Honest Review -- Expected More From the Hype I decided to try Better Buzz after hearing a lot of buzz (no pun intended), but overall the drinks didn't live up to the expectations. I tried three drinks: * Best Drink Ever - 4.5/10 This one was the most disappointing. It tasted watery and didn't have much coffee flavor at all. Definitely not something I'd call "the best." * Horchata Latte - 4/10 I didn't mix it at first, but even then my wife tried it and thought it was just "aight." Nothing special or memorable about it. * Mocha de Mexico - 5.5/10 This one was the better of the three, but still not great. It didn't taste much like coffee or Mexican chocolate, which was surprising given the name. The drive-thru service and menu setup were convenient, and the staff was friendly, but the drinks themselves felt overhyped based on what I've seen online. Overall: Not a terrible experience, but not something I'd go out of my way for again. I'd come back to try something different, but these three drinks weren't it. read more

I love this place and love the workers, been to a couple better buzz locations and honestly i feel like this store is what better buzz wants to be like and everything just tastes different in such a better way. Coffee is consistent, food is fresh, employees oh my theyre amazing, and the service is just incredibly fast. Been to this place twice now, once last month and once today. The coffee was fine. However their kitchen doesn't respond well to modifications. Both times I ordered their chili crisp burrito with no ham. Both times I received the burrito with ham. Doubtful I will return if I want to order anything with modifications. read more

I've been coming to this better buzz since they opened. The staff is absolutely incredible, everyone is so nice, accommodating, and makes you feel like your friends when you're there. The food is so good! I'm absolutely hooked on the Acai bowls and the Nutella croissant. The inside atmosphere is also so nice, it feels very trendy and like a great place to hangout with friends! read more

After a hike, we decided to treat ourselves and see what all the buzz was about. I got the Mocha de Mexico and specifically asked for it iced. It took longer to prepare than expected only to be handed a hot drink. When I mentioned it to the barista and cashier,they said this particular drink doesn't have an iced option. Had I known that prior, I would've ordered something else given I was looking for something refreshing to cool me down after that hike! I love the service especially in the drive thru, where the order takers are very friendly and take interest in my personally, rather than just taking the order without looking me in the eye. Better Buzz Coffee is honestly one of my favorite study spots now. The environment is super welcoming and has that perfect balance of being lively but not distracting, so it's easy to stay focused for a few hours. I have to talk about the cinnamon cream cold brew because it is so good. It is smooth, slightly sweet, and the cinnamon flavor is not overpowering at all. Definitely one of the best drinks I have had from a coffee shop. On top of that, the workers are really kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It is the kind of place where you actually want to stay a while instead of just grabbing your drink and leaving. Overall, great vibes, great drinks, and great people. This was a hard pass for me. I ordered a ciabatta breakfast sandwich with bacon and it was not good. The bread was so so dry and stale (not toasted, dry and stale) that it was difficult to bite into. Kinda like it was put into the microwave with no cover and over microwaved. I could say that maybe it was an off day, but the fact that it was even sold like that was concerning enough that I won't be back. I also didn't particularly care for the sandwiches being put in plastic boxes. While it's a nice presentation it seems wasteful. Service was very prompt, efficient and polite. I can't vouch for the coffee since I didn't have any. read more

If you're going to Better Buzz, don't go inside. I ordered two drinks and waited over 30 minutes in an almost empty café while the drive-through was prioritized. When I finally asked about my order, they said they had to take care of the drive-through first. The drinks were then made in under a minute. So the delay clearly wasn't complexity -- it was lack of attention to in-store customers. Not acceptable. read more

I had such a great experience at Better Buzz today, and it was all thanks to Spencer! He was outside taking drive-thru orders on the handheld device, and there was a bit of a delay because the Wi-Fi wasn't cooperating. Even though it clearly wasn't his fault, Spencer stayed so patient, kind, and positive the entire time while helping us. After finally getting our order in, he went above and beyond and covered our tab, which was completely unexpected and incredibly generous. Fabulous! Everything here is fabulous! The drinks are amazing, the food is fresh and delicious and the staff is genuinely happy to see you! Especially Kahlil Taylor. We used the drive through. Friendly and fast service. The girl who took our order was super sweet. I ordered the candy cane latte and asked for it less sweet, which was perfect. My bf got the pumpkin latte with extra pumpkin, which was great and tasted like it had real pumpkin puree (not sure if it actually does, but it tastes like it - much better than the chemical-tasting pumpkin spice syrups most coffee shops use). Our three dogs got pup cups, which were each garnished with a milk bone cookie (I realized afterward that I should've gotten a close up of the cups before the dogs got them). Popped in on a not-so-busy Saturday night, maybe an hour and a half til closing time. Walked up, said hello, and was dismissed. Didn't realize she was taking an order on her headset so I patiently waited. When that order concluded, I continued to wait and was never acknowledged. She continued to take two more orders on her headset behind the register with me standing right there. Maybe there was a separate cashier who was supposed to help with the walk-ins? Or maybe I walked in too late and the registers were closed? It was only about 6:30 PM, so I don't know. When I left, I checked the drive thru and it was empty, so maybe the drive thru orders take priority. read more
