I had my car in there for about 6 days until I had to call to complain because it was sitting outside not being worked on and they'd tell me they couldn't figure out the issue. I felt like a fool, a sucker in the end, relying on a person who couldn't quite comprehend. A $1,300 tax was charged, though I am tax-exempt. I called it a hiccup, but he made little attempt. He promised my registration would be handled with care, then he reneged on the temp plates with excuses in the air. Still waiting on my addendum bill of sale from two days ago, while the effort for the customer stays painfully low. He looked out for himself, perhaps out of his depth, and I'm left here waiting, but I'm not holding my breath.

So when I went to get in my car recently and it was hot inside, my entire car reeked of cigarette smoke. I called because surely they'd know if the one previous owner smoked in it. They said they didn't know anything about it and that the car had been detailed. Which, it obviously hadn't been because the mats have grime on them as well. At best they did a light vacuum in the car. So now I get to drop 300$ on shampooing the whole inside of my car (: They didn't change the air filter in the glove compartment and they couldn't even be bothered to fill the tank for me when I bought it. You would think that they would give their customers a clean car with a full tank.
