This review is for the owner. Friday night 1/30 we called to see if there was availability for 2. Lady who answered said NO but with such an attitude that I had a gut feeling she was lying. We live a block away so we walked over, there were 6 tables open. I understand those could have been reserved. Anyway we sat down zero wait and 30 minutes into our dinner there was now about 7 tables open. For her to say no availability all night and to have more than half of the restaurant open is bad. Imagine the business she has denied because maybe she didn't want to deal with a packed house. Hope you address this. read more

We walked up and we greeted by an employee who immediately sat us at a booth. Our waiter was amazing. We came here just to have dessert but he did a great job of getting us to get other things. I was craving butter cake and saw that they had it. So we decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. It was gooey. I've never had one with Carmel. It was a great touch. The outside of the cake is caramelized and harder, while the inside is very soft. It melts in your mouth. The pizza was also delicious. I usually don't care for white sauce but it was amazing. I also had an espresso Martini that was made with tequila. It was very good as well. The service here is great. Our waiter was constantly checking on us and making sure we had what we needed. He made sure to let us know our butter cake takes 30-45 mins to make/cook. Everyone here does a great job of making people feel welcome. It's a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. Such a gem in the city of Beverly Hills. There is plenty of street parking near by. They have a full bar and seating both inside and out. I came on a Monday and to my surprise it's Martini Monday where all martinis are only $12!! What a steal. The food was absolutely amazing - portions are huge and filling. My wife loves Butter Cake and she saw they had it, so we had to try it. Located on N Camden Dr, in BH, is Beverly Bar. Street parking, we had no problem at 8:30pm, on a Saturday. Asked if we had reservations, we didn't, joked with us, and said no problem. Inside is a beautifully designed dark bar/restaurant. It really feels like an elevated experience. He told me he can make me an espresso and I asked if he could do a cappuccino. He said absolutely. It was the best cappuccino I've ever had outside of my house. Deep coffee, bittersweet, roasted, creamy, deliciousness. The perfect mix of silky, froth and rich espresso. My wife had an espresso martini and loved it. The Bianca Pizza had a 00 flour, creamy ricotta, cheesy mozzarella, richness, with pepper, garlic combo taste. The dough done perfectly, little snap, grit, and brick oven like taste. Went well with the fatty mozzarella and the fresh creamy ricotta. The fresh chopped spinach was a wonderful bitter touch, that added some earthy vibrance. The Butter Cake had a bake on the outside, caramelization, of the cake. Inside dense, moist, yellow cake. Goat Milk Caramel drizzle to add a rich sweet smokiness. Beautiful, fatty, rich, French Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Wonderful, fluffy, whipped cream put on the side to add another creamy, airy texture. All the textures, sweet, creamy, richness, come together, for a simple, yet, complex dessert. The Spicy Tuna was one the best ones I've ever had. For our mains we ordered the Fig & Farro salad and the Beverly Burger. The burger was outstaying, especially that sauce. It was excellent. The Fig and Farro salad was very unique and I loved the flavor combination. Love it and for our dessert we ordered the Warm Butter Cake. Let's just say it was worth the 40 min wait because it was truly out of this world good. The warm butter cake mixed with the cold ice cream and the caramel drizzle on the bottom was fantastic! I work directly across the street and was excited to have a spot nearby where I could pop in for a quick liquid lunch. In addition to signature craft cocktails this charming boutique bar serves up some upscale, drool worthy dishes created by Chef Timothy Brice. They also have a variety of craft beers and an exquisite wine selection. The staff are attentive & friendly and ready to greet you with a warm smile and a fantastic recommendation. All the makings of an excellent salad, but drowning in dressing. The figs were perfectly ripe and sweet, the farro with a firm texture, the nuts crispy, the goat cheese salty. These ingredients needed to be the star, but they were doused in dressing to the point that you couldn't taste them. The dressing was good, but it'd be better with an oil vinaigrette that could allow those yummy ingredients to shine. I'd def get it again, but ask for the dressing on the side. It has pepperoni on top & It has a slight sweetness to it that I can't describe, but it's so good my friend and I devoured it another must try is the butter cake it takes about 30 minutes for it to be made but it is worth the wait. It comes with ice cream and drizzle caramel sauce. they have happy hour from 2 to 6 PM. They have delicious Kraft cocktails. I tried a spicy margarita, as well as an espresso martini. I had ordered The fig and farro salad. It came WITHOUT figs, goat cheese or pistachios, And the chicken was over cooked and dry. The salad was $35. I called and spoke to someone who said their name was Oscar. He was not helpful at all. He was actually quite rude.. He said there was nothing he could do for their mistake and told me to take it up with post mates. I asked to speak to a manager and he said the restaurant does not have a manager. The Burrata With Tomatoes And Toasted Bread was delish. The Hamachi Crudo was done well with the Serrano on each piece, which is a must for me. For our entrees we had the BeverlyBurger with an added fried egg and Wagyu Beef Pepperoni Pizza. The hot honey on the pizza was a nice touch. For dessert we had the fresh baked butter cake that has to be ordered 45 minutes prior. It had a light crust on the outside and a soft center served with vanilla ice cream. We did order it an hour prior, but I think they forgot to start it and after we finished our entree we had to wait another 40 minutes. There's a parking lot right next door which is free the 1st hour & super affordable thereafter. The convenience was smooth & easy as I have a broken ankle. I also appreciate the spacious bathrooms. 