I'm a out of town client, and I was looking for a place that could execute the perfect shape with a nice atmosphere. I chose this salon based off the reviews. My fiancé and I both wanted pedicures, him a manicure and me a full set of long stiletto nails. Brian did my full set and it was perfect! Literally perfect! Shape great, polish, personable. 10/10. Before new year I visited this nail salon and had an incredibly frustrating experience!!! don't recommend at all ! I spent a ridiculous four hours for the price, which was only about $20 cheaper than what I would pay for a more experienced technician, I expected at least decent service. To make matters worse, I left without any nail design - just plain nails - and they started cracking just a few days later. I have 3 broken/cracked nails. because they are too thin.... also the nails look completely different, shape, lenght, thickness... because one hand was done with a more experienced technician and another was done with a new junior master. The owner have to be responsible for that and either make this service much much cheaper or free but not to charge $130 for this for people to spend for hours to get this crap! Also another entreaty !!! To the OWNER!! Guys be more respectful about the service and your customers. Like why nobody ever offer coffee or tea your salon... so you don't charge like $10 or $50 for your nails. I think you can get the coffee machine which is not a big deal to offer your clients while they're getting service. Like I was fuc...king dying to spend four hours and do not get any sip of coffee. Because my hands were busy to order and it is just a gesture of caring about your customers which you don't really do! On the top of it, I try to apply glue on my nails because they got broken and I didn't know what to do because I need to go and I didn't have time to go to any beauty salon! So I spilled the glue on the side table, which cost another $500 so thanks THE WORST NAILS !! read more

Randomly decided to stop in to get some old acrylic taken off. The lady that helped me was incredibly kind and explained my options. I was able to get my acrylic removed, and a builder gel applied instead to help with my nail integrity. She did an amazing job, it looks so beautiful and natural. I love it more than the acrylic and it feels much lighter. They were both beautiful, but I can see myself continuing with the builder gel. Worth a stop in!!! read more

Came in for a gel manicure, was told it was $49. I wanted French and figured it would be $5 extra like most places...once it was time to pay my gel manicure was actually $79! It's an extra $20 to do French and an additional $10 to remove my dip. That should already be included! That's ridiculously expensive, doubt this place will last long. read more

Do not go here!!! I spent 3 hours here for a full set and would have been there another at least 30 minutes if i didn't get just a clear coat. I went in and told them exactly what i wanted The younger guy was very helpful with finding the colors that I wanted for the design. There was an older man working on my nails and it took him an hour and a half to remove my eight nails that i still had on and another hour and a half to put on the new set. I had to repeatingly tell them that I did not want my nails fixed or that long and they said that they would file it down. No the younger man stepped into help him with my nails and now both of my hands look completely different I left with them still just as long, all different shapes and sizes, and not anything that I wanted. They did give me a discount for being there for so long. But still $50 for a set and them not to look like what you want is just ridiculous. read more

I go in for a full set, first off guy is in training or something and has no idea how to do acrylic nails.. other guy has to jump in and take over after many errors. NOT EVEN 5 DAYS LATER 2 of my nails pop off!!! So the same day I go back and ask if they can repair the nails that broke. TONY starts pulling out his notepad as if he's about to CHARGE me for repairing the shitty job they originally did not even a week later. He agrees to not charge me. So he carries on and picks the wrong acrylic powder color and I tell him these colors are two different and he has to now take off the acrylic that he just did. He had the WORST attitude and was trying to argue with me saying "I didn't do your nails last time so I don't know the color" OK SO YOU WERE JUST GOING TO SEND ME OFF WITH 2 OF MY NAILS DIFFERENT COLORS??!!! After all that, my nails come out crooked afAbsolutely insane. Never had a nail salon give such terrible experience. Will never be back!! Disappointed since I used to love having Daisy do my onails. Don't know what happened but I won't ever be returning. NOT WORTH THE $$$$ read more

This place is never going to make it! They overcharge you for a regular pedicure that was mediocre at best! I wondered why I was the only one in there and then when I left I realized why it's their second location and the girl told me that they charge more at this location why why why?
