first of all rich!! paul did not include that bit of information about him putting on my spacers for free!! i went in the front door, told paul what i wanted to be put on my truck, which was the lift kit and spacers along with swapping out the lug nuts i talked to him about. paul gave me a total of what its going to cost me to put everything i wanted onto my truck!! so, did i, in actuality, pay for the lift kit "and" spacers to be put on....or, did i not pay for them to be put on...?? or, did you guys just charge me for everything to be put on, but make up the receipt as being free of charge for the spacers because you knew dam well there might be an issue with them (which i didn't find out until my follow up phone call) and you thought, this way, if anything goes wrong, gabriel won't get a refund for what we actually charged him for to put the spacers on to begin with.....??!!!?? because the reciept is made to look like we didn't charge him for putting on the spacers!! but remember, when i talked to paul in the beginning and at the front desk, he made it clear to me that it was going to be a certain amount for everything to be put on and not once did he mention free for any reason before i left my truck for service!! as far as i was concerned, i was being charged for everything!! paul never said anything about anything being put on for free!! other than cleaning the struts, "after" i questioned him about the lug nuts not being put on!! so you guys are lying!!! you guys know you screwed me!!! you either, never did a test drive, or your mechanics don't know what their doing because i didn't even have to drive on the freeway to notice the shaking!! will you stop trying to put the blame on me, an honest customer!! take responsibility for your mess up!! you guys are grown men and my truck should have never left your shop in the shape it was in......period!! read more

Waste of my time. Called on Tuesday to order tires and scheduled an appointment for Saturday (my only day off). Was told to come in anytime Saturday. Got there at 8am and was told they did not put me on the schedule or order my tires, and that there was nothing they could do until Monday. I even offered to drive to their warehouse and pick up my tires for them. They will never get my business again. read more

This was my first time coming to them for tires. I was quoted a pretty steep price from Toyota for 2 tires and I wanted to shop around, I called them and they guy on the phone was so nice and professional. He looked up my tires and for the exact same tires that Toyota was trying to sell me, and was $50 cheaper. I went in at my same day scheduled appt time because they had to order out for my tires (still got them same day!). Jeff was so nice and gave me all these helpful tips! Used them for other vehicles and I guess things have changed. Went in first day agreed on tires and price and was told tires would be in next day. Dropped off car and SIGNED agreement and left. Was called 2 hrs later and was told the price was incorrect and I need to pay more. I told him do not work on my car if they can't do it for price agreed to. Came in to pick up my car and they put it in the parking lot that does not belong to them and the window was down , I assume all day. I needed my Wheel Bearings fixed, BADLY. Along with an Oil Change & an Alignment. I got quotes from a couple other places first & they were all twice as expensive. They also were planning on putting cheap parts from China on there & didn't mention anything about my Struts which turns out, also needed to be done. I ordered eight new tires for my RV but when I arrived I was told the drive and tag axle tires were fine and I could get a couple more years out of them easily without sacrificing any degree of safety. When I asked about the six tires they had already pre-ordered and had on hand for me I was told it was no problem, they would just send them back. That in itself saved me several thousand dollars - at least for now. They ended up installing and balancing two new Michelin 315s on the front only. Staff - from the installers to the counterman - were extremely courteous, fast in the installation, and highly professional. These people are crooks. biggest mistake we ever made was going to this shop. Run as fast as you can and save your money. Shops like this give repair shops a really bad name. These people mis-diagnosed my sons vehicle and then tried to make us pay more money to fix what they should have fixed the first time. The front passenger side tire on my car kept deflating after adding air to my tire. I just recently moved to the area so I didnt really know who to go to and whom I can really trust. I went to this place and the moment I walked it the guy Paul was friendly, had excellent customer service and explained the process and told me how long it will be. I waited in the waiting area (which was nice and had comfortable seating) for about 1 hr. Paul later came by and told me my car was ready and that they found a nail in my tire and were able to patch it up. The best part was that it was only $17.00! Best For Less Tires has consistently offered the lowest prices for the basic car services I've used them for. I've been there maybe a total of 5 or 6 times over the last 6 years and have felt I got a good price for parts and service every time. This last time I had my tires rotated and new breaks and rotors put on I found that the price was $20 less than what I was quoted over the phone. When I looked at the receipt i saw that they applied a $20 off online coupon. Going to give a good shot out to chip for great customer service! I was pleased with the majority of the outcome on my jeep Wrangler little bit of confusion at first but it got all taken care of by Chip! From the knowledge they provided to me they seem to be very well-informed on Lyft vehicles my jeep had a very different tire rod that they were able to actually add just instead of having to replace I know that the people working there do not make the prices however I wish the labor cost were a little less they just seem to be a little pricey otherwise I had a great experience! The waiting room is comfy & I didn't wait long from my appointment time. Service was excellent. Everyone is so friendly. So I went back to get an oil change. No problems. Then today I went in & Jeff helped me with my fuses. My A/C, windows, locks, & gas gauge wouldn't turn on. He was so nice & helped me no charge. Came in for an oil change only. Tires were rotated as part of service, even though I recently had them rotated. One lug nut was snapped and they refused to fix it because they blamed the quality of the lug nut, not their action. Had they mentioned they were going to rotate, I would have said it wasn't needed, but either way, they broke a lug nut and left me hanging to go somewhere else to get it removed. Will also report to BBB. Do yourself a favor and check Barney's Tires located nearby- they have much better customer service and are true professionals. read more

