Heads up: if you need something by a specific time, let them know, or better yet, don't leave it. At first, things were ready by the time I came by to pick them up (going by the due date on my receipt), however all of my recent visits have had my items not be ready until nearly a week later. There will be no apology or discount offered, either. Otherwise, they still do a really good job. I took a 'white' top in that is barely white and instead of wasting my money, he told me to 'buy a new one' (funny, this particular shirt was the replacement for another). I'm looking at it from the half-full mindset whereas he didn't try to take it in; knowing it wouldn't come out so well which I appreciated. BEST Drycleaner in town!! Don't second guess, just go! They do rush oreders, if you have too many clothes to try on they send the tailor to come to your house for free. The tailor is so skilled and can literally do anything you need. Have been going there for years, they are fast, honest, have a camera so can show you the clothes you picked up, if you ever doubt they didn't give it back Lol. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I own a lot of delicate vintage clothing. I was nervous bringing them to the cleaners, but I came because of all the rave reviews online. I've gone several times and they do a great job, very professional and thorough. And prices are reasonable. Old school good customer service. I asked for them to get a spot out. When I picked up the clothing, the spot was not removed. I called to explain that I came specifically to get the stain out, and I did have to take a second trip to see the stain guy. He got the stain out in a few seconds, no extra charge. One thing to note is they often take a few days longer than what your ticket says. So if you need something done in less than a week, I wouldn't risk it. But I guess that means they're thorough. I've only come for dry cleaning and spot removal fyi. It has been 3 yrs since they did this, but I'm still mad. I spent 3 years knitting an alpaca sweater. I am a slow knitter, it was a hard pattern, and the yarn was very fine. It took a lot of work. Once I finally got it done, I took it here and asked them to gently steam the edges so I could sew it together. I specifically asked they do not block or stretch it. They blocked it, and stretched it until it was about 2 sizes larger than it was knitted. No amount of work has been able to undo this. Alpaca is camel hair - once it is stretched, it is stretched. The worker told me that he had stretched it "to make the seams match." I am sick about this. Needless to say, it did not fit the person I made the sweater for, it won't fit Andre the Giant. Don't ever bring your knitting her. Go to Brown's in Santa Monica. They listen and follow directions. read more

The clothes always come back perfect, with none of that unpleasant dry cleaning smell. They're always done on time and considering their upscale location, their prices are reasonable. He pinned everything meticulously, discussed his professional ideas with me, and then provided me back everything done exactly as pinned and promised. I was really impressed with how well my wedding dress came out. I must admit, I was really nervous having it professionally cleaned because of the unique design, beadwork and delicate fabric that the dress is made of.
