We were buying an expensive SONY TV. This location did not have it in stock. The clerk told us we could go to the store at Tower and I-70 (about half an hour drive away) as they had 3. Thought I needed a cable to connect audio via phone in my new car. The salesman ( young kid wish I knew his name ) actually came out to the car with me and connected via blue tooth, no charge. You can't get that kind of customer relations via internet. Kudos Best Buy!!!! read more

15 day return policy seems a bit steep, most large retail companies don't have such a strict return policy anymore. 30, 60, or 90 days seems at least a bit more reasonable?! I purchased a couple of items just for my vacation this summer, however the items didn't work or was not needed as expected. I didn't return from vacation until after the 15 days I bought them. One of the customer service reps. turned me down, however Nidia was very understanding and helpful and provided me the exceptional customer service to give me the willingness to be a continued customer. Shame on me for not knowing this policy beforehand, but thank you so much Nidia for making this right! read more

Hands down will never buy anything from Best Buy or this store every again. I went in here to buy a tv and receiver, purchased the two and a mount as well as installation services from Geek Squad and paid almost $6k for everything. The sales agent took payment and we set delivery for 2 days later. The morning of, I get a call from the delivery guy saying he only has my tv and I ask him about the receiver, he tells me it's back-ordered but will be available in 2 days. Not wanting to miss 2 days of work, I ask that we reschedule to when the receiver is in stock. The in-store agent NEVER mentioned the receiver was out of stock. The second delivery day, again no receiver -- it's still out of stock. The third delivery I scheduled, I waited on a Saturday from 8-12pm during the delivery window and called at 12:15pm - the woman stated my delivery somehow never made the calendar/schedule. Today, my 4th attempt, guys drop off my tv and mount and install it at around 10:30am. At 2:45pm, a guy drops off the receiver but has no clue about installation and leaves me with a box and drives off. I've called this particular store, been placed on hold, transferred to 4 different departments to no avail. read more

Yesterday I wanted to surprise my husband with the Xbox One Madden Bundle so I called Best Buy to see if they had any in stock. A very nice lady let me know they had 2 available so I jumped in the car and was on my way. 35 minutes later, I arrived at best buy only to find there are none on the shelves! Finding it hard to believe that they happen to sell two of them so quickly, I waited in the middle of the walkway for about 5 minutes, looking around for a store associate. I finally had someone ask if I need help. I explained the situation, told him I called. He then informed me that they do have 2 in stock but those could not be sold due to the weekly ad that will come out the following day. I mentioned that I would pay full price for it and the salesperson told me they could not do that. As you can guess, I was upset because I just wasted over an hour of my time. Time that my child was with a babysitter and I was paying for. After telling this man that I wish the person I spoke to on the phone would've told me this information, he shrugged his shoulders, mumbled a barely audible "sorry about that" and walked away. If I wasn't upset before, I was livid now. He walked away so quickly he had no idea how I even reacted to the this news. I've worked in customer service for 9.5 years and own my own business now. I would NEVER walk away from a customer that was clearly misinformed by my staff. I am not the load mouth, create a scene type of person but I do feel like in this situation I absolutely should have spoken to a manager. I will never shop at Best Buy again. Ironically, everyone I told of this situation asks the same question. "Why wouldn't you go to Target or Walmart?" I guess that explains everything. This is a review of Best Buy as a whole, ordering, delivery and customer care. I purchased a washer and dryer, top of the line, along with a pedestal washer for the washer that was scratched. The store rep had to order the washer and dryer that matched the pedestal so I "assumed" he ordered it correctly. It was scheduled for delivery 9 days later. Now the hell begins. The delivery guys didn't have screws for the pedestal to attach to the washer and looked at me as if it was my problem. I got them some screws but when they brought the washer in to put on the pedestal found it was the wrong size washer. I called their 888-BEST-BUY number(completely useless group of people) and told them it needed to be corrected. They didn't know what to do so I sent it all back and went to the store. I found out the order was actually wrong and the store manager had someone correct the order and they gave me a new pedestal in place of the damaged floor model since that was the wrong piece on the order. Now hell session two begins. It took them 4 days to schedule the next delivery and I received 4, count them 4, calls, 3 robo calls and 1 live person call telling me they were going to deliver a "washer and dryer and pedestal" the next day. I even told the person to make sure the delivery/install guys had all the parts they needed. The next day the delivery guys showed up with a washer and pedestal only and told me that it would be another week before the dryer came. Again, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the useless "case managers" and the Dallas warehouse telling me there was nothing they could do. I refused to sign for the delivery and installation of the washer and pedestal until the issue was resolved so the delivery guys just left. I went to the store, after yelling at the general manager and telling her that the warehouse said they would be able to get me a loaner, she finally did but I had to go get my truck and pick it up and install it myself. Still waiting for a dryer.... I'd give Best(Worst) Buy a zero but you can't do that here apparently. I strongly advise you to buy your appliances, and everything else, at some other business or online from another business and Best Buy really couldn't care less about customer service. I will thank the general manager at the store for getting us the loaner dryer but the rest of the company is worthless. read more

