Ouch, low rating here. Well, it was a beacon of hope for me today. This location sits on Concourse C, hidden out of view. Carrabbas is a staple of visitation in our household due to them being friendly towards food allergies. It was busy but I found a seat at the bar. Area wasn't really cleaned but I was happy to find a spot. Their pricing and menu was pretty decent! I opted for a draft peroni and margherita pizza. Service was decent, and I got my beer plus my food very quickly. The pizza was actually cooked perfectly. No complaints! Atmosphere here is cozy as it can be for a corridor of the airport. Guess I'm glad I didn't read the reviews. It's not going to be the same experience as a stand alone. Overall, 4/5. It served my purpose and the food was good! read more

I was so excited to see Carrabba's as I was walking through Terminal C while on a delay. Used to take my kids here when they were younger - so we went and sat down with memories of old. Boy were we disappointed. 32 minutes from the time they sat us down just to get drinks. Manager stopped by during that interval and asked if we needed any thing. We asked for water that never arrived. Appetizer came after the main course. Never got one of the salads we ordered. My spaghetti Bolognese (pasta) was over cooked. The lasagna was small and burnt. The linguine was soupy. Service was ok. Waiter was pleasant and was trying. Didn't complain but powered through the below average food and spoiled a great memory of what was once, a favorite restaurant. read more

We stopped by for lunch over an hour before our flight departed. It wasn't busy but the waitress moved at the slowest pace I've ever experienced. For an airport restaurant and people departing, I would have thought service would be a little quicker. We sat almost 16 min before we were helped. Food was ok, but the chicken on the marmalade was pink in the center and inedible. The mashed potatoes and salad were the best. This is my coworker and I favorite spot when we return from a business trip. Now it's always jam packed so expected to wait to be seated. Once seated, the service is typically good. They are always out of things so just ensure you have more than 1 option. This go round we ended up sitting by the kitchen and it got crazy. My coworker ordered the steak and I ordered my favorite Chicken Bryan. We both got asparagus and Caesar salads. My coworker asked for her steak to be medium well but it was beyond well (not burnt though). Cutting it without a steak knife was hard lol. Also get the sangria! I enjoyed the classical. My coworker got the peach. It was light and refreshing but not much of a sangria vibe. read more

Located in the C concourse, Carrabbas is off to the side without alot of noise and traffic. Having arrived early to the airport with 2 full hours to fill, I was lucky to grab a seat at the bar as there was a 15 min wait for a table. Prime time, I guess... around 6p. I was still full from lunch so this visit consisted of cocktails and dessert. 2 Evian bottled waters 2 Pomegranate Martinis 1 Tiramisu All of it awesome! There were some lively folks at the bar which made for great conversation and then Syreeta who was on staff was excellent! Such a good time with her! There were even folks at the bar who come thru this airport frequently and specifically visit Carrabas for Syreeta, so that tells you something. Everyone else's food came out looking great, but I can't attest to taste. What I know is, next time I'm in this airport, I'll check here for a meal. read more

We were seated immediately but service was slow. Our order was taken pretty quickly but it took a bit to get our drinks and much longer to get our food. We thought we had ample time before our flight, and thank goodness we did because we used up all of our time in the restaurant. I ordered the Margherita Pizza to share with my friend. The size was good but it was hardly even warm when it was brought to the table. This was so disappointing after waiting all that time. The best part of the meal was the free bread with the dipping oil. Towards the end, we waited and waited to get our servers attention so we could pay our bill. When she came to the table she told us just to pay using the QR code. This would have been nice to know when we were initially seated so we didn't wait around. I would definitely recommend that servers should let the diners know this ahead of time. I went yesterday for a late lunch during a layover and it was just OK. One of my favorite things about the restaurants is the dipping oil that you get and I did not see that. I paid $5 for their delicious bread with three types of dipping sauces - Alfredo, marinara, and some sort of spicier pinkish sauce. It was OK but not the dipping oil that I've been craving and the reason that I came. I also wasn't super hungry and really wanted chicken Parmesan so I got the sandwich without bread which came with a side of pasta. The chicken Parmesan was solid and my favorite thing about the whole meal. All in all, I just didn't feel like it was as good as I remembered in the restaurant. Additionally, staff was incredibly slow. Very sweet but slow. I never got a refill on my drink and waited a long time to pay only to be told that there was a QR code and I could pay online. Obviously, it's an airport restaurant and so I expect that type of ambience, but probably not somewhere. I would go back to on another layover. read more

I got the calamari it wasn't overcooked but the sauce that came with it was horrible. The breading that was on the calamari itself was tasteless. Best thing on my plate was the lemon absolutely ridiculous to charge almost $18 for what I got.. the food took forever to get, the drinks took 20 minutes to get ordered. Chicken was dry and tough. Sauce tasted like it sat too long. Bread was stale. Server was okay but never checked back. Prices were high for airport food. Whole meal was disappointing. Had a theee hour layover and decided to stop in and grab a relaxing meal. My server was managing a lot of tables so it wasn't her fault but bread was served last after I got everything..... my salad was warm despite it being brought to me first. Atlanta airport is already a pain to get through so when we walked by the Carrabba's at the top of the escalator we decided to give it a shot. We had 1 hour until our flight boarded. They have a lot of seating since the restaurant and it was only half full. So in we went. They seated us right next to the window and it's pretty cool that you can watch the terminal and planes going by while sitting there. There was about a 5-10 minute wait for our a waitress so got a little nervous about if we had enough time. When our waitress got there she was very friendly and quickly took our order. I was amazed that she brought our beers out in less than 5 minutes, along with our appetizer of bread. Holy smokes!!! Our entrees came out in less than 10 minutes from the time we ordered. They looked great and mine was very delicious! The portions are huge and I could only eat about half of it. Overall a great experience! read more

