As a two time former customer, albeit years ago yesterday via Yelp I reached out to C&C and after timely and relevant dialogue was told to make a cardboard template and bring in the glass I wanted cut. The receptionist was friendly and thorough and said she have to have someone else verify if the glass I had could be cut. Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered. Me being in my late 50's means I refuse to give $ to any business that treats customers like crap. The only good to come of my time at C&C was a free notepad and pen.

I walked in and there was an associate helping another customer. She acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. After a few minutes, she finished up with her customer and asked how she could help me. I showed her my window frame. She took measurements and quoted me a price. I only paid about a third of what the mobile companies wanted. She gave me a receipt and said that it would be ready in 1-3 days. I was in no hurry, so I was fine with that. They came and took the measurements and scheduled a time to replace the window- then on the day they were scheduled to come, he ignored our calls and did not show up. Alex then rescheduled for today and stated he would be here between 11am-12pm and that the window replacement was already ordered/in their possession. I contacted him a little after 12pm- no answer. Then again at 12:30pm, he answered and told me they would be here in 2 hours. It is now 7pm, no one showed up and Alex did not even have the decency to contact me to inform me/cancel. I would also like to make it known that after they cancelled the first time, I had informed Alex that I am 36 weeks pregnant and trying to get this fixed before the baby comes. He obviously does not care since my husband and I now have wasted two different days waiting for them to come fix it and will now have to find someone else (although technically their team already took up 4 days of our time- one for a consultation/get an estimate, two to measure the area, and two no-shows on their end).
