Had to come and check out what the hype was about. Went on a Sunday around 12:15pm and the place was buzzin' (get it?) Tons of people had the same idea as us, but the workers handled it all pretty well! We walked up and probably waited about 15 min for 2 drinks and 2 food items. I will say, the drive through situation is definitely going to upset a lot of people. They have overflow cars waiting along the residential street and blocking traffic coming in and out, so not ideal. Now to the good stuff. The food and drinks. Drinks: we got 2 of the "best drinks ever", one with regular sweetness and one 1/2 sweet. Both were very good! Sweetness of the regular one was about an 8/10 and the half sweet was like a 6/10. Smooth, creamy, would 100% get again. Food: we got a Chili Crunch breakfast wrap and a Brie and Turkey croissant (seasonal I think). The chili crunch wrap was ordered without ham, but even with the ham, I don't know if this could be saved haha. Maybe you can substitute bacon? Overall, the wrap was pretty lackluster. Flavor was OOOKAY, but the crunch wasn't there. Just tasted like flavored mush in a bland wrap. The turkey croissant was a mix of emotions. The croissant was perfectly cooked, the brie cheese was very creamy and delicious, but only 2 small slices of turkey left a lot to be desired. Will not be getting the wrap again, but will try out something else next time. Price: our total was almost $37 after a small tip. The drinks are worth the price, but the food items were really hard to justify unfortunately at roughly $10 each. read more

I wanted to give it a try , best item to test at a coffee place black coffee. I chose the dark roast it is not burned or excessively bitter it was hot , I won't say it is the burst I have had it is an equal to Dutch brothers. But if you are not getting syrup, milks, and whipped cream it is a bit underwhelming. The store offers both walk up and drive thru service and a small patio . Service was moderate. I ordered a large black coffee payed, and was ask my name . I joined the queue at pick up ( I don't expect to be prioritized by simplicity. After watching people who arrived after I had pick up orders I approached the window and inquired. I was ask if I received my coffee at the other window. Unlikely I would be standing here if I had . Waited an other moment and my coffee was in hand . May try again but not in a hurry. read more

Better Buzz is so yummy! First time ever trying it during their opening week! Everyone there was so nice and the line went by quick. The outside is so cute and it would be so nice to sit there one day and have my drink. The drinks I have tried and loved so far are the Iced Bear Claw Best Drink Ever and the Iced Matcha Latte. I've been wanting to check out this location ever since I visited another spot from this chain in Laguna Beach, so I was super excited to finally try it out. Overall, I'm glad I came to see what the hype was about. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't any indoor seating, but they do offer outdoor seating, which would be perfect during the summer months. They also have a drive thru, but I ordered from the outdoor window. I ordered the Better Breakfast Sandwich, and it was really good. I also tried the vanilla bean latte, but unfortunately, I didn't really care for the way it tasted at this location. The service was friendly, and I was surprised by how busy it was at 8am! Even with a few small dislikes, I'm still happy I stopped by and gave it a try. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time, and it definitely did not disappoint! I ordered the banana iced pudding coffee with an extra shot of espresso (I love my coffee strong), and it was absolutely delicious. The cashier was very friendly and took her time answering all my questions since it was my first visit. I've heard good things about better buzz so decided to check it out with the hubby yesterday afternoon. I saw that they had their newest spring line out and ordered two lavender Matcha lattes. They were very delicious and on top of that. We also tried the Matcha white chocolate chip cookie, which was very yummy and tasted fresh. Our barista Haley was amazing! We came here because the buzz is all over TikTok. Not worth the hype. The coffee was ok. Nothing worth the $7 price point. The Banana Best Drink ever was really sweet. We ordered 2 Acai Bowls. One came out right away and was already half melted. Then we had to keep asking for our other one. The workers kept forgetting about it. When we finally got it, it was melted. So nasty!!!! Never coming back again. Nobody seemed to care about how our food was. Trash cans were both over flowing. Yuck. We got the feel that the workers had zero customer service skills. I had such a great experience at Better Buzz Coffee! From the moment I walked up to order, the atmosphere was welcoming. The coffee was absolutely delicious--perfectly crafted and exactly what I needed. Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever is my FAV! But what really made my visit exceptional was Angela (Angie). She went above and beyond in every way. Not only was she friendly and professional, but she genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I first tried Better Buzz Coffee at their Carlsbad location. A friend of mine hyped up the best drink ever so that's what i ordered and i instantly fell in love! So when i heard we were getting one in Upland- i was so excited! this location is just as good and still lives up to the hype. i will say- the prices for the food could be a tad bit cheaper- but the coffee is well worth it! Food- i get the Delux Avo Toast, add bacon and arugula, salt and pepper, if i'm feeling fancy and up to paying for it. haha! it never disappoints. Coffee- I usually order the Best Drink Ever, 1/2 sweet with extra ice. *chef's kiss! i haven't had one bad experience at this location. employees are super friendly and helpful. the drive thru line is actually not that bad! service is pretty quick. parking isn't the best if you decided to 'dine in' but you can always park along the street and walk up. Tables are clean and wifi is good. Def one of my go to places when i need a solid pick me up! read more

