I placed an order with the cashier and he was a really nice young man. I asked if he knew what was in the salmon bowl and I pointed to a picture on the wall. He told me everything in the bowl without missing a beat. my coworker said "wow you really know your stuff, that's so awesome" and he just shrugged and smiled. There are cookies on this heated surface by the cash register and oh man they looked so good. My food was prepared really fast. I don't even like sweet potatoes and planned to give them to my coworker but they were so good. I ate my entire bowl and saved the cookie for later. Both were so tasty. Next time, I'm going to get the chocolate cookie and probably the same bowl. I loved it here.

On June 20th, 2026, Substation has closed its doors after a fantastic run! Service- owner was always so personable and remembered a face! The staff was united because he build a community and special outings for employees. The memories were always posted on the wall. Ambiance- the owner and family made the seating and tables I recall. Very simple with patio seating available. Amazing job! You will be sorely missed.

Since there was no phone number available for the store, I stopped by the next day to politely explain the situation and ask if it could be corrected. Instead of receiving an apology, the assistant manager responded dismissively and at one point said, "You're crazy." When the store manager came out, the assistant manager continued shouting comments from behind her, making the situation very uncomfortable. I want to be clear that the missing onion rings are not the real issue. Mistakes happen. The problem was the way the situation was handled -- being called "crazy," an employee trying to provoke an argument, and refusing to provide contact information for higher management. I left the store and later tried contacting customer service, but the call was disconnected. I hope corporate management reviews this situation, because customers should be treated respectfully when raising a concern.

Quik Stop Subs have always been a alittle pricy but for what you received it was well worth the price. A fully loaded sandwich piled high with meat and veggies. Today I received a slim pickings of meat and veggies to the point where the sandwich looked like it was just a loaf of bread. I have a colleague that also went to Quik Stop that same day and we both had the same experience. I guess it's back to homemade sandwiches from now on. I'm sad to have to move on but I won't pay for a sandwich that is over $10 with a slice of meat and sprinkle of veggies. The service is still great.
