The shop itself is really unique and very clean, which I appreciated. I also really loved the lavender tea latte! However, the food was a letdown--I ordered the bacon ciabatta, but it felt like all I could taste was just the bacon. On top of that, it took forever for the food to come out. I was disappointed. I did an online order. I placed the order at 6:43 am. I ordered two: drinks 1 banana pudding best drink ever and 1 mango strawberry refresher. Iced Matcha Latte 9.34/10- I've been dying to try this place for so long, especially after hearing such amazing things about their matcha, so I was super excited when they finally opened a location in Orange County! This definitely lived up to all the hype - they nailed the perfect ratio of matcha to almond milk and I loved how sweet it was without being overwhelming (it literally tasted like ice cream to me which was incredible). The matcha powder they used was so high quality that I actually had to ask what brand it was. The service was fantastic too - they had my drink ready within 2 minutes! The service at this location is so amazing! The staff were super patient and friendly and explained all of the drinks in really great detail. I tried the Horchata latte as well as the ham and cheese croissant and both were great! I'm so glad there are more locations in Orange County now. I went to Better Buzz Coffee for the first time as a stop on a little road trip with a friend and let me tell you it did not disappoint. We went inside and it was so cute and bee themed and I even snagged a free sticker that they had near the register which will be making its way onto my water bottle. I got the caramel vanilla best drink ever which was so tasty, but VERY sweet so be warned, and it kept me energized all day. So the coffee is food. I had the cinnamon cream cold brew. The only reason I moved this down in the ratings a little is because there isn't a lot of indoor seating and their are no outlets to plug in your electronics that I find very inconvenient. They do have a drive thru for your quick caffeine to go and the service is quick. The decorations are clean and looks very nice. If they get some outlets I will give them a better buzz. read more

He took the time to make recommendations and even walked us through getting set up on the app so we can start earning points (love when a place helps you get the most out of your visits!). I took a friend that was visiting and she ordered a dozen to bring back home. It's basically pie dough filled with chorizo, bacon, sweet potato, & cheese. Baked to perfection and topped with more cheese & some chili flakes. The kouign amann was also good. Nice patio seating. Tons of tables & chairs. It will be a 1 and done for me. I order from all the spots around town and I can easily say, this one isn't going to make it. Sorry for the bad review but it was that bad. I felt like I was drinking warm bad tasting milk. It was so bad, the rest of the team decided to toss theirs and order from others. I went here with too high expectations after seeing all the highly rated reviews I guess. The place is busy though so lots of customers. I went here on a weekday morning and ordered sandwiches and an iced Horchata latte The Horchata was just OK in my opinion. It seemed more on the watered down side. It wasn't strong enough for me. I also don't think the pesto turkey sandwich was anything special and for $10!? Overpriced. The breakfast sandwich was also overpriced imo. I feel like even Starbucks is cheaper! I would be willing to try coffee again but never their food. Also when I ordered I went to wait in my car since there wasn't much seating inside. I didn't want to wait outside bc it was a cold morning. Anyway when I went back in to get the food 5-10 min later, the food was ready but not the coffee. The worker was a little snippy and said your coffee isn't ready yet. We have a lot of orders. OK so I leave and come back after 5 min and I ask for my drink. Another worker say oh we made that a long time ago. Someone else must have taken it. Anyway so this time I just stayed to wait for the drink. The inside is SO cute with indoor and outdoor seating, and they also had a big area with lots of merch too. The man taking our order was also very friendly and helpful. Oh my, there was a very hard miss today on my order. I ordered a 12 oz nitro cold brew with vanilla cream no ice. Picked up and drove away to make a meeting. First problem, there was ice. Second problem, it did not taste good at all and had to stop drinking after a couple sips Third problem, sticker stated 12 oz no ice vanilla cream. Fourth problem, making online contact for the above issues is not easy to do. Takes some searching. Please do a better job. This must have been an off day because my wife's drink was a huge miss too and was made very incorrectly. I do hope I hear back from the contact I made on your website. I'm starting to sadly realize that this location is a hit or miss. I used to rave to my friends that Better Buzz was THE spot, but I've had mornings where the drinks are amazing and top notch quality, then there are times like my last few visits where my drinks just completely missed the mark. I usually order the iced dirty chai tea latte or an iced vanilla latte with extra espresso, usually comes out iced, cold, and you can taste the chai or vanilla. However, lately it's been served warm with a few ice cubes and super diluted. I'm not sure if the process has changed or if it's new staff, but I didn't get my tasty morning coffee fix which makes me reluctant to return. The girl at the drive through offered to add an egg to our ham and cheese croissant, we had no idea this was even an option so we said YES! But after waiting for them to make everything, there was no egg in our croissant and we were on the freeway already so we couldn't turn back.. if your drink is consistent here then I envy you read more
