I've been there twice so I'll review both visits. The first visit I ordered the catfish dinner so did my buddy, I got greens and mac and cheese, he got mac and cheese and beans. The catfish was great, perfectly seasoned and fried. The greens were good, mac and cheese was OK. My buddy took one taste of the beans and said OMG. I tasted them and damn, they were good! And we both got that caramel cake, it was fabulous, my buddy didn't eat his piece, left it in the fridge, I ate half of it the next morning before he woke up!! My next visit wasn't as good. I ordered a rib dinner, this time with the beans and greens. Unfortunately there were out of the cake. The ribs were not good. The flavor was absolutely there, they tasted great however they were extremely tough. I'm not sure if I forgot to ask but I never order ribs with sauce on them. Even with the sauce I could tell these ribs were seasoned very well. If they were tender I'd be there every week. I'm going to try them again soon. read more

You name it ...everything is always made so fresh. I really wish more people knew about this spot. I just found myself the best restaurant in las Vegas. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures of the food. It looked so good I couldn't wait to dig in. My order was jerk chicken pasta, fried catfish and smothered ribs. Everything was seasoned to perfection my wife and I give this place 10 out of 10. The service was amazing as well. I chose mac n cheese and collard greens. Let me start off by saying ITS REAL CATFISH!!!! They gave me 4 nice sized pieces of fish, seasoned well and fried to perfection. No complaints at all with the fish. The sides, however, were pretty bland. No flavor or seasoning which was kinda disappointing! Also ordered Chef Fries!!! Those were very good! It's French fries topped with chopped brisket and hot links. With bbq sauce, cheese, sour cream and green onions! Never would have thought of this combo, but it works! I liked them!! The shop was way bigger inside then I expected, it was very clean and you smell good food from the entrance. The customer service from Elecia was great she explained the menu and was very polite. I ordered the fish sandwich combo it came with 3 pieces of catfish fries and a soda for $11.00 kinda pricey for the portion size but well worth it for the quality and taste! Am going to be honest it's been over a year since I been here and I have to admit the food is really good. My daughter and I happened to be on the North side and was hungry so we decided to check them out.. I got fish and she got wings took them a minute for the food to be ready which is ok by me. Get to the car to check our order and taste the food and they forgot to give me my fries. Being that my daughter paid she went in to inform them .. 20 minutes later my food damm near gone am asking myself did she go in and order something else. I go in and ask why is it taking soo long for some fries??? The people (cooks) in the back start looking at each other and than proceeded to pass the fries to the young lady (the only normal behavior one) who than passed them to me. If I tell you those people's vibe was totally off belief me. Like I said the food was very good but I would not eat at an establishment that the food cost over $50.00 for 2 people (not complaining about the price) and you think we are trying to finagle you out of a half of potato. Yeah don't care how good the food is that made it nasty for me.
