Amazing omelet - subbed gruyere for the mixed cheese! Yum!
    Diana H.

I had a wonderful experience for both breakfast and lunch. The omelet should have been nothing special, but I saw that they offered gruyere on another menu item, so I switched the mixed cheese for that - I love gruyere and it's much less salty for my hypertensive heart! Ha! It and the smashed fingerlings were so good! After a short day and change of clothes I returned for lunch and tried a medium rare Wagyu burger. Loved it. So juicy...and the truffle aioli was on par! The service was outstanding. All the servers were friendly and attentive. In the morning I sat outside with a view of BevHills, but it was way too hot in the afternoon so I sat across pictures of Presidents. Not bad! I'd love to come back!

Not sure if I was going 3 stars or 4 on this one. The service was really good and our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The view from the roof top was great and nice to sit and look outside. But at end of day the food is what counts and this was just ok. At $100 a person I really want it better than ok. The kabobs were good but not great the little Israel salad that comes with it was soggy, the crispy tuna was over cooked to the point it was hard. The meat on the kabobs was cooked well but the lamb was ground lamb with too much seasoning. Like I said overall good but not great.

11/30/2023 The CIRCA 55 is situated inside the Beverly Hilton that was broken ground  in 1953 and open to the public in 1955. The ambience is excellent. The Golden Globe Awards ceremony was held at the hotel year over year since 1961. The Veranda is not perfect. For example, It has been using a wrong cup for cappuccinos that ruined the taste. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed a cup of cappuccinos made by a new specialty coffee machine at one Marriott namesake hotel last night. One glass of Moet & Chanson Imperial Brut Champagne costs $32, plus tax and tip. It is not for most patrons to visit. Also, the appetizer missed a sauce cup. I decided not to ask.

Seriously a hidden gem. Went for my dad's birthday and our server was phenomenal! Super attentive, friendly, and hilarious! He made sure to check on us often and made sure my dad was enjoying his birthday. But overall the entire staff was a pleasure. The food was soo delicious. My tequila chicken was cooked perfectly and my dad loved his steak and shrimp kebabs! The ambience was beautifully set. We did sit inside due to the cold and it was still a delightful experience. There were only 5 tables total when we went but this place deserves to be a full house for their amazing services. 10/10! We can't wait to return!

Very nice rooftop bar/restaurant with a gorgeous mural behind the bar that had bees covered up when Merv Griffin bought the hotel from Conrad Hilton back in the day. Fast forward and Hilton requires the property, renovates and discovered the long covered mural depicting Greek Gods and astrological figures. Apparently Merv Griffin thought they were satanical or something like that. The staff is friendly and attentive, great cocktails and a nice view.

Located at the Beverly Hilton, circa 55 is serving high end gourmet comfort food. We ordered room service, the staff was fantastic, and the food was even better. I had the Beverly burger, it was incredible. High quality beef, amazing, pretzel bun, the aïoli and grilled onions were fantastic. My daughter had a Caesar salad add chicken, the chicken was really good and she liked the Caesar dressing a lot.

This is located on the top floor of The Beverly Hilton. The views are wonderful, the service impeccable and the food was excellent. Would you expect less?! We stayed three nights at the hotel and had breakfast here. It was delicious. I had avocado toast with fried eggs. Perfectly cooked over easy eggs. The yolks were a beautiful golden color. The sourdough bread was toasted quite well and I prefer it a bit less and should have said so. That's my fault for not mentioning it. The hotel in general is extremely accommodating. If you're staying and want to start your day in the most beautiful way, I suggest going.

Only came here for breakfast during my stay at the Beverly Hilton, but what I tried was all pretty good. The buffet is great and the coffee is excellent (they brew La Colombe). Definitely ask to sit outside by the pool!

NEFT Espresso Martinis. Mmmmmmm! 3 please.

A great way to spend Happy Hour Fridays and evenings here with a Sunset & Night Life view of Beverly Hills. Indoor and outdoor seating with delicious dining, plus great cocktails & customer service by Israel, Maria and Julie. My personal favorite is the NEFT Espresso Martinis and NEFT Classic Martini. Live Jazz music with a Saxophone player who engages the guests, then some Top 40's to get the guests moving. It created fun vibes which had practically everyone on the dancefloor. By the way, depending on their event schedule, they also have a DJ on various Fridays. Thank you Sunny, Sam & Jeffrey for providing a new place to relax, refresh the batteries and then end the night on a good note. Cheers!

every time I come to the roof for lunch I know two things for sure. the views are going to be immaculate and the restaurant is going to be beautiful inside and the staff is going to be 10/10! for lunch today I had a cobb salad I chose to get it with the house mustard dressing it was great for me because I want too hungry. to wash it down we had vodka gimlets that were INCREDIBLE. my friends had the burger and lobster roll which all came with fries that were all great. I love this place

I was nearby before an event and wanted a place where I could exhale, have a hearty dinner and maybe a drink. Mission accomplished on the rooftop overlooking Beverly Hills and beyond. Opening seating with tables or sit at the bar. The one draft beer is Peroni, which suits me fine. (Sure, bottles are fine sometimes, but not this night) The menu is inviting and as I was pretty hungry, I wanted something more than chips or a veggie platter. I was guided to the 'B.l.a.t' (Sixty sauce. hobbs bacon or roasted turkey, avocado. butter lettuce. heirloom tomato. All served with choice of french fries or salad.) I asked the server if the turkey was made in-house or from a deli, and he assured me it was made in-house. Though I was fond of it and it did hit the spot, there is no way that the perfectly layered and thinly sliced turkey was from something other than a high quality deli. The fries were thin and crisp and basically high-end McDonald's fries. No complaints. And it's a lovely view all around, or to just hang out for a while with an associate, a friend, or solo.

The caviar omakase is the must order thing here. Everything is very small bites, but if you are mostly there for drinks then à la carte is a good option. We ended up at the Maybourne Bar in the Maybourne hotel, a solid B+ lobby bar that I'd visit again under similar circumstances. The space was attractive but the vibe was strange, if not uncomfortable. Just weirdly bright lighting and a different crowd from the usual L.A. bar scene (hotel, Beverly Hills). It was pretty quiet at 10:00 on a Saturday night, and we were able to grab seats at the bar. Service was fast and polite. We ordered a Midas Touch and a Big in Japan, both decent cocktails that cost a full $30 apiece. The Midas Touch was a colorful spicy margarita with El Tesoro Maybourne Edition Reposado, Empirical Ayuuk, Grand Marnier Louis Alexandre, saffron, lemon, and honey. Big in Japan was a Gold Rush variation with Hibiki Harmony, sudachi honey, lemon, sansho pepper, and yuzu bitters. There are better, more interesting cocktail bars all over L.A., but I'd recommend the Maybourne Bar if you're staying at the hotel or otherwise looking for an upscale bar in downtown Beverly Hills. You can get food, too, though most of it seems to involve caviar.

Then we had our first round of mimosas, I got cranberry for my first two rounds and then switched over to an espresso martini with whiskey (and if you haven't tried it YOU MUST!) Not just here but everywhere! For my starter I got the berries and cream which I usually don't do but it was so good I'm glad I went outside of my box. The churros needed salt to bring out the sweetness, they tasted a bit bland and the sauce that came with did not add to the flavors.