2 of us ordered cocktails - Beverly Cosmos, which are Cosmopolitan Martinis with a nice natural taste vs some other places that taste artificially sweet. The other 2 requested Mojito Mocktails which our male waiter was happy to provide as an off menu option & was kind to follow up with us consistently but without interruption! Which I really appreciate when catching up with friends. I enjoyed the Garlic Herb Fries starter which was not salty :) Our male server was young but super sweet every time we got our dishes & we never had to ask for water refills, we just carried on with our conversation & had it refilled on the whim when it was even like 2 inches missing. The Cookie Butter Cheesecake was delicious, I'm a big fan of cheesecakes but usually anything chocolate or cookie can be too sugary for me, this was not, it was creamy & tasted healthy. Hidden little gem near rodeo. Went for dineLA which had the same classics off their regular menu. The butter cake dessert was the showstopper. Gooey buttery warm cake topped with a generous scoop of ice cream. I'd go back for just that! The tuna crispy rice was also very good- better than at many sushi restaurants. Avocado hummus was pretty good and came with a nice amount of crudité plus good flatbread. The fried chicken sandwich was just okay. The chicken was too big so it kinda flopped out the bread & made it hard to eat. Still tasted pretty good but super messy. Server was very nice, though it took a little time between our courses. This was such a cute little restaurant in Beverly Hills. We were seated outside with our little puppy in between two heat lamps. It was a little windy but it wasn't terrible. The servers were super friendly and wanted to pet my puppy which I thought was very endearing. I ordered a "sweet and fruity" Mocktail off menu that they concocted especially for me and they gave me a yummy purple drink which tasted delicious and refreshing! We ordered the salmon crudo and immediately you could taste the truffle butter that came on top. The fish was very fresh and the truffle butter made it very unique with umami. Then we got the Wagyu pepperoni pizza and branzino. The Wagyu pepperoni pizza has this sweet glaze on top which was very unique and tasted so good. My bf quickly ate two slices like it was nobody's business so he def enjoyed it. The branzino was also yummy! We squeezed the lemon on top and the skin was so crispy while the meat was very tender and it was served hot so it was fresh! Finally we ended our meal with a bourbon butter cake which was HUGE and topped with yummy vanilla ice cream. I couldn't even finish it but it tasted SO amazing. For starters, anyone living in socal knows that parking in LA in generally a bit of a challenge. There are literally two parking structures near the resturant with a very very short walking distance away. The total parking price for the one right next to the resturant was only $5 which I personally think is rare in LA. Second, the ambiance is quite nice. The lighting is a bit dim in the resturant, but they do put a little lamp on your table that you can adjust. There are three different light settings. It's got a really romantic/classy kinda vibe overall though. I can't really think of anything that I ate that didn't taste good. The avocado hummus is really light and they give you colorful carrots and cucumber. The menu doesn't specifically state what they put on top of the hummus, but it looks like garbanzo beans (I think that's correct). The beans are toasted and so crispy with the hummus It's so dang good!!! I wasn't too adventurous on drinks, but they do offer a nice variety. I got a moscato cause I prefer sweet drinks. Their wagyu beef pepperoni pizza was really really good. The dough was super bouncy and that's rare. They also put hot honey on it which reminds me a lot of NY pizza. However, usually the hot honey for NY pizza is a bit moreso on the spicy side. I appreciated how this one was moreso sweet. The steak frites I felt inclined to order upon watching contestants make it on gordan ramseys show. The fries were thin and what they put on top of the steak makes it really good. Lastly, they do have one dessert. Although, the dessert menu isn't extensive the butter cake is really delcious. They warm it up for you and it's a bit crispy on the edges. They have this fresh creme that that serve with it along with a perfectly shaped scoop on vanilla ice cream. This definitely isn't a casual restaurant. So depending on your budget I'd suggest coming here for dates, special occasions, or for their bar area. You will not be dissapointed!!! read more

I have multiple food allergies and my friend is a super picky eater, so when we like a restaurant it's a bit pretty big deal. We started with drinks and apps. The avocado humus Then, I had a lettuce wrapped burger, iykyk. The menu marks gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian, and the staff was amazing at answering all my allergy questions. Farrah had margareta pizza. She also had the "Campfire 90210," which is basically a deconstructed s'mores. She made sure to remind me what I was missing ;) The restaurant is located steps from Rodeo Drive and has a great happy hour menu, so I think this is going to become our new catch-up, gossip sesh spot. read more
