I've been coming here for years now and Im the type that doesn't complain unless I have a reason to, but today I had an appointment to do gel pedicure and dip powder manicure. So I come in 10 mins before my 12 noon appointment I'm waiting in the chairs sitting down and more girls come in with an appointment and another without an appointment, she's asking me if I have an appointment I said yes I do. Then they finally take me to the station were they do only nails and before I sit I tell the nail tech that I'm also there for a pedicure and she said ok, proceeds to do my nail gel manicure but I'm thinking okay once I'm here I know they will not do my pedicure bcus at the same time they are taking all these other clients that don't have an appointment in and doing both mani & pedis while I had an appointment to do both. Then I said well I need my pedicure are you still going to do it, she said yes, a freaking hour passes just in my dip powder manicure and at this point I'm finally fed up. So I say i am not waiting another hour just for my pedicure if I already had an appointment. that's not fair your taking everyone else in and having two nails techs working on them and only 1 nail tech working on me. Then they try to gaslight me by saying, "oh when you call and make the appointment you have to say you want both service together" like WTF! They have never ever stated that the times I've made an appointment. I never got my pedicure and everyone that didn't have an appointment was done before me. It's ridiculous!! The quality and service has gone down drastically. I'm never coming here again. And no I didn't tip the nail tech for taking over and hour just to do dip powder manicure. I'm going back to my old nail place where they just revamped their salon it's called " Downey Nails & Lashes" it's chic and very spacious. read more

Very unwelcoming experience here. I went in for a regular nail polish manicure with french tip design. Price was fare but the quality of the service was very unpleasant and done with no care or attention and I even paid and tipped before the service. As you can see she did one coat of regular polish and did not care to clean up the French lines after application. Lines were uneven and so sloppy, polish is uneven and clumpy as well . This manicure was $30 mind you, other places charge $40 for gel x polished cleaned nail sets. Don't come here if your have a important event to go to because you will regret paying for the service and leave sad and disappointed. I'm not one to ever speak badly on others services but this was not okay to walk out with. read more

I just returned home from the most amazing manicure by Vivian! She is a perfectionist -the go to for mani-pedi. Excellent parking/easy in-easy out! Pedicure massage chairs are divine. Customer service needs improvement. when they did a pedicure I had to tell her to change her gloves because she helped another customer in the middle of working on me and tried to use them on me next. that's crazy. also they try to do the bare minimum on scrubbing your feet and want you out there quick. read more

I'm very disappointed with my nails... I got a French tip last week and within days the white tip started to come off even though they are gel nails! I also asked for daisies on two nails and the lady could not make them look pretty, at the end I asked her to just keep them off. I have been coming here for 3 years but the service has decreased, forget about disagreeing with them... I was told that it was my fault that my gel nails on two of my fingers broke. I also always check on the pricing and what I'm asking for, but they always tag on extra money at the end. Sadly, I'm done with this place, it's not working out anymore and I won't support anyone watching Fox News! read more

Shitty service and manicure here. Lady was throwing my hand around while doing my manicure and rushing the whole thing when there was no other customers to help. The manicure didn't even look good, the whole nail isn't even painted. Not sure why but I left her a $5 and didn't even have courtesy to say thank you or nothing. She did not deserve a tip at all. I love how feminine my nails look, the shape, and Nancy dealt with every pesky request I made. (sorry Nancy!) Ivy did my gel pedicure, the hot stones and massage was AMAZING. I went in yesterday for the third time and I will not go back. The first and second time I was charged $30 for short set with gel. Yesterday, they decided to charge me $40 and gave me attitude when I confronted them. They told me because they were short. I explained the last times they were short, she told me they weren't. Pictures below to show they were always short. My two daughters 10 and under wanted to paint nails they charged $14 each for polish. They asked my daughters if they wanted gel and my kids being kids said yes and the ladies started laughing. I said, " no they are getting regular polish," and they got upset and tried to talk me out of it. They completely took advantage as I was in a rush because I had to pick up my son. They told me they tell you the price before which is a lie except for pedicure. I can not stand dishonest people and will not go back. She called me back and literally talked the whole time did not let me talk and was blaming me for everything. I could t get a word in. Worst customer service and the way they disrespected me on a call. read more

I will start with the fact that the quality of service you receive will 100% be dependent on WHO is doing your nails. My first two visits were amazing (pedicures) but this third visit was the complete opposite. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and regular manicure... both came out uneven, bubbly, and they used an old top coat which needs to be replaced (see photos). The technician who did my toes was painting my toenails with sideways strokes instead of straight up and down and completely missed half on my toenail on many toes. I tried to politely ask for the technician to fix some of the mistakes and to help me with the ingrown toenails, yet I walked out with bad polish and ingrown toenails that i'll have to fix at home. I don't think i'll be coming back or recommending to anyone. IF you do decide to come, make sure to schedule an appointment here with someone who has good reviews and photos. read more

Nail tech cut my cuticles when she was filing my nails down. She then made a huge mess with the dip powder and to take off all the excess she started cutting away so much off of my skin on my finger tips of all the dip powder and gel that hardened there. So painful and disappointed with this! Never had a problem with regular gel manicure or acrylic here. Asked for a discount since I'm gonna have to get this fixed ASAP and they only discounted 5$ SMH. This was such an awful job :(( I wasn't even gonna get dip powder but they recommended so my nails wouldn't break easily. Wish I just got the regular gel mani. read more

4 stars overall, I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time I got a basic pedicure nothing special but I did appreciate that they opened earlier then most nail salons because I stopped by before going to work. The second visit I did a gel manicure with a regular nail polish pedicure. I'm adding a picture of what I got done, I did get what I asked for which is great! The minus star was because of the actual manicure work on the side of my nails they are still rough and not trimmed or buffed. I used to like this place but based on my recent experiences it hasn't been good. If you don't agree to additional services they start treating you differently and don't even engage with you. They also add more to the total. Which is kind of weird considering they have the pricing on the wall. read more

Very beautiful and clean nail salon! Tina is the best!!!!! So sweet and gentle!! She actually saved my nails from a half-assed ombré set I got in a nail salon in Lakewood (never again). Very clean here. All tools were sanitized and brand new files for me. I got a classic pedi and classic mani with gel. Salons are working inside right now. 10/2/20. When I entered I was instructed to wash my hands. The pedi bowl was clean and then protected with a liner. I see this salon is being safe and sanitary. I felt comfortable and it was calming inside. I had one of the best manicure experiences here at Elite Nails & Spa. I was in need of a gel manicure sometime this week but due to re-closure of salons for the LA county, I was forced to find a salon who would do my nails last minute. I called and they gladly accepted my walk in request of a gel manicure. Masks are required. The salon was very clean, they immediately ask you to wash your hands when you enter. There are proxy glass dividers between you and the nail technicians. I loved how my nail technician shaped my nails, he did very well. Thank you so much. I am very upset to I've been coming to do my nails here for about 4 months and I was really liking it. But today costumer service was bad. I made an appointment for myself and I knew I was going to take a little longer and that was ok when it was my turn to get my nails done. They told me they only had time to do a fill on me. I told Nancy when I called this morning to make and I specifically ask for gel builder removal and reapplied new gel builder. Plus pedicure. Once I got here I ask to add another two points for 1pm for my mother in law pedicure and daughters full set gel x neither person answered me inform me that there was not going to be room for my daughter to get her nails done. Please tell me OK . Then when it was my daughter's turn they told me that they only have time to fix her nails and not do a fill / full set. Mind you her Nails do not take her because they are gel x. I just feel like if you make an appointment, they should honor what you made the appointment for if we are the o one's paying for our services. read more

To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning
