I would call the office to find out what is going on, and the office would have no clue, and I would end up getting a text from the service tech with yet another excuse as to why the repair hadn't happened. They made no effort to keep us in the loop or advise why we still don't have the repair they assured us. It has always required us to call the office or the service tech to find out what is going on, only to be provided yet another excuse. Do not use these people.

Eric diagnosed the problem and had to climb straight up the side of my building on a metal fire escape-type ladder to locate my air conditioner and replace the damaged part. He could not possibly have been more polite and personable, explaining the process every step of the way, showing me the damaged part as well as a new part so I could see the difference. The units on the rooftop were not marked, so he had to work extra hard to locate mine. He wisely took a video of the location of my unit and also noted every identifying detail to put in my records. He checked the age and warranty of the part and found that there was a partial warranty, which saved me some money. I would highly recommend this company. Great customer service at a fair price.

My original concern was regarding the pricing of a repair and the inconsistent explanations I received about why the cost had increased significantly compared with my previous repair and a recent quote from the company. I want to be clear that my concern was not with the technician. He was professional, courteous, arrived on time, and completed the repair well. After reviewing my feedback, the manager from CLT Appliance reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that the company took the time to listen and address the situation rather than dismissing my feedback. I also appreciated that my initial conversation with the manager's assistant was escalated and handled promptly. The manager reviewed my concerns, provided additional clarification regarding the pricing, acknowledged my frustration, and worked with me to resolve the issue. CLT Appliance ultimately refunded the $125 difference that was the source of my concern. I appreciate a company that is willing to listen to customers, take accountability, and make things right. As far as value, it cost $400 to fix, a brand new washer, exact model was first sake at Lowe's for $480. So hard to say if it was worth cost. Which the current washer is under 2 years old.
