I didn't make it in for about a week, but he had informed the other managers so when I came in it was quick and easy. Had my voucher in hand. Turned out I needed to place an order for store pickup and the employee, James, was quick to help me. He was able to get my order figured out and placed for store pickup within a couple days, while also redeeming my voucher and accommodating our tax exempt status. Complicated order, but he did it quickly and with a smile.

They didnt cover so many little areas so you can see the original brick trough the paint and worse is they were supposed to paint the metal a black color and did it the same color as the house and then charged me $2500 extra to do it the correct color. I believe the Twenty Mile store is for contractors only. Yesterday's visit for a gallon of paint (for my front door and trim) was the best paint store experience I've ever had. Though he was walking back to finish up with his customer, the manager took a moment to greet me and find out what I was looking for. He told me he would finish up with the customer already there and then get my order ready. As I waited and walked around the store (I waited about 10 minutes), a few people came in after me. The manager took a moment with the folks who walked in to greet them and, when possible, to find out their needs so he could quickly get their order started in the back (there were other employees helping in the back, etc, not just him). He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and personal to everyone in the store -- both contractor and regular people alike. He kept things moving along. He took the initiative to find an active coupon and saved me 35%! (I found the link to current SW coupons and will post it at the end). I was so surprised and grateful! Six years ago, my husband and I replaced our fence -- he replaced and I painted. Our HOA requires SW paint for exterior jobs. I recall feeling like one in a herd back then, as I waited a long time, etc. The new manager brings great customer service to the store. And our fence's SW paint still looks awesome and brand new, 6 years later! Even though it's southern-facing and gets all the sun (I used rollers and a paint brush instead of a sprayer). She told me she could take an additional $200 off and reduce the delivery fee to $20--but only as a credit after the order was delivered. After the delivery, I went in to follow up, and suddenly the story changed. Andrea told me the only way to get the extra discount was by using a specific Pro Account credit card. She pointed to a brochure with both a PRO account card and a credit card, and said, "This is the card you need--the discount will come next time." At first, I assumed she meant the same PRO account I already had. I started filling out the application, but as someone else rushed me through the form, I realized I was being signed up for a credit card, not a different kind of PRO account. I never agreed to that. Andrea had already walked away by then, and it became clear there was never going to be a credit back on my original order. The deal I was promised on the phone was gone, replaced with "nothing we can do--but here's a credit card you can apply for to maybe save next time." I came in expecting to redeem a promised discount. Instead, I got misleading information, pressure to open a credit card, and no resolution. Extremely disappointing and not how business should be done.

The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.
