Came here for the first time and had a good experience! All the employees were nice and very attentive with each customer. They greeted everyone that walked in and were constantly making sure everything was clean and stocked up. I truly appreciate the little things and their hard work! My latte was so yummy but I wasn't a fan of the Nutella croissant. I love Nutella but I didn't like it with the salty/butter bread. It looked good tho. I'll try something different next time. He was very intentional in the way he communicated and took the time to have a genuine conversation, which you don't always see these days. It made a big difference and showed how much he cares about both the customers and the overall experience. I ordered the banana iced drink, and it was really great. I also ordered the sandwich with the aïoli and brioche bun. Fantastic items and will be back again. I just tried this place again (Thursday 04/16/26 at approx 7 am). Why oh why oh why don't I learn my lessons in life? I ordered two mochas that arrived completely disgusting. They were watered down, you could barely taste any chocolate, and the espresso tasted... Off? Not to mention that the two larges I ordered were only 2/3 full. I also noticed that after I submitted my first review, there were a bunch of 5 star reviews that posted very quickly. I went to look at the Yelp profiles because I was honestly a bit shocked, and the Yelpers had no prior review history. Lame. How about instead of having people post a bunch of fake reviews, you work on your quality control so that people don't have to leave bad reviews in the first place? read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Better Buzz Coffee. Not only was the coffee itself (Vanilla Bean Latte) underwhelming, but the customer service made the situation much worse. The drink tasted watered down and wasn't even filled to the top for a 16oz cup. When I politely asked if they could top it off with milk, I was met with a blank, bothered look--as if my request was an inconvenience. When I got the drink back, I immediately noticed it was leaking from the lid. Sure enough, after taking a sip, the lid came off and the coffee spilled on my shirt and pants. When I asked for a new lid, the employee casually responded that their lids have been "wonky lately"--with no apology or urgency to fix the issue. I then asked if I could have the drink transferred into a larger cup to avoid another spill. Again, I was met with attitude and a sarcastic tone: "Yes, we can get you a large cup." At that point, I even asked if he was okay, since I was the one dealing with the spill and frustration. Overall, this experience was a complete disaster. Customers can tolerate mediocre products if the service is consistent and respectful--but one interaction like this is enough to lose a customer entirely. I just ordered a beverage at better Buzz coffee roasters I got a buzzed in Fullerton The young barista by the name of Maya recommended her drink because I actually prefer the people working at the location to recommend what they like when I try something new at a new location cinnamon cream cold brew it looks delicious and my word is it delicious my mouth is watering I just took the first I'm filled with his joy inside of me right now just from the first step that I took it's awesome. And you gotta check out the staff as they're working on your drinks they're so full of joy so full of energy, might come from the caffeine I don't know. I've seen this place since before it opened and have only heard great things. I'm so glad I checked the reviews and saw all the comments about the sweetness because even half sweet could be overkill for most coffee drinkers. I ordered the iced Hazelnut Divinity w/ Oat Milk and a Blueberry Muffin. If you still want the coffee flavor to be prominent in your drink I would recommend getting either the half or quarter sweetness like I did. All the flavors combined perfectly and it was so good I finished it within minutes. The muffin was also great, not too little or too much sweetness and it was nice and crumbly but still moist. I would definitely recommend both items and will be back soon. I came late in the day and the drive thru line still went by surprisingly quick, good service. read more

I love Better Buzz and am excited to see it in the OC area. I came here to do some work before a meeting and ordered the Orange ya glad buzz energy drink which I loved! There is plenty of seating and the ambiance is great to do work. I would have given it 5 stars but the employee wasn't very welcoming or helpful. When I came to the counter they asked if I was a rewards member and I said no, but I should be. I thought she was going to tell me how to become a rewards member but she didn't. After I left, I saw a sign for the rewards and learned my visit could have counted for a free drink later which would have been nice to know. Other than the service, the drink was refreshing! Now if you've ever been to the coast of San Diego, you would be hard-pressed to find a coffee spot with a similar vibe as Better Buzz Coffee. With Kendrick playing in the background, I enjoyed their "Best Drink Ever" a classic americano with vanilla cream. This certainly lives up to the name. For a late morning snack, I opted for their avocado feta toast. They are generous with their portions and this paired deliciously with their coffee. I would definitely stop again! read more

I've had Better Buzz a few times in the past at different San Diego locations and was thrilled to see that they were opening one up in Fullerton. I normally do not frequent these big chain coffee shops but I remember Better Buzz always being great! Also, the convenience of having a drive-thru is a nice touch! Here's what I ordered: **Best Drink Ever: I've had this particular drink twice and have always liked it but this one was not it. I ordered it half sweet so maybe it was because of that. The flavor was so weak that I could taste was very light vanilla water. This was the worst drink ever. (0/5) **Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew: The cinnamon cream top was delicious but the cold brew was really watered down as well. Easily the worst cold brew I've ever had. Even Starbucks has better cold brew and that's really sad. There was also so much syrup on the bottom of my drink that I could not finish the bottom portion of my drink. (1/5) I understand that this is a new location but Better Buzz is a well established coffee spot so I expected their quality control to be up to par. On the bright side, the people working there were great. Super friendly and they worked fast to get their drinks out in lightning fashion. It's a super busy spot so be prepared to wait. I'm done with Better Buzz. Their coffee quality is very similar to Starbucks. What a waste of money. read more
