They were affordable, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with my needs and my budget. They were able to obtain the permits that were needed which is an important and valuable service. They also took care of the structural engineering that was needed to make sure that we had sufficient support for the deck. Their showroom is very helpful. There are samples and some mockups of decks, railings, lighting, etc. There are lots of options and the staff was great about explaining the options but not pressure-upselling. I felt comfortable choosing the materials and extras with their help. After the project was finished, there was one support post that didn't look finished to me when I looked at it from our dining room window. All Decks was great about coming out. After seeing and understanding what I wanted to upgrade, they were able to install a matching trim piece that made the post look complete. The deck has been installed now since Oct 2024. The work Slavic and Alex did on this part of the build is as high quality as their siding work. - The work site was always SUPER tidy. Slavic and Alex took great care to clean up as they worked, paid attention to simple details like ensuring nails were picked up and that hose covers were back on (winter months), and they were very respectful of the driveway which I share with my neighbors. - Throughout the installation, Vitaliy kept me updated via text, phone calls, and site visits. I always knew where things stood and what degree of rot was uncovered (or not) at the end of a demolition day. The level and consistency of communication was outstanding.