This was the worst experience I have had ever in a food establishment. It was 9:40 PM. This restaurant closes at 10:30pm. The kitchen closes at 10:00PM. We ask the waitress if they can serve us. We gave her our order. The food came out so fast. However, it was cold, stale, gross. I cannot believe they even served these dishes. I ordered chicken parm. It was like eating rubber. My wife order tomato mozzarella. It actually was like very soft cream cheese. Tasted horrible!!! The food cost $48. We were in a rush to catch our flight. I told the waitress this was the worst. I still paid as I was in a rush and just left the plates with all the food on the table. I'm going to complain to the headquarters and I will get my money back. She sends the exact same cut -and-paste reply "please contact us" yet, nothing is ever fixed or changed. Survey completed as requested, & here I am a week later with absolutely no corporate response. First question: why is Alfredo sauce that is part of trio dips literally like water? Ugh. Disgraceful. Second question: why did other tables get the olive oil dip with their dip trio but we didn't? Lasagna was good. Odd almost grainy texture, but tasted good. Fettuccini Carrabba was pathetically flavorless - same soupy "Alfredo" sauce. Unfortunate experience. Poor service, and extremely slow. If you have a connection I wouldn't risk it by eating here. Servers more interested in talking to each other than helping customer's. 15 min to get a drink and almost left because food took so long. No silverware no napkins dirty table and greasy floor. I rarely leave bad reviews and I apologize for it but if this place wants to do buisness they gotta do better. Host was very pleasant but that was about it. What a great break from a stressful day! The busy airport location was easily accessible, and while a lots of diners, "Mo" was super efficient and prompt - with a lovely smile to boot! We're not usually Carrabba's diners, but from now on will make it a point to detour through to this location for a tasty meal. My husband and I shared the grilled chicken dinner and the Bryan's chicken dinner - both with broccoli. Not only flavorful (NOT rubber chicken!), perfect portion size for us. With a glass of wine and a whiskey (we didn't share those!) we were off for the next leg of our trip. Bravo to the entire Carrabba's team! read more

This was a terribly slow restaurant, and service was indifferent to us. I can not recommend eating here to anyone. Although the order was a simple, straightforward selection, it was unbearably slow. The waitress seemed apologetic at first, but it soon became clear she was avoiding us as she also seemed embarrassed by the wait and seemed like she stopped caring, or at least stopped running out of apologies. No crust to speak of, undercarriage disintegrated when you would try to pick up a slice. No sauce. This could be ok if was a well executed pizza but no, they just flopped a couple tomato slices down, threw on some crappy cheese and called it a day. The salad was warm and wilted, like it had been sitting out. The pomegranate martini tasted premixed, not shaken, and completely lifeless. For airport pricing, this was a letdown across the board. Ordered a fettuccine Carrabba and waited for an hour just to receive no meal and get charged for a side salad that was supposed to be included with the meal I ordered...that never came after an HOUR!!!! Located at top of elevator upon entry to Concourse C, Carabbas offers a break from the hustle of the terminals. Spacious interior with a variety of food selections including appetizers, pasta, pizza, salads and entrees. Ample seating in dining area. Bar area had limited seating and included lower area for wheelchair accessibility. Ordered an entree to go at bar, and was able to sit after some patrons left. Entree came with salad or soup, and I am partial to soup. Server/bartender, who was servicing an entire bar by himself, advised that there were no to go containers for soup. I opted to eat while waiting for estimated 20 minutes for entree to be ready. Unfortunately, the minestrone vegetable soup I selected was underwhelming, despite being the servers preferred between that, and the lentil sausage. The fettuccine pasta with shrimp and mushrooms was more tasty. It served its purpose by providing a hearty meal during my flight. read more

I came to Cabrera's in the airport and experienced extremely uncomfortable racial profiling, which was especially upsetting because it came from another African American employee. The hostess asked a male server if we could be seated in his section, and he responded with a dismissive look and said no. Immediately after, every white customer who walked in was seated in his area. Throughout the wait, I noticed him staring at me and giving dirty looks, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone came over to assist us. The woman who eventually helped us was kind, friendly, and provided good service, and I want to acknowledge that. However, the behavior of the bald male server whose section is closest to the front entrance on the right side overshadowed the entire experience. If you are going to have people working in customer service, they need to treat everyone with respect and provide service equally, not selectively. read more

They don't tell you they are not serving pizza until you ask for it, it's supposed to be something said when you sit down not after 7 minutes of looking at the menu. There was a wait for a table, however it was much faster that the expected 30 minutes, service was outstanding from beginning to finish, our drink order was taken quickly, along with our appetizer. One of the best airport sit down dining experiences ever! Briahna took good care of us. She was cheerful and on top of things. We all had Caesar salads which were garlic forward as we like.
