Safe buy. I don't recommend the optional additional warranty "service", though, it's like $2,197 usd extra and I never even got proof of Purchase about it or any information on what I paid for it to cover. The woman that represented the co was much more courteous than the man who owned it, in my opinion (as he sold me the warranty, she sold me the utility SUV). I found it more affordable to supplement with AAA; it more conveniently supplements the needs of your vehicle. As for the vehicle itself, the pre-existing issues were not disclosed to me. Luckily they weren't necessities for it to run. I paid cash, I got no discount for doing so. All in all, I'd recommend the place to someone who knows a thing or two about or is looking for a non-luxury foreign vehicle from the mid 2000's, just before 2010, for a little bit too much money. I can tell when he's serious or getting close to a purchase. He'll have an appointment. He has been loyal to CarMax since 2015. He loves that they do not hold you hostage while searching for financing. The space is lovely and open. There is water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and vending machine snacks. They also have a nice, clean bathroom. Frenchie came to grab us to keep us from waiting too long. A beautiful, older brown-skinned woman with a lot of patience and a good pair of walking shoes. She explained that she is retired and CarMax was effortless to her. We test drove three different cars; Honda Pilot, Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Infiniti QX60. My husband has to feel the car, literally there has to be a connection. I understand because a vehicle is a BIG purchase, so get what you want and be happy.

I was lucky enough to find a decent car, a 2008 Chevy Cobalt, in my price range and one that I actually liked. Also, Victor was very helpful, friendly, and honest when selling to me and my stepdad. Even though there were a few things that I wasn't too fond of with the car (such as the racing stripes that were on it and some scratches by the tires), Victor was happy to help and negotiate. They took off the racing stripes and did their best to help with the scratches, as well as giving me some pointers on how to paint it myself haha. Overall, the process was fairly smooth and I absolutely give props to Victor and his team. They were all really great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a used car, or if you see one that you like that is there, to go! A very positive experience overall.

So when I went to get in my car recently and it was hot inside, my entire car reeked of cigarette smoke. I called because surely they'd know if the one previous owner smoked in it. They said they didn't know anything about it and that the car had been detailed. Which, it obviously hadn't been because the mats have grime on them as well. At best they did a light vacuum in the car. So now I get to drop 300$ on shampooing the whole inside of my car (: They didn't change the air filter in the glove compartment and they couldn't even be bothered to fill the tank for me when I bought it. You would think that they would give their customers a clean car with a full tank.
