Booked my appointment with Jesus to install my new wheels and tires. Very informative and honest. Came in today for my appointment and Jeff at the front was very welcoming and very straight forward gentleman. I was in & out of the shop (about 2 hours). Very pleased with the job (no scratches on the wheels, thank god) I forgot the other techs name but he did a good job also. I requested to see them torque by hand instead of the gun. Before you install your new wheels and tires make sure you tell them what you want and don't want because they are fast, they are very busy. Always remind them how you want things in a way that it doesn't damage your wheels etc... overall experience, was awesome! Will definitely come back in the future! We have and our company have used there service for over 10 years Put two tires on my wife's all wheel drive car. They ordered and installed a different size, 1 1/2" less diameter than the original tires. It flashed wrong tire size codes In The car. The car was driven for 100 miles before I realized the issue. I was very worried about possible transmission damage.They did correct the problem but the owner at Best for Less refused to write a guarantee on possible future transmission issues. I recently had four tires installed on my wife's Cadillac at this shop after being referred to them by Costco, who didn't have the tires I needed in stock. I would have given a higher rating because their service was fine, they were responsive, etc but I asked them to replace the tire pressure sensors in my vehicle because one of them had gone bad and I figured it was time to replace them. I was told that they would cost $89 a piece, plus another $45 to program them. I was told that the dealer charges much more, so even though I thought the price was a bit steep, they made me feel like they were giving me a good deal. Then I go on Amazon and see ACDelco tire pressure sensors for $16 a piece, or other tire pressure sensors for Chevy GMC Cadillac Buick and more for $38 for a set of four. So now, I'm feeling pretty ripped off over having spent $400 for a new set of tire pressure sensors when I could have bought my own for less and just had them install them when they changed the tire. Partly my fault for not doing my research ahead of time, but partly theirs for not informing me that there were other, far better options available for me. Came here first time for alignment and wheel and tire mount and balance...4 hours go by when quoting it will take around 3. The best part is it took 4 hours just to mount and balance the wheels. They called to tell me that they cannot do the alignment because the "steering wheel is to crooked" when racing off road for years and every alignment place didn't make an excuse to work on it because of how the steering wheel looked, and they were able too. I think it's because it was at closing time and they simply didn't want to deal with it. AND I go in my car (manual) and it is parked with NO ebrake up, just in gear. That was a pure sign of disrespect. Iv never seen such thing even at the crappiest of places. Lastly we drive home (3 miles) the weight on one wheel fell off in my garage...we come back to get it put on and said it will take 45 min. It's been an hour and all the wheels are off my car still and we are still waiting. I am so disappointed with every step of service from time management, respect for others cars and accountability. Note- put the damn ebrake up and over estimate people. Don't have people sitting around. -thanks. Oh and 45 min was 2 hours later. read more

Things change. This WAS a wonderful family business years ago. Most of the family is now gone and the owner, Rich, well, his priorities have changed. Now, like most businesses, its all about the money. I paid for original equipment for my older truck, and there was an after market sticker on the replaced parts. Original GM parts are more expensive then after market parts. Please undersand that if if you still own the vehicle, GM REPLACES THE PART FOR FREE FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE VEHICLE. The new mechanic showed me the sticker, a battery that was replaced was a Chinese $25.00 recycled battery and the new mechanic even showed me wherein the lube jobs that were supposed to be done with every oil change, there was metal on metal, etc. This was long term neglect and yet the vehicle was in regularily. You pay for what you get, it's just NOT the QUALITY business that it used to be years ago Temecula. read more

No one likes waiting!!!! First time here, we waited almost 3 hours for 2 tires and a wheel alignment. The story I got was that they were having problems aligning the car before mine. Truth be told, the car was just sitting there with no one working on it. We left, with no alignment, just 2 tires in 3 hours. Today, been here since 7:45 for 2 more tires, and a second chance for this alignment. It's 9:35. The tires got changed but, the car still waiting for someone to get on the alignment. I saw my car get put on the rack almost 30 mins ago. Again, no one on it. Getting a little pissed off now. I got the fear to say anything because I don't want them to mess up my truck. After this, I will never come here again! Only reason for 2 stars is because the tires are cheap and Paul on the front desk is a nice guy! I DO NOT recommend this place! read more

first of all rich!! paul did not include that bit of information about him putting on my spacers for free!! i went in the front door, told paul what i wanted to be put on my truck, which was the lift kit and spacers along with swapping out the lug nuts i talked to him about. paul gave me a total of what its going to cost me to put everything i wanted onto my truck!! so, did i, in actuality, pay for the lift kit "and" spacers to be put on....or, did i not pay for them to be put on...?? or, did you guys just charge me for everything to be put on, but make up the receipt as being free of charge for the spacers because you knew dam well there might be an issue with them (which i didn't find out until my follow up phone call) and you thought, this way, if anything goes wrong, gabriel won't get a refund for what we actually charged him for to put the spacers on to begin with.....??!!!?? because the reciept is made to look like we didn't charge him for putting on the spacers!! but remember, when i talked to paul in the beginning and at the front desk, he made it clear to me that it was going to be a certain amount for everything to be put on and not once did he mention free for any reason before i left my truck for service!! as far as i was concerned, i was being charged for everything!! paul never said anything about anything being put on for free!! other than cleaning the struts, "after" i questioned him about the lug nuts not being put on!! so you guys are lying!!! you guys know you screwed me!!! you either, never did a test drive, or your mechanics don't know what their doing because i didn't even have to drive on the freeway to notice the shaking!! will you stop trying to put the blame on me, an honest customer!! take responsibility for your mess up!! you guys are grown men and my truck should have never left your shop in the shape it was in......period!! read more