Long story short, the wheel lock on my BMW was previously stripped and after Jeff going through several drill bits and other tools including a tool they so nicely had delivered from the BMW dealership, Jeff finally got my wheel off. I was prepared for a little damage to my wheel and a painful price increase for the time and effort and materials it took on their part. Well, a minimal fee(which I had absolutely no problem with), my wheel has virtually no aesthetic damage and my car is back in business. I have purchase tires for my dad here and had my 2001 Blue Silverado in for an alignment in Dec 2017. After watching my front tires have excessive wear after they aligned the truck I took it back. They could not do the alignment because of bad rack bushings. Okay. But right after I dropped my truck my disabled brother and I left to go get a bite to eat. Walking out of the showroom I noticed my truck was back outside not more then ten minutes later. Didn't think anything of it so my disabled brother and I went to eat. about 45 minutes later I got a call that the truck could not be aligned. It seems they check it out right away and so stupid to not inform me of the alignment for 45 min. My disabled brother and I could have left and not wasted that time. Also I could not park in the disable spot because one of there mechanics parked a customers car in that spot. The car was not a disabled person car. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid. I was told by my old mechanic at the dealership I bought my car, I had metal shaving in the oil and I would need to get either a new engine, a rebuild one, or trade it in for another car. I decided to get a second opinion, I researched repair shops and decided to use Best for Less Tire to do an oil change, but I wanted to filter the oil from the change to see if I did have metal shaving. Paul Del Bosque was my service rep, said they would look for something that would filter the oil, but they didn't have anything so Paul when out and got a paper filter from another business so we could filter the oil. WOW this is what I would call going the extra mile. This gets even better, Paul brought the filter after the oil change and guess what???? NO METAL SHAVINGS in the filter...... Paul saved me alot of money I don't need a new motor, rebuilt one, or trade in my car for another one. I am so disappointed in my old mechanic, for telling me false information and the dealership for telling me my car would fail and I'd need to replace it. I am just so happy I have found a shop that is honest and knows what customer service is. I was so impressed with their work, I brought my truck in to have some work done on it the same day. The name of this place should be LESS for LESS! That is what you will get here. If you have a crappy car and do not care if it will get damaged then this the place for you. If you have a high end car and care about your vehicle you may want to think twice before going here. They do not cover the seats when they slide in and out of the car and they scratched the leather in the driver seat of my car. When I brought the large scratch to their attention, the owner's son, Jeff decided to get in my car without my permission and spit on the scratch to try to wipe the scratch off. Who spits on a customers leather seat??? I left several messages for the owner Rich who never called me back. In addition to the 4 inch scratch on the leather seat, I had to return to the shop 3 times the same day because they did not reset the Tire Air pressure in my German car. I kept telling them they needed to reset it and they kept telling me to drive it and it will reset itself. So the third time I told them I was not leaving until they reset it and then Johnny went through the messages on the console and found the way to reset it. What a waste of time and aggravation. Like I said if you care about your car this is not the place for you. Now I have a large scratch on the driver seat that Jeff's SPIT did not fix!