Great service, staff is wonderful! Coffee is good, nothing special, I've had the best drink ever which shouldn't be called that - it was just ok! Think Starbucks level coffee and drinks, nothing special not bad, just ok. But the food is why I can't give it higher than a 3. The feta cheese had no taste, like literally. The avocado spread was not seasoned at all, there was NO FLAVOR! No taste! Don't get be started on the ciabatta sandwich - I think we took two bites because the bread was SO HARD it was uncomfortable to eat. I would recommend a coffee but don't get the food - $10 each item and not worth it at all. read more

The baristas here truly go above and beyond, honestly, they could probably train the green apron chain on how to actually make genuine personal connections with customers instead of "unique" scribbles on each cup. The drive-thru is impressively fast, which is such a win when you're on the go. I also love how creative the drink menu is--so many fun and unique options to try. The horchata latte was a standout for me--light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. And the breakfasts? So good. Better Buzz Coffee never disappoints. My go-to drinks here are the Best Drink Ever or the Hazelnut Divinity--both are consistently delicious and perfectly balanced. But what really keeps me coming back is their Better Breakfast Sandwich. It's stacked with bacon, egg, Havarti cheese, arugula, and garlic aioli on a pretzel bun... and wow. I'm literally drooling just writing this. It's savory, rich, and so satisfying--hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches out there. This place finally opened closer to my house and I'm so glad it did! The location is so cute and I love their aesthetic! You can order at the window or you can also do drive thru. The line goes by quick and the menu can seem overwhelming however I would recommend just trying "the best drink ever" drink if you're unsure what to get. I have gotten that and it has hit the spot every single time. Their best ever breakfast sandwich with avocado is good as well! read more

Got dinner on the run here tonight with my daughter as we headed to a volunteer event. Forgot to take pics but we got the Snickerdoodle latte, açaí bowl and avocado toast. Everything was on point and the food here always tastes like it's from a fancy cafe not a drive thru spot. Delicious menu items and fresh ingredients make for a great place to grab a bite. So, my son the new coffee connoisseur in training woke up at an embarrassingly early hour and drove all the way from Riverside to Better Buzz in Upland on a Saturday. He said he knew it would be packed and wanted to get there early. He returned home with "the best drink ever" with a cinnamon foam top! It was sweet, it was delicious, and I'm pretty sure it was expensive! But hey a good cup of coffee is worth a tiny mortgage right? It definitely woke me up that Saturday I think I cleaned my house twice! My Point is if you are a coffee connoisseur Better Buzz is your scene. They were so thick and overloaded with peanut butter that it felt like drinking peanut butter straight out of the jar. It wasn't even really drinkable. The superfood and protein smoothies this time were just really lacking in flavor and balance. What makes it more frustrating is that the last 20 times we've been here it always hits. This one visit completely missed the mark. Hoping it was just an off day because we'd hate for this to be the last experience that sticks with us.

One thing I did notice though, I ordered one 24 oz celery juice here and it was $11.50 while at the West Covina location it was two of the same for $19. It's a small shop, clean, music is almost just as loud as West Covina's-- it's like Starbucks--- get in, take your $$ and get out. Great tactic. If it weren't for the noise pollution I might've given them a 5 star. Parking is limited in a small strip mall, free.

From the type of milk, to the type of yogurt, to the type of toppings, they have it all. After going to The Peel many times now and trying out a variety of creations my mind can come up with, I was pleased with each order I made.
