We arrived at the Atlanta Gateway Marriott at about midnight and asked if there was any pizza delivery nearby. The woman at the front desk told us she had a favorite place that had absolutely amazing pizza that we had to try. So we called this place and ordered delivery. Being late at night it took about an hour, which was totally fine. However, once we brought it up to the room and took the first bite - that was also the last bite. This pizza is worse than places like Pizza Hut and Domino's. In fact, it's some of the worst pizza we've ever had. It tasted like cardboard and had almost no sauce and what tasted like toppings that have just been thawed after being frozen. Unfortunately, the chicken parmesan sub was just as bad. In fact we couldn't even tell if that was actually chicken or something else with even poorer quality. The bread was terrible. OK so I've been here several times my niece lives within walking distance of this place, the people are incredibly busy but the food always turns out great. There is always a bit of a way even if you call in your order but that's to be expected as it seems like there may only be one or two people working in this facility. This restaurant location has very sincere customer service. The location is in a plaza across from a Chevron and next door to a low scale motel. The interior definitely could use some touching up. The wings have great flavor, when asking for wet! The gyro was partially dry and the pizza is oily. The flavor is good and the pizza is cooked well. However, they only give your cheese pizza, if you want extra toppings you get them.. but they're under all of the cheese. It's different to me not having my toppings such as pepperoni on the top of my cheese.. especially considering they're so thin. Otherwise the the pizza is usually hot and fresh. The calzones were dry and hard, they did not taste fresh. Overall, the quality would be 3.5 out of 5. For convenience of location, the cheaper prices, and the quality of food/service. read more

For starters the lady cashier is not pleasant at all. I ordered food my meal was supposed to come with slaw, roll, fries and fish. My friend who I brought along (who by the way wasn't even going to order) and she decided to get the same thing as me. Now she brings it to my attention and item is missing. As if it's a joke. The other guy says the item missing is only 75 cent, hmmm so y'all over charging for y'all food. Thanks! The other guy is now yelling at my friend threatening to call the police. Poor service ruins good food. Today, my parents found a flyer to this restaurant attached their (and all their neighbors) mailboxes. We decided to give them a try only to get flack about being outside the delivery area (why leave the flyers then?) Only for them to do us the favor of delivering two-thirds of the order. They had no idea what we were talking about, funny since I listened to the driver call the store about the error. So we re-requested the missing order. Another hour later the driver calls and can't find our address. After two more driver lost phone calls and very clear directions, We gave up. So in summary, 2 calzones (which by the way are actually stromboli because they have no ricotta) cost 24.00. Argued about delivery to our address, didn't deliver part of the order, gave us the run around on the missing order, never actually fixed the issue/apologized/explained why this happened. Original order placed at 4pm, gave up at 7pm. My advice don't waste your time or money. And I'm hindsight I see this establishment has 7 unrecommended reviews which share similar stories of wrong orders, long waits, and poor customer service. read more

Ordered some food from them while at work a couple weeks before the holidays. I ordered a Greek salad and when adding items I selected the add shrimp option. It didn't change the price but I didn't think anything of it. My salad arrived without shrimp and when I called they told me the Greek salad doesn't come with shrimp. The option to add it was right there on the website but they said I didn't pay for it so it wasn't added. They need to make sure they include the up charge with the add on items so food doesn't arrive missing ingredients. After more then a hour the food was delivered. Instead of a gyro they gave me 4 pieces of cut pita bread on top of the most bland rice and chicken I've ever had. They obviously don't know what a gyro looks like. I also ordered French fries which were soggy and stuck together. My girlfriend was literally starving from traveling all day and could only stomach 2 bites before throwing it all away. I like my pepperoni crispy. Another thing I don't like is the size of the wings, they are way too small.