Don't use Best Buy Geek Squad! If not the worst experience of my life, it is at the top of the list. Original quoted price for requested service to the laptop was $99. Once they sent it to the off-site service center, I got a call saying the price would be between $200 and $400. I told them to just send it back. When I got it back over 3 weeks later, it was filthy, they lost the power adapter and it would no longer boot. The service manager said it arrived that way; it didn't! If I could give them a negative rating I would! Unfortunately they almost have a monopoly; I miss Circuit City and Comp USA. read more

Terrible! Bought a dishwasher and scheduled the delivery almost three weeks later. Delivery company did not show up during the two hour window. Hours later got a phone call saying they were not coming. The delivery service could not reschedule when it worked for me. Had to go to Best Buy the next day because there were no deliveries on Sunday. BB rep told me they could try and have it delivered to the store and schedule another driver to pick up my old dishwasher. (I had it removed per BB instructions to have it ready when the delivery service came, which didn't happen.) The delivery to the store would have taken another two weeks. My only option was to pick it up myself from the warehouse, which I did. The order was still messed up, but I finally got my dishwasher. No compensation, no communication, and no customer service. I came in to buy a laptop for school and was very pleased with the help I received right when I came in to when I left. I was greeted by Griff who helped me sign up for an in store credit card. This took about 5 minutes and was painless. He then directed me to the laptop section, where I was helped by a gal who was very thorough. I believe her name was Pashawl. Anyways, I kind of told her what I was looking for, and she was able to zero in on the right laptop for me. I am not sure if she was learning, but she had to have the manager come over and help her check me out. This manager, Jared I believe, was extremely patient, helpful, and was being pulled in about ten directions at the time. He helped her check me out and even helped me in customer service across the store when I needed an adjustment made on my purchase. I had read horrible reviews on this store, but I was really really pleased with the customer service I received. I will for sure be back to this location!!! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE--I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Wish I could give zero stars. I hate to even have to write a bad review, but I needed to stand up for myself today after an experience with the management at this store today. I waited for 20 minutes in the return line (super busy today), and at the front was told that due to the nature of my return, I would be forced to either forfeit a $35 discount that I had received (due to manual input error on a previous purchase--which is fine and acceptable) OR I could buy $35 worth of merchandise. I said can I skip the 20 minute long line? And was told no, I would need to wait in the line again. So I literally waited in the line twice (close to an hour total), returned my items, and left the store. However, the reason for this review is that both of the managers that I spoke with (name withheld because it's not personal and I think they both stand for Best Buy when they take the position of manager) were combative, dismissive, and disrespectful of me as a person, let alone as a customer. When they began to talk down to me when I suggested that maybe I could hop back up to the register with my new purchases, I threatened to return all of the items I had bought (two smart phones approx $1300, PS4, $500 TV, and numerous phone cases, chargers, etc.) and the guy had the gall to look at the back of the line and motion "sure, but when you come back you'll have to go to the back of the line". Then in front of approx 30 other customers in the returns line, the guy took a big step back and raised his voice "SIR, do you expect me to just let you CUT in front of ALL these other people?". To which of course strangers immediately became interested in what I was doing in line. I told him, hey I have been through this line once already, all the way to the front, so if I've been in the line longer than them, it wouldn't be cutting, and I don't appreciate that (being put on blast in front of strangers isn't just rude, it's dangerous--I don't know any of these people, but I have to leave in the same parking lot as they do, that was just reckless). These people are low life individuals and they were the managers. I say that because when I asked to speak to a manager they both puffed out their chests in defense and suggested " I AM the manager", to which I quickly added that I would like their bosses number and name. Turns out the number I received was just the general number for the store--OOOH you got me on that one! They seemed very eager to tell me that they don't give out names, phone numbers, or emali addresses of employees, so I could call the 800 number of the corporate office--which I will be doing on Monday. I won't return to the Best Buy in Aurora, CO 80016 near Southlands, and I just bought a home near there. They have lost a customer for life. You can't treat people like a bully and get away with it!
