    They suck! Be ware of ALL BEST BUYS! Shortest return policy of only 15 days!!! Go somewhere else.

My call to and msg to "The Presidents Line" was not responded to. Guess it's just there to talk to the universe. It's tough to get rebates through their system done but the IT online guy was helpful. I've bought my appliances for the past 15 plus years with them but will be shopping and possibly using other sources especially because of the lack of the managements concern and some grumpy employees. This time around I just needed a new dryer and an employee named Matt helped me out. I paid for it and he said he scheduled the delivery and someone would call me. When no one did, I called the store and Amy apologized and said he had not scheduled anything (also Matt was no longer with their company). Now I was an additional week out from receiving the new dryer. When no one called to confirm that second delivery date, I called back and Amy had not scheduled it appropriately either. After that, I cancelled the order altogether as the manager Jeff offered a measly $100 credit as an apology. I confirmed the cancellation with John and after 7 days and no refund hitting my bank, I called AGAIN. Klein answered this time and said the refund had never gone through! When I spoke with Jeff he blamed it on the fact that I used AuthV payment type (link sent to you via the phone) and it was a holiday weekend. WHICH IT WASN'T WHEN I FIRST SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. This store has really gone downhill and I am so saddened to not do business with them again. Senior leadership should be reviewing these countless customer service issues at this store. There is a HUGE disconnect somewhere

They were more than willing to help, and after getting it fixed, Don even took the time to give us helpful tips so we don't run into that issue again. We were really turned off. But after not getting help and now rude Customer Service we are fully dedicated to moving from them, at it was easier than we thought. We replaced our Traeger with a Pit Boss and love it, the outdoor furniture is better elsewhere. I really thought I would miss BEHR paint, I was very loyal. But Sherwin Williams, while more expensive, is the epitome of you get what you pay for. Other stores carry Craftsman and have better help. We also got onto reward programs so when we replace large appliances at other retailers. Now we won't even go there for a simple repair or a furnace filter. We simply refuse to put up with technically lacking staff and rude customer service.

    Bait and switch by Andrea at the Pro Desk. I placed a large order through my PRO account online and…read morereceived about a 7% volume discount. Wanting to make sure I was getting the best deal, I called and spoke with Andrea at the Pro Desk. She told me she could take an additional $200 off and reduce the delivery fee to $20--but only as a credit after the order was delivered. After the delivery, I went in to follow up, and suddenly the story changed. Andrea told me the only way to get the extra discount was by using a specific Pro Account credit card. She pointed to a brochure with both a PRO account card and a credit card, and said, "This is the card you need--the discount will come next time." At first, I assumed she meant the same PRO account I already had. I started filling out the application, but as someone else rushed me through the form, I realized I was being signed up for a credit card, not a different kind of PRO account. I never agreed to that. Andrea had already walked away by then, and it became clear there was never going to be a credit back on my original order. The deal I was promised on the phone was gone, replaced with "nothing we can do--but here's a credit card you can apply for to maybe save next time." I came in expecting to redeem a promised discount. Instead, I got misleading information, pressure to open a credit card, and no resolution. Extremely disappointing and not how business should be done.

I have never had to return anything so I do not know how the service is for that scenario. I find that going to this store gives thrift store vibes. I like a good thrift store trip but I don't get the same fun shopping experience here.
