Samsung 55" TV on 11/26/21 and it was scheduled for delivery and mounting on 12/03/21, delivery window 12pm-8pm. No one reached out to me to confirm. Called around 5pm and told TV was on its way. Called again around 7pm and told that my order existed but no delivery dates because I had picked up the item. I returned to the store with my receipt and paperwork showing delivery date. I was then told that the delivery had been canceled but no explanation why. My TV, which has been paid in full, has yet to be delivered and no one seems to have an answer as to why and it seems that no one truly cares given the inconsistent answer I've received. No one is offering a remedy either. I want my TV delivered this weekend or my money back immediately. read more

Came in on a Tuesday night and some people were shopping around. My fiancee and I walked from appliances to the TVs all in the span of 15 minutes or so and no one wanted to help us. We made eye contact with plenty of people in blue shirts though. I was in the market to buy a TV but without any help or advice we decided to leave. Right before we left, a manager was standing at the door asked us if we found everything alright, I just smile and lied "Yup!" I was too exhausted to go into how no one helped us and how I have worked in retail before and would always treat everyone as if my business depended on it. I ordered a washer and dryer online. It was supposed to be delivered and I got a confirmation text saying it would be delivered in two days. Because I got the confirmation email I sold my old washer and dryer set. Without any kind of communication, Best Buy didn't reach out to me or anything. I logged in to check on my delivery and it said I needed to reschedule. I called wondering why I will need to reschedule especially since I had already got confirmation that it would be delivered in two days. The washer wasn't even in stock and they never reached out to tell me one, I had to call them and find out. They also said it would be over a month until it was in stock. Now I don't have a washer for over a month and they told me there's absolutely nothing they can do for me. It's Best Buy; it's just like the rest. Has a front entrance, a floor, and lots of shiny things to distract you! I went in for, umm, I don't remember now...oh yeah, to look at a new PC. The barely-hit-puberty salesman was pleasant and was knowledgeable about the products, although he didn't like when I asked about lower priced units. I know they are taught to upsell, so this didn't bother me too much; but dude, when I asked about THAT computer, don't tell me what THIS one can do better, just humor me because you'll make a better sale! I can say that all the staff we have ever encountered here are good and know their stuff. Sometimes you can find great open box deals so keep your eyes peeled. I bought wireless headphones 3 weeks ago and they no longer work. Best Buy's return policy is 14 days. So they just need to have confidence that anything they sell only has to last 2 weeks. Because it's kind of in the middle of nowhere, there aren't usually a ton of people to deal with at this location (though I did still see a line there camped out for Black Friday). This one is no different than other ones I have been to in the past (except one back in VA where the employees were flat out rude). anyways, I'm here to review this one I went in to buy an item for my computer. The employee found me (I didn't have to go to him) and he asked me if everything was fine and if there was anything he could help me with. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. There were 4 different brands and I asked him which one he would recommend. Thinking they are all programmed to recommend the most expensive brand, to my surprise he said the cheaper (or more economical for those who prefer that term lol) was the better one out of all of them. Happy and content, I purchased this item (no major line on a Saturday) and went on about my business. This is the kind of service I expect at ANY store and i was quite pleased. Disappointing service, assurance from so called expert that the TV I chose and the sound system that was recommended, which I had done some research that might work in my home, would work together. Went home with my new purchases, only to be disappointed that the components did not work together. Took the sound system back, spoke to another expert. He said yes the sound system would work, I just needed to change out one component (for about the same amount) for another. And oh by the way, you have to have another component for another $400 to make it all work together. Feels like a bait and switch scam. I returned the whole system. read more

This is not a reflection the actual store. My complaint is with the Geek Squad. Sept 9th I ordered a gas range online to be delivered on Sept. 21. Upon receiving my confirmation email I noticed Best Buy had my delivery address off by one digit. I called on Sept. 11th to get it corrected. Sept. 19th I get a call confirming delivery for the 21st but once again, to the wrong address. Apparently the person I talked to on the 11th only noted the correct address on the order and didn't make any changes. I called again to get it fixed but they said in order to do that they would have to reschedule delivery. I said you have my phone #, I can meet the driver outside, show him my ID, order receipt, and the card I paid with, but they said they couldn't do that. In any case the new delivery date was scheduled for Sept 24th which was fine because the plumber I hired to run a gas line was going to be there and would be able to install the stove that day. On the evening of Sept. 23 I get a call confirming that my stove would be delivered on the 24th between 11 and 1. 1 PM on the 24th, the plumber is here at the house and Geek Squad has not shown up. I call to find out why and they tell me the stove is on back order till Sept. 29!!! Seriously??? How do you schedule a delivery and then tell me after the fact the product is on back order??? That was the final straw. I have since cancelled my order with Best Buy and am taking my money to Lowes where I can get the same product. Fortunately my plumber was willing to reschedule to accommodate the hassle created by Best Buy. Maybe I can give them his number so he can tell them something about customer service! I will never order from Best Buy again and would advise others to stay away as well! read more

Purchased a Video doorbell called "Ring" there in May. The first one was defective so I took it back and exchanged it for a second one. The second one was also defective. I called the company that makes them and they walked me though set up and also agreed that it was defective. The "Ring" company told me to either send it to them, or take it back where I bought it. After running back and forth, I decided not to exchange it for a third one. I took it back to Best Buy and I was told by customer service that because it was not within the 15 DAY return period that I could only get a store credit. It had been 30 days. It was a defective unit which is not my fault and now I am stuck with a Best Buy store credit that I may never use, as I really never shop there! I think this is really bad customer service since the device was defective! I will never shop at best buy again and I will be glad to tell my friends about there crappy policies too! read more
